What modification do you have in mind? What do you want to change about the picture. The size it has in my post above is the permitted size for a GOF avatar. Are there any other aspects that you would like to have changed about it?

Hey Malte,

Negative, it's a png file, the size being 118 KB, 320 * 240 pixels...

I've been trying to crop, "image size", normal shrinking in Picture Viewer, everything. I also changed it to other formats, such as JPEG and btm.
I think I have a dozen of the same picture in my picture map!

Try and send it to me again, and I'll see if it works.

I wasn't referring to the picture I sent to you on MSN but to the resized JPEG version of it which I posted here yesterday. It is a JPEG of a size that can be used for an avatar. Here it is again:
