Potential RPG Idea

This could have negative consequences for metadude's and my plans for Rex and Selturma. I've been trying to drop this "connection" between Selturma and Isla... and it is really unfair to not just me, but another player to force that on them... so, if you won't find a way to drop it, I will simply have all magic be negated in a certain room or something, and cancel the effects. Metadude and I planned for something for a while, so can you please cut the "bisexual effect", or whatever it is on Selturma?

You can make decisions about your own characters to no end, but please don't force something on other people's characters.

Of course.. I'm not trying to force Isla on Selturma, just telling what she she is.. She can't change who she is.. I understand if you have plans for Rex and Selturma, and I will respect those...

That character of mine has no magic. Period. You can do whatever you want with your own character, or even make an army of transsexuals if you so pleased, but don't affect other people's characters. How would you have liked it if I changed Isla? You wouldn't appreciate it.

Actually I'm flexible enough to go along with the changres, but your point is made.. I'll drop the coversation going on, and move on to the next riddlle.. I had originally wanted to keep the Rex-Selturma relationship and build one betwen Isla and sElturna as it is possible to have both.. but since you don''t like the idea I'll drop it entirely..

It is VERY impossible for them to have both, trust me. I know that this is a "fantasy" RP, but if you want to have that sort of stuff, please find a willing player or make another character of your own to do that stuff with; I have no objection to characters of that "mindset" in my RP, but don't make them come onto another unwilling character, ESPECIALLY a 14-year old!

and it is for the best. i believe in rping inn harmony with my fellow rpers.. and If they have plans for the rp, far be from me to change them. My characters will have their quirks, but nothing more than that..

You can also add and subtract characters as you please, as long as you don't just have them disappear or appear for totally no reason.

That is good to hear. I wouldn't try to kill off anyone else's character, but I MAY put them in danger, but always give them a chance to escape it.

and that is wise. It may also be good to test your own characters, say for example, have a rival appear to challenge REx over Selturma.. a rival that Rex knows well, and who has bested him on past occassions.. just a suggestion..

Rex isn't my character; Metadude gave me permission to control him when he wasn't around, so that is a call for him to make, not me. But I still see your point.

Maybe when Rex is older; Metadude and I plan to have this RP continue over a long time, possibly in "real-time" in some parts, in that the characters will grow and mature.

Than that will provide some very interesting possibilities..I've had rps stretch on for years..
