I find it strange how scary movies usually unfaze me and working around blood and gore is no issue here...

...but put on ID Discovery and I've got the creeps after a couple of episodes :blink:. I don't know if it's because they're true stories or what

Same here a lot of horror movies don't bother me at all. But when I watched a 2001 episode about spiders once that creeped me out. What creeped me out was when Brazilian Wondering Spiders hide in banana boxes and travel to the USA.

I have this habit of refusing contact with friends because I feel I've overstepped a boundary or have done something to annoy them when I've done nothing at all. I will refuse to strike up a casual conversation and if they try, I usually brush off their attempt or just don't answer. I think it's an attention seeking mechanism my brain does instinctually. I don't even know why and there doesn't need to be a trigger, at least not one that is identifiable. I swear my brain has a mind of its own.
