They do seem a silly fun loving group from the song I've seen them in.

LBT 13 on the whole felt like a long Episode why I say that is because the animators didn't put so much emphasis on the movie if you know what I mean.  But it was a Great Movie though.

I hope I like it when I get the dvd eventually.  The same with 12.  They do look like a fun loving bunch based on the song video I have from the movie.

They are okay. Personally those were some of the most intresting and wierdest characters in LBT series.
(a bunch of Arab guys bust in shooting guns in the air and babbling in Arabic)

I know this is an old topic, but is it alright if I add something here?

Is it just me, or did anybody else get the impression the Yellow Bellies were under the influence? There's a theory that berries in prehistoric times contained a small percentage of alcohol, and mass consumption of them would sometimes cause certain creatures to become "drunk" (and often fall victim to predators as a result). When the Yellow Bellies came into the Great Valley, they seemed relatively sober compared to when they left, possibly because of expository dialogue such as this:

Littlefoot: How long's it been since you ate?
Loofah: Must've been...err...let's see...right before you guys showed up.
Doofah: But not berries. Berries are the best!

I guess the Yellow Bellies would've eaten those berries until they died of certain alcohol-related complications... :p

I disagree with what Rat-Lady said, they weren't annoying. I don't see how the could be, to me anyway, their what made the movie better than the other twelve, but that's just my opinion.

I also liked the Yellow Belly Dance song (fave song of all the movies).

I have not seen LBT13 yet, but from what I keep hearing, that movie was the worst LBT sequel and one of the reasons was because of the yellowbellies.

I also remember someone say that they were a "crude" species of dinosaurs.

I'd have to partially agree, they do like sticking they behinds up in the air to act like a bush and to hide from predators (which surprisingly worked).

Plus, Doofah, for some reason always liked hugging the others, and all the other yellows bellies liked shaking the behinds for some reason. Don't believe me, well, here:

In regards to the yellowbelly dance picture: That was probably one of the most disturbing LBT pictures I've ever seen. No offense or anything, but I don't like the idea of seeing a bunch of dinosaurs wave their butts to the screen. On top of that I don't like butts shaking to the screen at all. Just not my thing.

Maybe they are obsessed with that part of their body.

I use to think that scene was disturbing too until I saw something else that was even worse.

They're like prehistoric teletubbies.  This is what Barney evolved from.   :confused   Nuke them...  Nuke them now!  Turn them into green glass as soon as possible!

If there's anything worse than getting crushed AND farted on by a Yellowbelly (poor Ducky and Petrie :p), it's a congregation of Yellowbellies mooning audiences with their fat, bloody arses :rolleyes.

BTW, ever been sat on by a morbidly obese person, and then they farted on ya?  All I can say is, I know exactly how poor Ducky and Petrie felt :p.

By the way, as far as LBT is concerned, what could've been more disturbing in LBT than this ?

Would this, per chance, happen to be a certain horror movie?
