For those who pose a question, post a rating between 1-10 (with 10 being the hardest) because the "average" Disney fan will likely know some of the films, and maybe a fact here and there. Only the hardcore Disneyana fans could take on some of the harder stuff, so I think its a good way to tell what type of level question you're up against.
Here's our first question:
How many people have voiced Mickey Mouse since he first received a voice?
(Rating - 5.0)
-
3 !!
Walt Disney, Jimmy MacDonald and Wayne Allwine
erm ........
What was the first full-length Disney film ?
(rating 1.0) everyone should know
EDIT: just the question wording ;)
-
(I'm just going to state that I'm going to try and avoid the really simple ones just to give others a chance. I think our bigger challenge is convincing others they know enough about Disney to join us. :p )
-
LOL. I don't even know what the 1 pointer one is. I don't know anything about disney. :(
-
(I like Petrie am going to try to give others a chance for the really simple ones. It would be unfair for people like me to answer. )
-
Looks like we might be alone in this guys. :( :(
Anyway, the one pointer is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Next question just to move things along.
Who are the "Fab Five"? (and don't say the Beatles  )
(rating 6.0, need to have some knowledge on the parks where they're often referred to as)
-
I believe it's Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, & Pluto?
What Disney movie was Walt's very favorite?
(rating-5.0)
-
I have a question here: what's going to stop people from raiding trivia sites and Wikipedia upon the announcement of a question?
-
I have a question here: what's going to stop people from raiding trivia sites and Wikipedia upon the announcement of a question?
No guarantee those sites will offer the answer. For the hell of it, I tried to see if you could look up "fab five" and "Disney" and you couldn't find the answer. Most people who are big into Disney know that one anyway, and weather_lord certainly did. :)
I'm pretty sure Walt's favorite film was actually Bambi, but I'm going to wait for confirmation. I'm about 95% sure that was stated on the platinum dvd release that Walt had a kind fondling for the deer.
-
I'm pretty sure Walt's favorite film was actually Bambi
Correct :D
-
Lets keep going then. :)
Mickey Mouse was not Walt's first cartoon that he put his heart and soul into. Who was, and what is the status of this character today?
(Rating 8.0)
-
I'm gonna take a stab at this one. Know it's a complete guess and I might be 100 percent wrong.
I have to say Mortimer Mouse. And the status of his character today is he is one of Mickey's rivals who has a crush on Minnie Mouse as well. Once again total guess.
-
Nice guess but its not Mortimer. Walt didn't try to make him to be out a "big character" but he did want this character to be big.
-
Oswald the lucky rabbit ?
He has hardly been know for many years since Walt lost the copyright on the character. There was some talk a year ago about his revival but not much is known at the moment.
-

Oswald is the one. :) Walt was devastated losing him. Ask a question Teresa.
-
What is the name of Mickey Mouse's 2 nephews ?
(Rating 5.0)
-
Morty and Ferdie (Mack and Muck in the German version)?
-
Yep your right. Ask a question :)
-
Okay, according to Don Rosa's biographical comic series "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck", what is the name of the river where Scrooge McDuck had his claim during the Klondike Gold Rush?
-
Sorry to say Ducktales isn't my forte. :(
-
Yukon River !!! :D
-
Yukon describes the whole area where Scrooge McDuck went digging for gold (Yukon literally means "between two rivers"). Scrooge McDucks claim was near a smaller creek. The name of the creek was a reference to the hardships gold diggers faced in that region.
-
<_< .............................Just when i thought i had it. Well i was close :^.^:
-
White Agony Creek?
-
That's correct Weatherlord! :yes
Your turn.
-
I got to correct myself on one previous statement Yukon does NOT mean "between two rivers". I confused the word with "Klondike"; sorry about that.
-
OK, then. What Disney animated film was the first-ever to be rated PG?
(rating: 3.0)
-
erm
Weren't they going to rate "Home on the range" as a PG due to a gag involving a cows udder and the line "Yeah they're real and quit staring"
Toy Story was a PG but that's a pixar film so that may not count. And the nightmare Before Christmas was a PG but also under Tim Burton. So that might not count either. :bang
Was it Dinosaur ?
-
The "Black Caludron"?
-
Correct, Teek! your turn.
-
Oohh boy. I love to stump you all...oh I know the PERFECT one.
There are 11 full-legnth animated features that only have a one word title. What are they?
Remember: "The" counts! And it cannot be associated with Pixar and MUST be 2-D! :yes
-
I came up with 10. :( You're not including unreleased films in this count, are you?
-
I came up with 10. :( You're not including unreleased films in this count, are you?
No...be sure to look REALLY hard for this last one. It's there, i garantuee you!
-
Aladdin
Dumbo
Tarzan
Bambi
Pocahontas
Fantasia
Pinocchio
Mulan
Hercules
Cinderella
Atlantis

-
Atlantis was the one missing on my list. :(
-
Well i wasn't very sure because it had ": The lost Empire" on the end of it. but i checked all my disney films and it was the only one i could find. That really was a trick one.
-
I guess i got it right so.....
What was the last Disney film animator (now director) Tim Burton worked on before leaving the studio ?
-
Wow, good job Theresa on my question! When I asked this on a Disney forum, it took them about three weeks or so.
The Fox and the Hound?
-
Pretty sure that's it. He didn't like doing "cute". :P:
-
Wow, good job Theresa on my question! When I asked this on a Disney forum, it took them about three weeks or so.
Teresa actually made a valid point. I would have had this, but I disregarded Atlantis: The Lost Empire because it wasn't a one-word title, so there are technically only 10. That was, in fact, a trick question.
-
Wow, good job Theresa on my question! When I asked this on a Disney forum, it took them about three weeks or so.
The Fox and the Hound?
wow it took them that long ?
Nope it's not Fox and the hound.
-
Teresa actually made a valid point. I would have had this, but I disregarded Atlantis: The Lost Empire because it wasn't a one-word title, so there are technically only 10. That was, in fact, a trick question.
The Working U.S. title was Atlantis....therefore I counted it. I should have been a little more specific.
-
If Fox isn't the answer then I'll guess Burton's last film was Oliver and Company...that was also a cutsey film.
-
If Fox isn't the answer then I'll guess Burton's last film was Oliver and Company...that was also a cutsey film.
Wrong :(
-
I'd say Nightmare Before Christmas but it was not made by Disney...was this a feature film?
-
Yes it was a feature film that was rather dark and may not have been very popular.
-
Yes it was a feature film that was rather dark and may not have been very popular.
Up. Geez, I'm stupid. the Black Caldroun. He did the early designs. :lol
-
Horray you got it ;)
-
Yay! :D
There's another Disney character that makes a cameo in The Hunchback Of Notre Dame BESIDES Belle. Who are they and what was the role?
-
I think it was Carpet from Aladdin and you see somebody shaking it. I know it was in the same scene as belle but i haven't watched the film in a long time.
-
Shucks, I knew Belle...its all that Disney trivia you think you'll never use again. :P:
-
So i was right ?
Edit : I guess so.
erm......
How Much did the disney studio pay to buy Pixar ?
-
7.4 Billion in stock.
-
Yep and it was probably well worth it ;)
Your go
-
So i was right ?
Edit : I guess so.
erm......
How Much did the disney studio pay to buy Pixar ?
Up. Geez, I'm sorry everyone! I had computer problems and ould not get on!
I never actually noticed the Carpet...that's not the one I'm tihnking of... :D I'll tell you since you have moved on.
The funny man who keeps getting captured over and over again singing 'I'm free, I'm free.' is Jafar's old man form from Aladdin
-
well yeah but technically that's not jafar so it probably doesn't count.
-
Hope you're ready, cause this one is pretty tough, unless you know the character.
What is the career ambition of a being with 2 tiny wings, horns of a steer, big yellow eyes, and almost completely royal purple?
-
Being a "Figment" of your imagination???
-
Ermm that is a tough one. do you give clues ?
-
Nope, no clue.
-
Petrie got the character, so here's a clue:
In one version of his ride, he does say what job he wants.
-
I don't know much about Figment except he's a purple dragon and he does meet and greets.
-
 Nope no idea. In ride do you mean a ride at a theme park or something ? i've never been to any of the disney theme parks. <_<
-
It is a ride at EPCOT in Florida.
-
That'll explain why i'm clueless. :(
-
I haven't been to WDW since 2003 so I don't remember anything...sorry. :( If its Figment's ride you're after, that I can look up.
-
Do you guys just want me to give the answer and another question?
-
Seeing as how I've managed to stump everyone here, here's the answer and another question.
The answer was an Astronaut (he wanted to be one so he could discover new things).
And now for the next question:
Name this quote: "Hey, lady, what in thunder are you trying to do? Crazy woman driver."
-
That's the removal van driver from 101 Dalmatians as Cruella tries to push the truck off the road. :^.^:
-
That's it.
Your turn.
-
ok erm...........
Which disney animator created a film called "Lady" about a springer spaniel which many years later became "lady and the tramp" ?
-
sorry for the double post. so, anybody know or should i put a different question?
-
We forgive double posts when they're half a year apart :).
Is the answer Joe Grant? It's his dog the protagonist is based after.
-
Since Teresa hasn't been on the GOF for over 4 months, I'm going ahead.
Which Pixar movie has also made groundbreaking achievement in the video game industry, where it's become the first western video game translated into Arabic and sold in the Middle East?
(We still doing the rating thing? If so, 10 pointer. I recommend Google.)
-
Hmm.. I guess Cars?
-
Nope. Here's a hint. Of the nine Pixar movies, this one would probably be the easiest to translate.
-
Is it Toy Story?
-
No, and it also isn't the sequel. Only six movies left to choose from...
-
A Bugs Life?
-
Nope. Another clue. There's only one word in the title.
-
Wait a minute,
It doesn't have a sequel..
Easiest to translate...
It's Wall-E!
-
Bingo! It was selected because video game producers believed that the morals in WALL-E would agree most with Arabic viewpoints. The article about it is here. (http://arstechnica.com/journals/thumbs.ars/2008/06/23/wall-e-to-be-first-arabic-localized-game-on-current-gen-systems)
You're up, Rat_Lady7. I'm surprised you didn't guess Ratatouille. :)
-
I just figured, there were hardly any verbal lines in Wall-E, so once you said, "This movie is easy to translate." I thought, "It's Wall-E"
Which disney character in what movie says this line?:
"People like you get hurt."
-
Bill Sikes. Oliver and Company?
-
Correct! Your turn!
-
Okay, here goes: Which movie, which character, scene?
"...this is no time to panic! .... Start panicing!"
-
Woody from Toy Story?
-
Nope
-
Aladdin from the first movie in the Cave of Wonders on the carpet when they are just about to fly into a wall
-
You got it! Great movie and scene!
You're up!
-
Ok then how about this:
"If there's a prize for rotten judgement, I guess I've already won that..."

-
Megara in Hercules sings that line, in the song, "I won't say I'm in love".
-
Correct!
I actually like that song a lot, and Meg has a really nice voice to go with that accent.
You're up!
-
Megara in Hercules sings that line, in the song, "I won't say I'm in love".
Oh! Now I recognize the line! Good job Rat_Lady!
-
^ That's simply because I know the movie, and that happens to be one of my favorite Disney songs, along with one of my favorite disney heroines.
Let's see...
Who voice overs Esmarelda's singing voice in the Hunchback of Notre Dame?
-
Heidi Mollenhauer?
-
That is correct. Your turn!
-
Okay...
Is there truly a basketball court at the top of the Matterhorn Ride in Disneyland?
-
Technically, it's inside it, and it's only one hoop and the court is small, so it's not a full basketball court, but even so yes it is true!
-
Correct!
Your turn!
-
Well, I am not going to ask a question since it is still LBTFan13's turn. I won't reverse things by offerering the answer and not the question either like I did in LBT Trivia because I realized that that was still taking someone else's turn. Therefore, the only reason I'm writing this is so that this thread will be newly responded to and thus will show up more evidently on this topic list. That in turn might show or help him remember that he can proceed here when he gets the chance, because I just got here myself and I noticed that the most recent post in this was a month and a day ago. I'm sure he just forgot or got busy, so this is just a friendly way to remind him. Later!
-
Just take over, TFS. I don't think the other guy's even checking this thread anymore.
-
Well, if you say it's alright, then sure, I'll go ahead. Here we go: there are at least two Disney trilogy movie series that work in this way: The first movie has current events, the second movie continues from the first one, but the third movie decides to bring you back to the past. Now I don't know if there are more than two of these types of Disney trilogies, but since I know of at least two of them, please name two of them. Of course, hints are available for your convinience, but they aren't free. They will cost you time that you can never get back to write your request for them! Hahaha. Later!
-
The Lion King and The Little Mermaid?
-
OMG I am so so so so so so so so sorry I never replied back to this thread   I completely forgot about it and have been cramped up with midterms and stuff! Had I remembered I would have asked a question, but I completely forgot! Sorry :(
-
The provider of the previous question's mouth drops open and there is silence for some time. Finally, "Whoa," is all he can say before his mouth closes. He had just finished writing what he thought to be a very difficult question- one that would take quite some time and at least a hint or two to find an answer for. So you can imagine his shock to find that his answers- the exact two answers he had in mind too- had been placed before him in record time- mere minutes after he placed the question. Questions flooded his mind, like "How did brekclub85 know? and "How did he remember so fast?" He couldn't have looked them up. There weren't any key words to include and the descriptions the boy gave would have yielded several results online. The boy could perhaps understand one answer fairly quickly, but both of them appearing almost immediatley before his eyes, well, he was just speechless. He wanted so desparately to tell brekclub85, "You're right. It's your turn, so go ahead when you're ready," but words failed him, as his mouth couldn't move at all anymore, and so all oxygen to his body had to enter through his nasal passages. But the boy hoped, deep within in his heart, that brekclub85 would learn the truth: that he couldn't have been more right here and the floor was now his to control as he saw fit. If the boy could only speak, he would say, "Later!"
Later that night, as the boy could finally control his jaw muscles again, he decided to respond to someones apology...
OMG I am so so so so so so so so sorry I never replied back to this thread I completely forgot about it and have been cramped up with midterms and stuff! Had I remembered I would have asked a question, but I completely forgot! Sorry
How can you ask anyone for forgiveness after what you did!? What you did is unpardonable in the highest sense! How on Earth could you pay more attention to scholastic activitites that determine the fate of your future than a Disney trivia game? I mean, yeah, if you study and do well in them you can easily end up with a very bright future financially or at least one that you enjoy greatly, but that is nothing compared to punctuality in games that talk about things partaining to the great Walter Disney! You need to get your priorites straight young man! Being a little late in a Disney trivia game because you were hard at work studying would be ridiculous where I live. Next time a teacher or teachers give you assignments, just tell them you are playing in a Disney trivia game and I guarantee you that they will understand and immediatley drop all assignments to let you continue in it without distractions. Knowing about Donald Duck, Goofy, and Mickey Mouse will get you so much farther in life than Language, Math, and Science. So next time you want school work over cartoons again, don't even bother showing your avatar's face here ever again.
Sorry, I know I can get extreme when I write, but that was just my funny way of showing no hard feelings at all and saying that we all understand how busy school work is and how important it effects our lives. No one is angry at you a bit LBTFan13, nor is anyone bothered in the slightest. But now that we know why, we couldn't be happier to hear how hard you are exerting yourself in things that matter so much. We would all love to forgive you, but we're afraid that we can't, because in order to forgive someone, that person has to actually do something wrong first, so there is literally no reason for you to apologize to us, nor to be worried or feel bad whatsoever. We've all been there, and most of us will likely go there again. I'm happy to hear how much priority you put on your future, and getting delayed to a game won't change that at all. Please continue to do what is right, and no one will ever have a reason to get upset. Later!
-
Here's my question:
List at least 6 Disney characters who died in a Disney movie (Animated or non-animate, doesn't make a difference.)
-
Ah, I matter of life and death- literally! This will be fun! Here's my list:
Ursula- The Little Mermaid
Chrone- Dinosaur
Scar- The Lion King
Meg- Hercules
Clayton- Tarzan
Jafar- The Return of Jafar
Well, those were the first ones that came to my mind at least. I wonder if any of these match the ones you originally thought of? That would be interesting. Later!
-
Correct!
TFS, it's your turn to ask
-
Well, how about we get to my favorite non animated Disney film, eh? I don't know anything unusual behind the making of it so I'll just vaguely describe the plot. It is very old, and I doubt many have seen it or even remember it if they did. If you can merely say some events that happen in the movie I'm describing, that will be good enough for me, and I'll give the title. Honestly, I have never asked a Disney fan in my life if he or she saw this and got a "yes" in response, so I assume that, although I love it, it probably wasn't very popular. A boy was on his way to get his brother from a neighbor's house. But he gets abducted by an alien race that was not hostile to him at all, but merely placed some information in the boy's brain to be retrieved by one of them later. But since time flowed differently in the other galaxy the boy was taken to, when they brought him back unconscious to the exact location he was taken from, he was the exact same age, but time on Earth had progressed several years, and his little brother wasn't his "little" brother anymore. In fact, he had no memory of even leaving Earth at all when he woke up and simply went "home" as if nothing had happened. That is all I'll say for now unless you need more hints. I don't believe that there is another Disney movie that matches that desription, so I can safely say that there is only one answer. But remember, it apparently is so unpopular that I doubt many people, even in this forum, have seen it or remember the exact title of it if they had, so simply tell me at least two major events that happen in it, and I'll give the name of it. Although, I might have underestimated the Disney fans here, so I may just get the exact answer from someone yet. We shall see. Later!
-
Is this film in the 80s?
-
Is this film in the 80s?
Yes, it is Boss. This Disney movie was actually released before I was even born, if that will narrow things down more. As I said, and it was no exaggeration, that I have never spoke with someone in my entire life that has watched or even heard of this movie, so I'm pretty sure that it's very unpopular. I just hoped that maybe someone saw part of this and maybe didn't know what it was, which is why if someone recognizes the plot just a little and can just give two other distinct parts of the film, the floor is theres. Thank you for trying my question. I like to give a really difficult question occasionally and you just found one. Good luck with the answer, or at least two examples of it. Later!
-
Was it Howard the Duck?
-
Was it Howard the Duck?
Good guess, but not quite. I should have made the beginning of the post with my question more conspicuous. This question is about a live action film without any animated scenes whatsoever. The movie focuses on three types of characters: humans, aliens, and an artificial intelligence transportation unit made by the aliens. The transportation unit responded very properly like a machine does, but when it retrieved the information from the main character's brain, it accidentally got a copy of human behavior patterns and began acting just like a young person would instead of like a machine towards the end. And thank you for being the only one attempting this so far. But now that I think about it, perhaps I shouldn't have brought up a subject that was so uncommon because I'm afraid I just took the fun out of this game. But it's too late to change it now though. Next time I'll ask about something at least a little popular so more people will participate. Don't worry Boss, I'll make this question work out somehow. Later!
-
No, No No, That is what maskes this game fun. I love a challenge, personally... Could you possibly give a few hints, so people might actually have a chance at it. Give us the names of the Aleins, for example..
-
Okay, let's see... First of all, the movie doesn't show the aliens who made the transportation unit, but the movie centers around the boy and it, with its artificial intelligence making it a character as well. The boy decides to call the AI "Max." The only actual alien that gets decent focus is a small one called a Puckmaren. The AI kept it in its alien species collection, but in the end, the boy gets to keep it as a pet. I understand how fun challenges can be Boss; I just feel that questions that are too difficult can really limit competitors, judging by the fact that only you have been a part of this one so far. But I really thank you for doing so. Later!
-
Is the film callled "flight of the Navigator"?
-
Yup! I would say that you're the only one who could get this right, but I wouldn't know since only you seem to have tried, which I indeed give you my thanks for. I had hoped using the name of an alien only used in this movie would make the perfect key word in an online search and I believe I chose well, since I gather you haven't actually seen this movie yet and I don't think anything else I wrote would have yielded a minority of search results. Well, if you like Disney movies, you could easily give this one a try since it came out on DVD not too long ago. I've seen the movie a lot, but I'd still love to own it since it is my favorite non animated Disney movie period. Well, thanks for playing. I guess there is quite an upside of being an only contestant: Only you will win! So the floor is yours boss, and I will do my best to answer whatever you post. Later!
-
What was the first direct to video sequel of a Disney Film?
-
A movie I am rather fond of actually. I always love villains who end up being good in the end, like Iago, presuming you were refurring to "The Return of Jafar." I liked part three, "Alladin and the Forty Thieves" the best out of that trilogy, but almost everone seems to like the original "Alladin" best. Yeah, it was good, but I read the original story, and the movie strays so far from it, like the fact the original Alladin story had two genies, one from a lamp, the other from a ring. I even liked the story of the first manuscript better. Anyway, did I say what you were thinking? If not, I'll try again. Later!
-
yes, you are correct. the third one was better than the second, although the rule "the original is ususally the best" applies here. Your turn TFS.
-
Which Disney amusment park ride isn't based off any Disney movie or cartoon, nor even originally created by the Disney compnay at all? It was made for a different amusement park, but when someone on the ride was killed, it was taken out and remodeled by the Disney company and used by them where it is very much enjoyed to this day. Honestly, I know I'm getting extremely ridiculous now, but I promise to tone my next question down considerably. I have just been very curious if anybody here has heard this as well. Later!
-
Is it Splash Mountain? Thats probably not it.. I think that ride is based on "song of the South".
-
Great guess! How should I put this. Well, you didn't quite have the right answer to the question, but the fact you gave at the end was indeed correct. The Disney ride "Splash Mountain" is indeed based off Disney's first live action film called "Song of the South," although the whole movie was not released in the U.S.A. because the Disney company decided that it could be considered racist. Although the movie did have live characters, it had animated ones as well, the characters Br'er Fox and Br'er Rabbit, as were also the theme characters to see during the "Splash Mountain" ride. "Br'er" is actually a real abbreviation for "brother." It makes it easier than saying things like Brother Fox, although my old studies say that this shortened expression has a prior-to-a-name usage only, meaning that the word is grammarically incorrect standing in a sentence otherwise. You couldn't say, "Hey mother, I'm going to check on my little br'er," and be considered using it the right way too. The smaller version of this word may be limited in options for placement and is used very rarely these days, but that makes it all the more interesting to hear or read it, no? I'm sorry, it's just that when I was a teenager, I wanted to be an English teacher very badly before I wanted to become a writer, and I guess my old spark hasn't been completely exstinguished yet.
As for more hints, the ride is only in Disney World, and has never been in Disney Land. An attendant was crushed during the ride as it was moving when it was in the non Disney amusement park, which is why it was stopped being used there and Disney got it for their use and changed it quite a bit. The ride offers more knowledge of American history than actual "thrills" like "Star Trek" "Thunder and Space Mountain" or any other fast ride. This narrows it down, but since this fact is so trivial and thus very unknown, I may have to say more, but I won't mind at all if I have to. Later!
-
I've been to Disney World Twice although I haven't gone on all the rides. Is this ride still there today?
-
I think so. I haven't been to Disney in a while, though.
-
Yes, the ride is still there, as I just went on it last year when I went to Florida. To be more specific on its theme, the ride teaches about America's history of progress, which is what they based the title on. It starts off showing the audience about some very early inventions, then the ride moves and you see how mankind's porgress improved them, and so on until the last part shows what Disney thought the future might hold. This is actually my favorite Disney ride, even though it wasn't always Disney's. That should have narrowed it done more. I hope this helps. Later!
-
is it the World of Tommorow? It might been an attraction at a World's Fair at some point..
-
Is it the Carousel of Progress?
-
is it the World of Tommorow? It might been an attraction at a World's Fair at some point..
Is it the Carousel of Progress?
Ah, now this is quite a predicament. Each of you answered correctly from a certain point of view, and considering the timing issue as well, I don't know how to go about this. Each of you have an advantage and disadvantage at the same time, so I don't know who should go next. Let me explain.
Nick22: The World of Tomorrow is the attraction of Disney World where the ride is at. Although this answer is correct, it's just slightly general. On the other hand, he did go first.
Stitch: Gave the specific answer I wanted, but went second.
I don't have the best judgement with these things. Maybe a paper rock scissors feature should be an option in these types of threads in case of such an occasion. Ah well, I'll just see what comes of this, considering an administrator is one of the ones involved here. Of course, I do aplogize for being late here, but I haven't been able to enjoy this forum as much as wanted ever since I got 242 viruses on my computer a few days ago. Yeah, I paid to have them removed, but that doesn't fix the massive damage they left behind. Ah well.
And by the way, the World's Fair sounds right as for where the Carousel of Progress originated from, but I can't remember that part for sure. I just know I have heard of the World's Fair at some point. I'll wait to see what happens here. Later!

Stitch was closer, so he can go. We both had the right idea, but he was more specific..
-
Thanks.
What is the name of the land that was supposed to be in "nahtazhu", but got dropped?
-
The Animal Kingdom was going to have the slogan "nahtazhu." As for why it was dropped, that part is unknown to me. That word is like a zoo, or menagerie, right? Someone thought it would be being redundant to say Animal Kingdom then a reference to a place where animals reside, but that was his opinion, and he had no evidence to support it, so I can only guess as to the reason for the drop. Later!
-
Close. You got the park, but I'm going for something that was supposed to be in the park when it opened.
-
wAs it a section of the Park that was supposed to be named that?
-
It seems I managed to stump everyone, so here's the answer:
The land was supposed to be called Beastly Kingdomme. It was taken out at the last moment, and replaced with Camp Minnie-Mickey.
Hopefully this question will be easier:
What is Eeyore stuffed with?
-
One source said he was stuffed with sawdust.
-
That's it.
The source was the original cartoons.
Your turn.
-
What Disney animated feature used sound clips of another film to place a voice of a well-known actor who died nearly 20 years before this movie was made?
-
Need a hint?
-
Was it The Great Mouse detective
?
-
Yep! There was brief scene in the movie with Sherlock Holmes, the voice of which was Basil Rathbone. He died years before this movie began, so one of his movies was used for his voice.
Your turn!
-

In the movie, Pinocchio actually dies during the daring escape from Monstro. However, because he had proven himself, The Blue Fairy brought him back to life as a real boy.

What is the one disney film that supposidly broke the sexuality production code (precursor of the mpaa ratings) when it was released?
-
Felix the Cat?
-
Was I right?
-
Sorry, nope.
Felix was released by Paramount, not Disney (I believe)
The film I am referencing has one of the most romantic scenes of all movies (which is where they supposidly broke the code).
-
Snow White?
-
Sorry, no.
The main cast members are not humans.
-
Lady & the Tramp?
-
is MK right stitch?
-
Yeah, he's right.
Your Turn.

What is the one disney film that supposidly broke the sexuality production code (precursor of the mpaa ratings) when it was released?
Lady & the Tramp?
is MK right stitch?
Yeah, he's right.
Wow it did? :wow I haven't seen that movie in years...just a lame parody of it on "The Simpsons", which I used to watch and am still trying to break the habit of watching. Wish me luck. (And by the way, they sorta broke that code there, so I wouldn't be surprised)
Uh...how many movies are there subliminal messages in?

Hmm...is it just full-length feature films?
