Not sure if this is even the right place to ask this question, but I've never done any sort of Role playing before. Do I just reply in a thread, or do I need to have an established character then put them in the thread where characters are listed?

Hey everyone, Been watching these movies on roadtrips since I was four, and it's the reason I love paleontology, and i'm currently considering it as a career option. Glad to have found this place, albeit a bit late.
