I'm working on the moveset right now. My character has three modes, not unlike Zelda/Sheik, but instead of willingly switching from one mode to another, when going up a mode, there is a time limit before he reverts to the original mode. I'll go through one mode at a time, and I'll release the moveset of each mode before I bring said mode in. When should I bring him in, by the way? What do you have planned that he can appear?

-Bluish grey hair tied in a braided ponytail; has grey eyes; thin and tall, but good at keeping himself hidden
-Wears a belt made of oddly shaped shuriken, and has eight pure white shuriken hanging from the belt on his side in two four-shuriken-long chains
-The shuriken that are hanging are made from an ore called brightsteel, which is much more durable than steel
-Also on the belt are pouches with kunai knives and scrolls with a brush and ink stored on the sides

-Wears a mithril tunic with long sleeves
-Dons a helm with a design similar to that of a dragon's head
-Has a pair of mithril breeches on as well

-The helm is replaced by a circlet of silver designed to resemble a dragon's crest

-Dragon tattoos are visible on his upper forearm
-The breeches are replaced by a pair of brown woolen breeches
-The brightsteel boots remain
-The sword remains, but it becomes thinner, like a rapier

-The tunic becomes snow white, and the armlets vanish to reveal silver dragon scales covering the arm from the wrist to the elbow
-The top of the hand also becomes covered in dragon scales, but the underside of the hand remains uncovered
-The tips of the fingers become ivory talons of the same length from the tip of the finger to the first joint
-The circlet vanishes completely, leaving a crest of silver scales on Valeron's forehead
-The breeches also turn snow white, but the boots remain
-The brightsteel shuriken now form two four-shuriken-long lines on the scale-covered section of each arm
-A the tunic tears at the part below the chin and extends two inches down to reveal a silver stone embedded in Valeron's skin
-The stone pulsates with a ethereal light

--Jumps up, grabs his sword, and hits his opponents down, but not falling with them

--Begins chanting, and the hanging shuriken begin to glow brightly
