A new idea for a story

Oh  I came up with some crazy idea for a story. there is a Sci-fi in the UK called Dr Who which has been reborn and restarted it kind of got me thinking over it. lol

He traveling through time and space but when the TARDIS cross over the 65 million year cross point it time vortex enters normal space but when it did the rock that was suppose to strike the earth hits the vortex stream shattering the rock to billions of pieces. the TARDIS on the other hand gets knocked out of the vortex 2.3 million years later it appears in the Great Valley with a crashing landing.

it only a idea that came up a few days ago lol
