Okay, this is a computer game called "
Stepmania". It is basically Konami's "Dance Dance Revolution" converted to an open-source, fully customizable PC game. By that, I mean users are able to add their own songs to the game by creating simple yet powerful scripts, either by hand in Notepad, or using Stepmania's built in editor (which is a Very, Very nice tool).
This video is of me playing Stepmania, using my computer keyboard as a controller. I used to have some really good Dance controllers, like the ones in the arcade versions, but ever since I moved in with my grandparents, I haven't had any room to set them up. I sold the controllers as a result. I have just one picture of me with my old controllers still around. The other pics and videos were lost to a long-dead hard drive.
Anyways, I created the script for this song, "Karma" by Kamelot. It's well-suited to the since due to its high speed and complex rhythms. It makes for a tricky song to those that don't know it.
Anyways, onto the video! Unfotunately, I forgot to zoom in my camera, but I show my score at the end so you can get an idea of how the game went. B) I consider this game the game I'm best at, overall. I cam get a score similar to this on my feet as well, but unfortunately I have no way of making a video to prove this, so you'll have to take my word for it! LOL
