I'm approaching 300. which is an alltime mark for me.. also I have been here for almost 5 years.. and I am usually a very prolific poster at the sites I frequent..

No, I am simply keeping up with you, I usually post a lot daily, usually around 1000 or so a day.. depending on how much I'm on..

You mean 100 or so a day, right? 1000 or so a day would be too much...

As it is, there is no need to try and keep up... if anything, I'd be spreading a bad habit to you... and I don't mean to do you a disservice.

Lol what the heck, when I first read this I thought this was an april fools day joke or something. Realizing it was 1st of July that isn't really possible.

Honestly, noname, there have been many around that didn't win an award, so has been said here. Can I give my own experience with Awards or won't you read it after all? I'll just give it a shot.

Last year, when I joined the GoF, the awards were there like after two months of my joining date. I could vote, I didn't... Why? Because I had the feeling I did not know members well enough. Members did not know me well enough either, it's a fact. The problem I have with certain members here is that they show little of themself(respect to those) and their feeling, but only give general posts.
You don't get to know someone that way, so seeing it from that point, of course only members with popularity get a vote. It's really what matters in this community. Being yourself, being honest and helpful... and of course have fun!

This topic kind of ruined mine to be honest.

Any reason you feel compelled to try and match mine? I don't want to promote a "posting war."

And yes, I am doing my best to be active in many areas, and add an avatar, thus increasing my popularity and noticeably. I am also contacting people from the forum on MSN to chat with them there; Metadude, for instance, chats with me more there than here.

Oh, theres no real reason, other you are posting in the same spots I frequent and Respond to you, and we have a back and forth conversation, add those up over the day and wham! you're oloking at 150 posts or so.. other sites I've frequent have posting limits, you can only post 150 times a day at one of them..
