Shaggy ran as fast as he could while carrying several books.. ' the group ean out of the room just in time as there was a kous bang as the bomb exploded behind them..
Chong was surveying the battle from outside the city.. amnd his anger was griwing. nort only was Galena falling but so was Neprune City.. " Release all the mustard gas we have left!" he ordered.
Dixie anbd Scooby were slowly making progress on the ground. above them biyomon, Agumon abd agumina were battling the enemy in the Sky.

Jason and Gallantmon continued to fight with Odysseus, Brooklyn and Moran battling nearby as well, though they focused on human size apponants while Jason, in his imperial dragon form, and Gallantmon focused on larger ones.

The Whiptail Lizard nodded and relayed his orders.

(Chong AFB)

Bombers carrying tens of tons of lethal chemical weapons - mostly the magically enhanced mustard gas and echynd gas - an acid gas mainly designed to attack living vehicles but it was also quite destructive to non-living vehicles and weaponry - thundered into the sky. Their orders - bomb Galena and Neptune City with their chemical weapons.

(Neptune City)

Dr. Zanasiu's team was assisting Dixie's platoon. They had already cleared out one of Chong's garrisons and were making progress.

Yaltsin and his crew had arrived with some fresh reinforcements. Of course as soon as they arrived, sniper fire rained down on them from above.

An explosion was heard as a solder tossed a grenade into second story window, killing a group of snipers.

(Galena)

Paul detached a smoke grenade from his vest and pulled the pin. He then tossed it at the soldiers who were trying to find Sally.

He then dashed to the back alley where Sally, Nick and Nani were waiting.

"All right, so what's the plan?" he asked, taking off his helmet and wiping his face with the back of his sleeve.

Luckily, the explosion of the house had managed to clear the magic fog around the area, letting Captain Fairchild see again.

"Hey, guys," he radioed, "the fog's gone so if you need heavy fire support, I'm here for you."

Strut looked at the books. "Let's stick these in the Humvee and call Stripetail."

He then opened the door to his Humvee and tossed the books into the seating area.

He climbed into the front seat and radioed Stripetail. "Commander Stripetail, this is Strut. Shaggy and I have found multiple spellbooks inside a house in Galena. Over."

Sara sent a spell at a group of enemy troops she had that exploded on impact. She had also added in an extra loud sound and flash to be a bit more effective in stunning or disorienting the nearby enemy troops.

, Stitch and angel were throwing debris as the enemies, several of their blows wre lethal, others died from getting bashed directly in the head from stitch or angel, who were rolling and bouncing back and forth, much too quickly for the enemy to hit..
Dixie and Scooby kept moving towards the middle of the city..

(Inglorious Hotel, Surf Point)

A group of people were huddled around one of the radios in the lobby. Several workers were mopping up the floor or carrying munitions.

Suddenly, the voice of one of the field marshals came through.

"Attention, we have captured Chong AFB."

Just then, three more voices cut through, announcing that Dialset, Sunberry and Osmiridium had been recaptured.

Loud cheers broke out from the group gathered around the radio.

"Finally, it's over!" a Raven guard said. She appeared to be no older than twelve.

"If it were only sooner," a Human soldier said sagely as he wiped a tear away from his face - which was scarred up from an rocket attack that killed several of his fellow soldiers during the attack on Southport.

(Chong AFB)

Most of the bombers that tried to take off were downed by Seaboard Coalition troops as they moved in to take the air force base.

A few managed to get through though.

Several coalition troops and vehicles swarmed the buildings forcing any remaining Chong sympathizers and employees from their hiding places.

The few soldiers, mages and mechanical troops that protected the installation were no match for the sheer number of Seaboard Coalition forces.

(Galena)

"We're doing pretty good. I think we killed most of Chong's forces," Strut said. "Strut out."

He then turned to Shaggy and spoke. "Let's join up with Nick's group."

Anton and his two men came out of a nearby building.

"We're heading up with Nick's group," Strut said.

"Let me reload first!" the soldier snapped as reached inside the Humvee, snapped a box of ammunition to his light machine gun and fed the belt into the gun.

Anton loaded a rocket into his launcher and strapped some more spare rockets to his body.

The archer loaded some more armor piercing arrows into his quiver.

Paul radioed Captain Fairchild. "Hey Captain, we're heading to Galena HQ to destroy it. We'll need your help."

"Roger that. I was getting bored anyways. Fairchild out."

The sound of jet engines was soon heard over the group.

Suddenly, his voice came back over the radio. "You may wanna get moving. I Got some living vehicles and Chong troopers about four or so miles away on radar. Also, HQ's heavily guarded so be prepared for a hell of a fight."

(Neptune City)

Lt. Martin had already downed the enemy fighter but her body was riddled with bullet holes. The dragon was still fighting, even after it had eaten over 100 25 mm high explosive rounds.

Major Lockie flew over the large dragon and aimed his 105 cannon at its head. "Kiss your ass goodbye," he growled as his gun fired. The powerful explosion at such close range made him - as well as the reloading crew inside him - flinch. But it did its work, the head of the dragon was completely obliterated and the dragon crashed to earth, destroying several small buildings at its impact site.

"Thanks," Lt. Martin said, winking at him.

If it were possible, Major Lockie would have blushed. A burst of AA fire hitting his belly reminded him that he was in a war zone.

Thanks to the fact that the Chong chemical bombers had no fighter escort and were not alive, the other living fighter planes shot them down with minimal effort.

Chong gestured and his eyes grew wide the areas he controlled had suddenly drastically shrunk. " We must hold Neptune City or we will all be caught ," He radioed " Neptune City and Galena are all we have left, they taken Chong AFB and destroyed most of our supplies

He said with smile as so large it almost trasferred through the radio. : we have taken Arkan AFB, Sunberry and Osmirihium. all vhing's forces hold are Galena and Neptune City. once we take those two it won't be long before that horrid mage is in our custody.."
_ Rou Ream, re've rearry ron?' Scooby said clearly relieved " we're not done yer, but we're real close" stripetail replied.
_ Volreer Terrador and Cyril let forth a flurry of powerful attacks. terrador was, it seemed to Spyro, enjoying this. " If you had only contacted us weeks ago Spyro, this war would have been over much soner..

Seeing the size of the forces they were facing and what they consisted of Jason summoned the Q-rex zord who joined in the battle against the forces of evil.

"Looks like ti may be over soon, or we may be in a spot where the battle may pause." Jason said to those he was with.

Major Lockie shredded an convoy with a massive hail of 40 mm, 105 mm and 20 mm shells.

Just as he blasted apart an armored truck with his 105 mm cannon, the reloaders alerted him to the fact that he was out of ammunition.

"Sorry, I've got to reload."

Suddenly, thousands of spent shell casings rained down from his belly as his crew swept the spent casings out the side disposal ports.

When he was done dumping the spent casings, he headed back to Surf Point to reload.

The convoy that Muzzle was attacking was struck by two missiles from Lt. Martin, who was several miles away.

Massive explosions boomed as the bomber flattened a nearby city block that was holding some of Chong's abominations that he had planned to use.

(Galena)

Anton, Strut and the two soldiers met up with Nick and Nani in one of the back streets of Galena. Captain Fairchild was flying overhead.

Suddenly, he noticed that the about a 100 yards down, a large pile of concrete rubble had blocked off the road. Captain Fairchild prepared to destroy the offending mass with his missiles but a hail of 20 mm shells struck him along the flank.

He unleashed a stream of profanity as he let loose with his 30 mm cannon, reducing the three offending vehicles to smoldering pieces of scrap metal.

But it was not over yet, several other living vehicles were waiting in ambush for the group.

Tarrax Spyro and Cynder soon added thier attacks to the Guradians efforts. Meanwhile Stripetail was ytoying with a convoy near him, the news that the war was close to won, had put him in a mood to be playful, unfortunately for his enemies. currently he had them acting out a three Stooges routine complete with slapping each other in the face and third guy making Curly noises.
Agumon and Agumina climbed back into the mystery machine and Scooby and Fixie has paused on a side street and have Genki reload.. ' this stuff in fun' Genki laughed wildly.. " Genki when we get home I am definitely cutting out your sugar intake" tiger said gruffly

Nick Nani and Ahaggy reached the Headquarters for chongs forces in Galen, only to be met with machinegun fire ' ok, so maybe this wasn't such a good idea, sally said as she ducked behind a corner ' it was the right idea,m, unfortunately they are not going to give themelves up without a fight' Nick said as bullets whizzed Aaround him..
