Is there no single version for the entire text this time?
Which parts of the lyrics are included in which version?

Malte, I used the lyrics here: http://members.shaw.ca/action9000/Songs/mysteriousbeyond.htm

I added in the speaking parts to my recording since the silence would just seem unnatural.

Yes Adam, those are the very lyrics where I pointed out the little mistake. It should be "out past the smallest lights that's twinkling" rather than "beyond the smallest lights that's twinkling".
But which parts of the lyrics are ascribed to the high, or the deep, or the medium voice? So far we always sang the whole songs in a single recording that had the voice accompaniment for all voices.

I'm back, so I'll start recording as soon, as I get the chance... gotta get the family out of the house first, before I do it.

We could make several files for the different lyrics to each part of the vocals if you wish, Malte. It's basically impossible to sing the entire song at one time unless you're a miracle or something :D There are parts where text overlaps so that doesn't work. So we broke it down to multiple layers.
@ landbeforetimelover - Don't worry, make sure you feel better in time :) If you still wish to join once you feel a bit more relaxed you're welcome to!

I'm stuck on which part to sing. I'm deciding between the High Part, which would be Littlefoot's part, or the low part, the male rainbowface. I might record two seperate recordings, one for each, and you can pick and choose which one you like better.

Aye, of course I was not thinking of singing the overlaping singing of the same lyrics, but I think that a version without the overlaping parts would be quite possible, but there the different accompaniement make things rather tricky.

Ah, wow! I'd love to take part in this, If I may. I think I'm also confused about which lyrics would go with which vocal parts... But I have a pretty okay microphone, anyways :lol

All right, I'm going with the Low version.  Now if only I can remember those lyrics. (It's been far too long since I saw that movie.  Then again, it's not my most favorite one.)

Oh I know, I told Tim this was the hardest recording I did for these things.

Ok I've finished recording. Pretty much I sang the entire song, but when necessary I split to either the high part or the low part.

So basically you are getting two recordings of the entire song, only each one is specifically split to either the high part or the low part.

Now how exactly do you want me to send them?

I've tried to record my singing, and found it rather unsatisfying...
I there for would like to hear, if it was okay that I play it on the saxophone instead of singing.

Recordings should be put on a site like yousendit.com and give the links to Tim so he can get them.

It would be awesome to see another girl joining! :D

Sadly enough we do get more female members but stil only the males will take part in these... :p

We updated the list of members that want to sing and have sent the files to action :)
