For those who pose a question, post a rating between 1-10 (with 10 being the hardest) because the "average" Disney fan will likely know some of the films, and maybe a fact here and there.  Only the hardcore Disneyana fans could take on some of the harder stuff, so I think its a good way to tell what type of level question you're up against.

Here's our first question:

How many people have voiced Mickey Mouse since he first received a voice?

(Rating - 5.0)

erm ........

What was the first full-length Disney film ?

(rating 1.0) everyone should know

EDIT: just the question wording ;)

(I'm just going to state that I'm going to try and avoid the really simple ones just to give others a chance.  I think our bigger challenge is convincing others they know enough about Disney to join us. :p )

(I like Petrie am going to try to give others a chance for the really simple ones. It would be unfair for people like me to answer. )

Looks like we might be alone in this guys. :( :(

Anyway, the one pointer is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Next question just to move things along.

Who are the "Fab Five"?  (and don't say the Beatles  )

(rating 6.0, need to have some knowledge on the parks where they're often referred to as)

I have a question here: what's going to stop people from raiding trivia sites and Wikipedia upon the announcement of a question?

No guarantee those sites will offer the answer.  For the hell of it, I tried to see if you could look up "fab five" and "Disney" and you couldn't find the answer.  Most people who are big into Disney know that one anyway, and weather_lord certainly did. :)

I'm pretty sure Walt's favorite film was actually Bambi, but I'm going to wait for confirmation.  I'm about 95% sure that was stated on the platinum dvd release that Walt had a kind fondling for the deer.

Lets keep going then. :)

Mickey Mouse was not Walt's first cartoon that he put his heart and soul into.  Who was, and what is the status of this character today?

I'm gonna take a stab at this one. Know it's a complete guess and I might be 100 percent wrong.

I have to say Mortimer Mouse. And the status of his character today is he is one of Mickey's rivals who has a crush on Minnie Mouse as well. Once again total guess.

Nice guess but its not Mortimer.  Walt didn't try to make him to be out a "big character" but he did want this character to be big.

Oswald the lucky rabbit ?
He has hardly been know for many years since Walt lost the copyright on the character. There was some talk a year ago about his revival but not much is known at the moment.

Oswald is the one. :)  Walt was devastated losing him.  Ask a question Teresa.

Okay, according to Don Rosa's biographical comic series "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck", what is the name of the river where Scrooge McDuck had his claim during the Klondike Gold Rush?
