I'm thinking of bringing in the Professor from my fanfiction. He'd be a kind of research and development person trying to make new and better weapons and defenses. He'd also be a slightly mad scientist, and a forgetful old person, since his personality is kind of modeled after Hubert J. Farnsworth from Futurama. Could that work?

Maybe Chong gets captured and then we wrap up with them cleaning up Arkan (Chong AFB)?

And the other places that have been conquered will surrender once Chong's been captured because they coerce him to order his troops to surrender.
