Do you have a wireless bluetooth headset?  I find that these things are uncommon. When I'm talking to someone on my headset, people look at me like I'm crazy and talking to myself.  Why are bluetooth headsets so uncommon?  The cheapest one is $35 at walmart now.

I think that's the reason why.  Because it's 35$ at the very least.  My mom lost her bluetooth headset for her Razr and it was 70 bucks for a replacement, so she stuck with the corded headset instead.  So I'm guessing the middle class just isn't use to them yet.  Probably in another two or three or even five years it'll be more common amongst normal working class people, that's just making a blind guess there.

They are a little pricey but ya only need one.  That's why.  Like a matress.  Do you really think it costs them $1000 to make some springs and put a coushin on it?

I don't really like headphones that much, and I wouldn't want to spend $35 dollars on a bluetooth headset either.

I HAVE to have one.  Sometimes I engage in conversations that last several hours.  Usually with clients who have computer problems.

I see.  I guess some people are more dependent on gadgets of a higher technology.  I don't really care if I had bluetooth OR standard cord.  I believe it would be cool to have a bluetooth headset, but I usually just go with what's available.  But I'm guessing there are some people like you that require high-tech gear for daily business, there's people like me who are neutral and think it would be cool to have all that stuff, but is okay with the standard corded headset.

My first impression of bluetooth isn't too good.  Tried to synch my phone up to my computer to see if I could and I could never get them to talk to each other, even though they could see each other within range.  Not too good if there's some sort of bluetooth standard out there everyone should be following.

I don't need a headset.  You answer the phone like you normally would.

After an hour or two of holding the phone to your head, all the blood drains from your arm.  It turns white and hurts pretty bad.  I had that happen a few times and never want it to happen again.

I've talked on the phone for more than 2 hours a couple times, and I haven't had this happen to me, to be honest.
