' excuse me sir ' said a voice behind the ferret. ' but you have violated the statute of wizarding secrecy, as amended in 1750' the voice came from an auror, well one of 3 aurors , who all  wore official badges indicating their status. ' please come with us. the sooner you cooperate the better. surely  Professor Stripetail has warned everyone under his employ about our laws as was requested of him?'  " is there a problem sir/' said a Spire of Winter security guard who approached the other 4 ' this ferret has violated law regarding the secrecy of wizards and witches from nonmagics' said the second auror who was a smaller witch . " In what way, madam? "  he.. saw witches and wizards selling wares.' madam, the company policy on seeing magic stipulates that in worlds where observing magic use by nonmagics is forbidden, the policy is that anyone who does observe any display of magic , and is not themselves a magical being, is to immediately return to the ship to minimize any other observations, exposure and other violations of the rules of the planet. We take the laws  customs and decrees of every planet we visit seriously madam. we try our utmost to adhere to them and have minimization and containment policies in place, for situations like this. we also have compensation to the planet for any violations, minor, intermediate and major, starting at 20000 of the planets currency and going up from there. ' we take our laws extremely seriously sir ' said the third wizard. ' we cannot afford exposure and have worked very hard, for centuries, to protect ourselves. even the simple act of seeing magic by non magics violates our laws.' w' then what is the remedy for that, sir?"  we remove the memory of that act from the individual and then return them to their own affairs. '' Sir the alteration of the memory of any employee of this  ship or any other ship owned by the company, is a grave violation of the terms of the Intergalactic Code of interplanetary Business, code 2007 section 42. ' we  do not do much interplentary business,  sir' the witch said. ' we keep to ourselves and prefer it that way. ' we will send you compensation for  the infraction and will reassign the individual. ' so you.. will not allow us to take him into custody then?" no, sir. the ship is classed under Code 10 of the Intergalactic Code as   an mobile embassy. ' so. diplomatic immunity , then?' it is necessary for the conduct of business sir.;' the witch sighed heavily.' very well. we will inform our superiors and the Minister about this. have the compensation sent to Pottermore Ministry for Fees Fines and Judgements as soon as possible. and make sure this ferret does not leave this ship for the duration of your stay in Pottermore. Good day to you.' Good day to you as well, sirs and madam; the guard said. one by one the Aurors turned and walked away off the ship.

these are merely a couple of your boyfriends ' sima grinned. ' I've seen the list while in your dance profile. 15, at last count, wasnt it? and there are close to 100 more that you have listed as ' fun flings'. don;t play coy Kiara, i know you too well. when it comes to guys you like having fun, lots of fun. how you havent gotten pregnant already is a mystery of cosmic proportions' she smirked and kiara laughed loudly. ' well that will come in due time, of course.  lets get this show going shall we? turn on track 14' This is all for you" and set it to ' slow play.' i will start with pose 73, and move around the list. '  Sima retrated and got the song set up and the camera posed right where kiara wanted, ; kiara then began a vigorous and sultry dance, moving back towards the camera and away so the guys could get a good look at her form. ' there was loud clapping from John wolf whistles from   Xiro and a stream of compliments from Bagherra, all 3 were really into the perform, ance, right off the bat.

Arlene was taking Oliver around the festivals on board the spire. she stopped at the Fongoid section where a few of the friendly race were sending Wirt and Greg  into the air encased in blue bubbles, Hreg looked thrilld, Wirt.. not so much. beatrice was laughing at the look of terror on Wirts face. ' some people just werent meant to fly Wirt' the bird said. ' please dont let this bubble pop' the older boy pleaded. ' don;t worry good fellow. these bubbles stay intact until you return to the ground.' the tallest Fongoid said. '  arlene and oliver wre heloing themselves to some free slices on Orvus cake when Panty approached ' there you are.' we have lunch reservations at the  Festival Fry and Burger shop. simple name but boy do they pile on the portions! perfect for a growing demigod of hunger' the godess smirked. ' come along, our reservation is at 1130."

The Party Room / Re: Mr. Stick adventure (chapter 1)

Answering first question: unfortunately, I am not planning to make any puzzle games here anymore. I tried, like tthat simple game of rebuses, but it failed again, so I don't see a point.

This forum quest game were originally meant for quest/puzzle games' players, I wanted to see if this project can work here on this forum. And it leads to the second question: as I mentioned before, this game were originally started on different forum.
Back then, literally all pictures were made "on the fly", nothing were planned or drawn ahead. I just drawn starting room and asked people what to do, then I reacted on these responses, writing improvised text and drawing new improvised items, objects, rooms, cutscenes, backstory, and, of course, puzzles. And so, it has been continuing for several chapters, until the moment I decided to change methods of creating the story, so I started to plan ahead. But soon after... this story died on that forum too, due to the death of the forum itself. T-T
When I restarted this game here, of course I had all previously created content in my hands, texts and pictures, so if your actions were the same as your predecessors, I simply copy-pasted stuff here. But for your new unique responses, since this story is open for any action Mr. Stick can be given, I had to draw new puctures of course (including sad end for Mr. Stick).

P.S. Mr. Stick has a second chance at this moment. Or rather, third chance... Since old forum is reanimated on Discord group right now, I am planning to continue it there. :) Mr. Strick will live and will get his freedom!

The Party Room / Re: Tell us something about yourself!
« Last post by ImpracticalDino on April 21, 2024, 01:19:28 AM »
I set pretty high standards and expectations for myself, usually trying to set the bar high for my goals. I'm luckily not as obsessed with it as I used to, up to the point where I'd rather just retreat in my shell and start collapsing when the going gets very rough and I don't meet the expectation that I set. These days, striving for high achievement (and perfect, if possible, school GPA) is what I still do, but I definitely will not overdo myself and take care of my mental health. It should be a priority taken seriously for everyone. Number one priority, even!

Hmm...I guess the loud slam of the hatch door opening should've been an indication

yes, it is.

The rest of your life, you will live with guilt about how you doomed Mr. Stick. hahaha

---

well, I did literally EVERYTHING to help you with solution. I even erased EVERY SINGLE OBJECT except that hatch... There was no other way I could help.

Yes, mysterious figure from the shadows, Mo-o-o indeed do-o-oes live with the guilt! He does, he does! :duckysad
It's not Mr. Stick's fault for our incompetence!

I do hope he magically gives Mr. Stick a second chance. (But really, this was a super fun puzzle game though. It was only when we started losing motivation as we ran very dry on ideas, not to mention the dwindling activity of the forum didn't help matters at all, was when this puzzle thread fell into ruin.)

Basically what Mo-o-o is saying, if you haven't given up all hope on the Gang of Five community, you will bless us with another fun puzzle to solve. :lol :oops

P.S: How many of these comic panels for Mr. Stick were made on the fly? And if they were pre-made, I'm wondering if the "TRAGIC END" for Mr. Stick was made solely for us. :feelsbadman
