Thanks guys, its been a while since I've been back, but here I am.

Good film. Well worth the wait.

When it comes to survival in a kill or be killed environment, everything gets thrown out the door, pride, dignity, and even leadership skills. Instinct takes over and you're going to do what you have to do to protect yourself and anyone with you in that position.

That's pretty much where Shorty was before Bron found him and the hatchings. As for the episode, one thing I can say, shows and even series as a whole tend to dumb down characters. Even long time characters get the same treatment.

If the movie is 2hrs long, that very likely means Bron isn't going to be the only center of the film. I think that's where Chomper and Ruby come into the picture and maybe, just maybe RedClaw, Screech, and Thud.

All I can say is I'll be looking forward to seeing this. Exciting to see the trailer and to know that surprises await in this film.

I voted for Hyp's dad, although there was a none of the above. Everyone listed had plausible reasons for the way they reacted. Mr. Threehorn and Hyp's father both care a lot about their kids.

I think it might have to do with the fact they both lost their original mates before arriving in the Great Valley. My theory on that is based on what happened in the first film and the seventh film.

It probably effected them emotionally too, especially with the way they view others. Mrs. Maia, Ducky's situation, let me put this scenario together.

An animal is guarding her nest and you're all over her nest doing something. How is that animal going to react? Ducky is lucky she got thrown and not crushed like a jellybean.

Plus she would of been better off asking Mrs. Maia if she had seen the twins instead of just snooping around her nest. I mean it's not like Mrs. Maia was asleep for twenty four hours, she could of just fallen asleep before Ducky came into her nest.

While I'm on the subject of Ducky, Ducky's father's situation wasn't anything related to the character himself. Moreover the unfortunate circumstance that befell the late Judith Barsi, who happened to voice Ducky in the original film.

Bron had a valid story, which all goes back to the original film. The land was constantly changing, so he went off to find a new place for him, his mate, and son (who wasn't born yet) to live.

As for Bron not being able to find Littlefoot for years, it goes back to my second sentence, the land was changing. He did run into Rooter, but he didn't know where Littlefoot went afterward.

As for Chomper's parents, sharptooth just being sharptooth is all I can say. They didn't have that thinking after Littlefoot saved Chomper. The last three is up for debate.

Chomper and Ruby are the clear choices to return. Maybe even Guido and Tricia if they go in that direction. If they introduce any new dinosaurs to the Great Valley, Baryonyx could be one of the interesting candidates.

They were piscivorous after all and if we could go further extreme on possibly other candidates, Spinosaurus, since it's believed they too were also piscivorous. That's just my thoughts.

Here's another page that might be worth checking out, this Land Before Time Facebook page.  It's been active relatively recently, and though I'm not sure if it's official or not, I'm inclined to think it might be since it hasn't said anything about Journey of the Heart yet, advertised the Curious George movie,  and some of the posts are related to LBT-related advertising, so...

I'm not sure it's official, however going back, the production for the fourteenth film did start sometime in 2014. I liked the page last year coincidentally, but didn't notice an increase in activity until late last year and into this year.

And If Bron gonna be in the movie, What About Shorty? Ain't that an obvious automatic thing or what? I know nobody mentioned him, and the other characters, they only mentioned three. Though I know it's still in progress as we speak & Chomper & Ruby do got explanations to throw at us bout how they got from the island & Red Claw, which should be the movie's secondary plot.

More than likely Shorty will appear, especially considering that Bron is his father after all.

More voice actors have been added to the Wikipedia page for lbt 14.
I however would take the information with a grain of salt  

The last voice actor is believable, since Tress was the voice actor for those characters.
