Title: After Effects

I got adobe after effects some time ago and I still don't know how to use it.  Does anyone have significant experience with this program?  The most I've been able to do with it is add images in front of the movie and save it.  I'm so confused! :cry2

Look up tutorials on YouTube.  That's what saved me from having a meltdown when learning to use Vegas.
