I've been staring at this for like 10 minutes, so my final guess is
"Towerland" It's supposed to make sense but I have no idea.
End of Ifel tower is tower
first of land before time is land. I saw it as the letter i, but then I didn't know what that meant.

I gotta ask, how is the end of Eiffel Tower "Fin"?
EDIT: Oh, the tower represents France, and 'fin' is "end" in French. I think it might have been more solvable with the French flag instead of the Eiffel Tower to represent France, the tower is a famous French landmark but i don't think it qualifies as full synecdoche sans any context
