Team StarFox along with Bill Grey, Katt Monroe, Fey and Miyu are all on the planet Aquas. Fox, krystal and several other characters have just raised an ancient city from the bottom of the ocean floor, but with it has come a terrible evil force. While Fox and the others are trying to return to the Great Fox, at least one character has begun fighting the dark force in space.

Falco for his part is currently onboard Great Fox, along with Bill, Katt, Fey, and Miyu trying to come up with a plan to fight the creature.
