What many don't know is that the Ichy in the background is Ichy #9.  They would go through quite a few more before finishing the movie.  All of which they went through were victims of Dil's appetite.  The creators learned a valuable lesson at that time.  Remember to feed the predators or they'll eat the actors.  They were lucky the many versions of Ichy were the only victims.
