This RPG is going to have a longneck child with his mother the problem is he can't hear since when he hatched a massive lightning blast happened only 10 meters away and the thunder seriously damaged his hearing. His mother named him Thunder and since traveling with the herd of longnecks his been lonely outcasted by the other longneck children till his Mother had just enough of it of the longneck adults and kids taking the mick of her sons problem of hearing so she leaves the heard with her son to go to a place that peaceful and not have a problem with her son Thunder's hearing since he can't hear she used virbations of her feet to commucate with him and getting him to read a view words of her mouth when speaking to him directly like his name and a few verbs but other then that he relied on his smell and feeling of the ground for any dangers that his mother can't tell him if she sees it first. He does have a good set of eyes he could tell a expression that towards him cause of this one thing he can't do which is hear others speak.
If anyone like to join in this rpg, the usually LBT charcaters for this one and the Spikethumbs are welcome of cause :)

Moving to the Great Valley a large Longneck and her young son Thunder arriving in the earily morning of the day she'd had choose to leave the herd after feeling that her son was being miss treated having enough of it she choice to head to the Valley with her child hearing about it being a peaceful place and hope it the right place for her son as she looked at him as they walked smiling to him resuring that he will have a happy life growing up then the one in the herd where he was mistreated by children and adults.
He returning a smile back to her and carry on walking into the Great Valley being new arrivals.

(Yeah good, we will keep to a rule of 1 or maybe 2 personally characters and ALL have to be LBT type dinosaurs! no travel from other worlds creatures! get me guys I want this to be strickly on the lines of LBT style no strange magic stuff as well, so far it is

Erm this is going to be mainly in the Great Valley into the story a rock slide opens up a strange cave that has mystic sounds coming from inside that in the Great Valley side and no enterance to outside the valley through it as well so it wouldn't really work out for a sharptooth in it. And I don't think the idea of a sharptooth finding a way in that only leaf eaters know since they travel there and being only one he wouldn't stand a change against hundards of dinosaurs and they would stick together to push any sharptooths back. good idea for a charcater but not for this type of story line sorry tiny. I should of put that up sooner, it would be very hard to put up something like that in a RPG like this somewhere into it. sorry Tiny I don't think it going to work out.

I don't fully comprehend you want me too think of another made up character? How would me thinking of another character stop the rp from going wildly out of control?

I just did RPs in the past and some stories go a bit crazy.

I am just not sure how we could fit a sharptooth in the story. I thought over how the path events could work out but in those path events it was never thought of having a sharptooth in it. sorry if I make a mistake in some of the words that i placed I hope we all could happily rping in this. But there not much gong to have the sharptooth in it since most of this is in the Great Valley making it quite differcult for a sharptooth peronsal charcater appear in it.
Maybe he could play as Littlefoot until he has the sharptooth appear. just trying to think this through.
Kenji choice not to join in for now so we need to fill in the main charcater area as well before we start off ok?
So who would do Littlefoot, and adults

Darius noticed the pair as they entered. "Coo!! New arrivals" He said to himself. He casually walked to them, and introduced himself. "Hi. I'm Darius. Welcome to the Great Valley".

"Well this is a nice greeting from such a youngling like you" the longneck said to him "I am Lousie and this is my son Thunder. Where would I go to meet the adults of this valley?" she asked the young rainbow face.

Just then, a spikethumb arrived. She surveyed the two newcommers. It was always good to see new faces in the valley.
She said, "Hello. Welcome to the valley. Are you looking for the adaults?"

"Yes we are, I am Lousie this is my son Thunder we just arrived here from a herd we left for my own sons life to start a fresh beginning" she replied Thunder looking at the two that came up at the Spikethumb and Rainbow Face standing there sliently.

The spikethumb replied, "I can take you to them. I'm still sort of new here myself. I arrived here with my friend just last month. My name is Strafe, by the way. Follow me.

Spine quietly followed the longnecks, watching them disappear into the Valley through a narrow pass. He waited till thay were out of sight, and walked into the Valley.

Meanwhile, Littlefoot woke up, and yawned. It was the beginning of another day, hopefully filled with fun. Looking around, he saw that his grandparents had gone to the clearing. He stretched, and walked to the clearing to see what was happening.

The two new comers came up to a group that gathered thanks to the Spikethumbs help "thank you, I never got your name" Lousie said to the spikethumb.
Thunder looked around feeling the virbations of the dinosaurs walking into the gathering he hopped that this place would be better to the herd he traveled in.

( Tiny I don't mean to be rude but a sharptooth entering that easily... if that was so then in every Land Before Time Cartoon they would be attacking but they don't so can you edit this part of the post please...

Maybe have it lose them somewhere outside the valley but don't find the enterance in. that just making it sound like any sharptooth can do it. none got in before so have he unable to find where they gone and wonder outside the great valley Great Wall or something just don't have it just walked into the valley... sorry to sound this way but this is LBT style so Sharpteeth will find it hard to get in not that simple.)

The spikethumb replied, "Oh. My name is Strafe."
Then, a swimmer came over.
He said, "Oh, hi. You all must be new. Welcome. I see you already met my friend, Strafe. My name is Snork. Welcome to the valley."

"Nice to meet you both I see news travel fast there is quite a few different dinosaurs here gathering at this place" Lousie said looking around. "my name is Lousie and this is my son Thunder" she look down Thunder was still looking around at the many dinosaurs

"So How long has it been since you left your herd?' Darius asked.

"A few days" she replied "I just had enough of my son being picked on by the adults and kids"

Well, we have a large variety of dinos here, and I daresay we are far more tolerant of differences than most dinos""Darius replied. "Thunder will fit in very nicely."

"Child since I been here I seen no other that has what my son has... you see he can't hear." she lowered her neck to him and whispers. "he can read what others say by watching their mouths but he can't hear any sounds." she told him quietly raise her head back up looking at the now gathered dinosaurs
"I guess news travel fast, me and my son just arrived I am Lousie and this is Thunder" She spoke out to the adults and kids that now gathered

(erm she talking to the group and only whispered to the small child Daruis. so how could Snork hear it and now she speaking to the rest of the adults, it kind of conflicting with the post before yours F-14. You'd need to read the pervious post carefully before posting a reply for one of your charcaters. As you Lousie only whispered to Nick's charcater and then spoke out to the rest of the adults introducing herself and her son, plus trying not to tell anyone loudly at first her son can't hear, you'd kind of conflicting pervious posts :S... and for the other rpg I am not sure to join or not at the moment.)

(Can people read the posts correctly here. there been a few quite remarkable mistakes already one being too easy for a sharptooth to get in the valley while in all cartoons it never happened that simply and two F-14 you conflicted a post the only has Lousie telling Daruis no one else and then speaking out loud to the group of dinosaurs. This type of thing will slam breaks on the RPG. so can all people please read the posts carefully and keep in line with the scenes things like sharpteeth entering easily show it not LBT based in a way and conflicting posts that has something that don't add up to the last one will collaspe the rpg...
Soon we get this all sorted out and continue the rpg you all, it would be good to go on but we need to sort out these bits. It kind of left me wondering if this is going to be a problem... I was looking forward to rpging this and now I am not sure what happened so far, could we please get sorted out.)

Meanwhile a tiny Longneck by the name of Dash had traveled too the Great Valley. He was very shy and not so great with making new friends. Basically all he was good at for some reason or another was losing them. But this place seemed just right for him too stay he didn't really think that it could be bad. Dash had seen Thunder first and decided too go say hi not knowing that this kid was deaf.

(Here is some guild lines for this RPG please read them first.
#1 we can't just have a sharptooth tearing into a RPG from the start like that, this is a Land Before Time RPG the rules are set differently here so it means sharpteeth can't smash their way in or just walk in just at a start of a rpg we need to get the story going first get things into action so there is a flow into it. If you see what I mean. But with a sharptooth just entering at the start makes the land before time RPG sound like a short one that only going to ask a few posts... So we will have no instant sharptooth super villian stuff at the start ok?
#2 we all have to read pervious posts to get the understanding where we at, some post more then others. So we have to make sure what appearing and how posting at the time which we check on the update screen on the main menu area of the forum it will ease the mistaken posts that we come across. Then we can easily flow through.
#3 about personally charcaters of any sort I know you'd like to get them in straight away and be in the spot light just don't forget the main gang ok :D we don't want them to be left out of the RPG lol.

Thunder notice Dash moving up towards him and he didn't know what to do since he was by his mother and she haven't told part from Daruis that he was deaf. he looked up but saw his mother talking. Snork notice the looks of worried face on Thunder wondering why the child was acting that way
Lousie continues to speak out "I and my son travel far from a herd of longnecks that was... mistreating my son cause he was different to any normal Longneck... If I tell you all the reson why... please don't make my son feel like a outcast." She spoke out to them and the kids heard it with the adult dinosaurs that (they your ones F-14 can't remember both names) she met wondering what the mother meant by it. She awaited word from the dinosaurs around her to get their word on it since she didn't want happened to her son to be repeated again.

Snork replied, "You can trust us. I know what its like being an outcast."
Strafe added, "We both do. I lost my whole herd in the big earthshake and when Snork wanted to help me, his dad banished him from the herd. We looked after eachother and eventually ended up here."
Snork said, "I assure you, he will be treated as equally as anyone else here. If we find anyone picking on him, we'll take care of it."

Strafe said, "Well, thats alright. Its not the worst thing. I'd rather not be able to hear than not be able to see. If you can't see, you can't really do much."
Snork added, "Yeah. He is perfectly welcome here. I know some kids who would probably like to meet him too. I'm sure they don't mind if he can't hear."

Thunder still looked nervious watching what they said and Lousie looked down at him directly "Don't worry son. they are surely not as mean as the herd we been in for a while, they would know some kids that might play with you" Thunder nods once. she looks at the two and Daruis "My son been through alot with that herd... he don't need a repeat... if you wish to talk to him speak directly at him normally. He will understand you from seeing what you say." she told them looking at the three

"Don't worry I would never tease or make fun of him for that. I'm not the type who likes too tease and make fun of anyone" The little Dino Dash said. Dash wasn't the type who'd go around taunting and making fun of people. All Dash ever wanted too do was make some good friends.
Meanwhile not too far away Petrie had just awaken from a nice long sleep. He stretches a little bit. "ME think it's a Beautiful day Me think I should check on what Littlefoot up too" He says taking off in order too find his 4 pals. He hadn't noticed Dash or Thunder yet.

"See Littlefoot told you they gathered because of a set of new comers" Cera said to Littlefoot looking over at him

Petrie flew over too them. "Hey ya Little Foot Hey Cera, Me hear from adults that 2 Long Necks are coming into Great Valley and if me hear correctly they about your age Little Foot." Petrie said.
Dash blushed a little bit at being called sweet. "Yeah, don't worry Thunder I'm sure everyone here is going too love making friends with you" Dash said. From a distance he saw Little Foot and gasped a bit he had never seen 2 Long Necks his own age at the same place before.

Thunder nods then look at the others looking at them. "I see these are some which you spoke of?" Lousie asked

"Not really, I just noticed them but I'm guessing we'd all make great friends. Since we're both Longnecks and so is he. " Dash said looking over at the five dinsaurs wondering how they reacted too Newcomers.

I don't see many Rainbow Faces around. part from those strange odd two about a while back talking to my son I only remeber one thing... a land of accepting eyes will make you happy... someting about it to my son, right Thunder?" Lousie spoke to the young dinsoaurs and Thunder looking up at his mother as she spoke he noding a few times. then look at her with a raise eye getting a feeling what she about to ask them and nod "Looks like he don't mind, if you two don't have anywhere to go why don't you two stay with me when i find a place for me and my son to rest at I am sure I could take care of you two as well if your this kind to my son and understanding." Lousie smiled to them

Dash smiled but his smile fades as she brings up his family. For as long as Dash could remember he was an orphan no family at all too take care of him. "I don't really have a family" Dash said sadly too Louise. When Louise brought up family Dash cheered up a little. "Why don't you and Thunder stay here I'm sure they won't mind if we stayed here." Dash said hoping too stay in the Great Valley too try too become friends with the young Longneck some called LittleFoot.

Lousie smiled "that was our first reason to coming here to start a new life young child if your alone and if you like to, I can take you in. Thunder seem to think your very kind kid that understanding, but it up to you if you like to or not." she said softly to him.

"I would love too" Dash said smiling too Louise and Thunder. Dash turned too the other Long Neck. "Hi there I'm Dash nice too meet you LittleFoot. Who is Cera?" Dash asked confused.
Petrie flew over too Dash. "Welcome too Great Valley Dash my name Petrie. You and your friend are gonna love Great Valley"Petrie said.
"Oh right Petrie, Little Foot, this is Thunder I just met him he's really really nice." Dash said.

THunder nods and Cera came over "Hey welcome, what with me not speaking?"
Lousie looked down at Cera "Because he can't hear, but Thunder can read what you say if your speaking directly"
"Never heard of a Longneck not able to hear... wow that different" she turn her eyes on Thunder "so you just arrived?" Thunder nods "Ok, My name Cera, nice to meet you and Dash." she'd smiled

"Well after the amount of friends that could be strange and different you meet it kind of grow on you, but I still can be bossy and rude, But doesn't mean we not friends it just how i am some times so keep that in mind Dash" Cera said to him

"I think I can handle that in fact it would be a step up. All the three horns I knew wanted me dead. Nice too know you're not one of them."Dash said.
"Oh then dealing with Cera gonna be easy for you me have some advice never make Cera mad when Cera mad she like sharptooth"Petrie warned.
"Oh, my well thanks for the warning Petrie" Dash said.

Yeah, Cera has a tempper on her, you just have to go with the flow. She usually doesn't stay mad for long though" Littlefoot nodded. "Come on Thunder, let mee show you the Mud Pit"

Cera looked at Littlefoot then coughed once "Erm your forgetting two others Littlefoot, Ducky and SPike they not here yet, we can't show Dash and Thunder around without EVERYONE here, they'll be pretty mad at you for doing that" Cera said to him.

(Okay here's what basically happened in a Nutshell Dash(My longneck kid character) Met Thunder who is a deaf Long Neck. Little Foot Petrie and Cera go over and introduce themselves Little Foot wanted too show Thunder the mud hole but Cera told Little Foot he should wait till Ducky and Spike come over and introduce themselves too the new Longnecks. So basically not too much happened)

Just then, Spike walked up with Ducky riding on his head. Ducky noticed the newcommers. She climbed off Spike's head and asked, "Who are you? Are you new here?"
Spike looked at the newcommers and gave a friendly nod.

"Oh hi there we're new too the Great Valley my name's Dash and this is Thunder. Let me guess you 2 must be Ducky and Spike right?" Dash asked.

"Yes they are, the swimmer is Ducky and her little brother Spike is the spiketail." Cera replied to Dash.
Thunder nods to what they said and look at Cera then his mother moving his tail a bit hard to the left then stamp one foot on the ground gentle then the right foot twice. "Yes son it is a better start then we expected to a fresh life" Lousie smiled to her young son.

"Well Littlefoot I think it a good time now to show them around, how about it? have kid the rainbow face didn't catch your name? like to join us?" Cera called out to Daruis.
Thunder turn his head to Daruis he first saw when coming to the Great Valley.

"Don't worry son most likly a harmless joke between friends" Lousie smiled "now go with them and make sure to either call out and feel for the right vibations from the ususally stamps ok?" Thunder nods "go and have fun son"
Cera smiled "alright Littlefoot you learn the way."

Dash followed Cera, Thunder and the rest of the gang. Petrie flew ahead glad this whole thing didn't make Cera lose her temper especially around the 2 new kids. "Me hate it when they fight"He says too himself.

"There it is the Thundering Falls" Cera said and they look at the water falling from top of the wall into a large pool that streamed off down into the Valley.

"Wow, this thing is great I never had anything like that where I came from" Dash said with an excited smile. He had never seen something as great as the Great Valley. "I woneder what's outside the Great Valley walls" He asked out loud too Cera.

Dash figured this as an excuse there was something out there Cera wasn't telling him. He didn't understand why but he figured he could do anything these guys could. They weren't gonna tell Dash what was there so he figured he'd have too find out for himself. Hopefully when all the kids and adults were asleep. Dash smiled at Thunder it had been a while since he had played in the water.

Cera arrived at the falls but when she stop and look back Thunder ran into her both landing into the water with a massive splash that got the rest as they was coming to the water. Thunder and Cera raising up "I'll get you for that" Thunder then ran in the shallow water with Cera running after him. He was laughing a little enjoying it.
Lousie watched from a distance with a granceful smile "long I await for him to laugh like that" she spoke softly.

Dash laughed as he got soaked from the splash and shook himself dry. He smiled he was glad Thunder had found someone too play with. Dash sat by a tree awaiting the other kids so they could all play in the water.

Dash really wanted too play with Cera and Thunder. But Dash was the kind who always found it hard too ask too play with a group of kids when they were in the middle of a game. Too Dash it felt kinda awkward just barging in and asking too play with them even though he really did want too.

This was highly unusual to see a longneck threaten a threehorn.
Not far away, Strafe and Snork were feasting on green leaves on the trees when they also heard the commotion. Snork giggled to himself as he watched a bewildered Mr. Threehorn walk away. He was tempted to ask what he had said but decided against it because it was none of his business. He just thought it was about time someone went off on the threehorn.
Strafe was thinking the same thing. She had gotten use to his comments and some of them were rude. Obviously, the longneck was deepl;y offended by one of them. Strafe watched as Mr. Threehorn passed and went back to her meal.

He swung his tail under the water. It started out as a few ripples but then turned into a wave that got larger as it got closer to the kids. Then, it broak on a rocck, sending water splashing everywhere. When it all settled, Ducky was now sitting on a small boulder, and Spike floated on his back in the water. Everyone else appeared to be totally soaked. For Snork, it was fun. Saddly he never really had any fun as a kid.
Strafe called from the shore, "Not bad. You're catching on."
Snork said to the kids, "She taught me how to do that."

Kids laughed enjoying it and then Cera saw a big rock then look at the others gathering around her "lets push that big rock in the water we can make a big splash at Snork" Cera whispers to the others.

Dash jumped down soaked from head too paw. "Good idea Cera" Dash climbs out of the water and tries too push the rock as hard as he could.

Snork whispered, "Uh oh." as a rather arge wave bowled over by the wave. When he recovered, he was soaking wet.
Snork said, "Ahh. Nice trick. Only, I can do my splash as many times as I want. But you can only do it with the rock once."
Strfe, who was now laying down by the water's edge, burst into laughter. Apperently, nork was wrong. They could creat a bigger splash.

She walked out into the water and swung her tail into it. The wave created was twice the size of Snork's. When he surfaced for air, the wave crashed over him and carried him to the opposite shore of the pond.
He said, "Alright! Alright! I surrender!"

"Well basically I only had one problem it's a problem that's been bothering me ever since it happened. You may wanna sit down this could be a long story. Ya, see a while ago before I came here after my parents were killed I had this one friend his name was Tipper. Now Tipper was more then my best friend he was like my brother. He always used too be the one with no fears and I always used too be the one who always followed the safe side. One day Tipper wanted me too go play tag with him on this big mountain Now me I took one look at it and I said "No I don't think we should it's not a safe thing too do let's just play right here" Because I had a gut feeling that something would go terribly wrong. But he didn't listen too me he climbed up the mountain laughing. Now I knew that it wasn't safe but I felt it was my responcibility too follow him even though I didn't want too. I climbed up the same mountain with each step my gut kept telling me too go back and just too walk away but I still pressed on even though I was scared. When I finally got too the top I kept on telling him "We should just leave and go play tag somewhere else" But he still didn't listen too me. Suddenly I hear this loud crack this time I tried even harder too just make him leave but it was too late the ledge that Tipper was standing on broke I tried too pull him up I don't think I have ever tried something more then I did but his paws were too slippery. Dash followed beside Thunder and his newly found aunt. He couldn't wait too tell Thunder that they really were related and Thunder and him were cousins. Dash couldn't have been anymore happy all this time he never really knew he had an aunt or a cousin and it felt great too have someone that was gonna be there for him and protect him. He pushed a rock into the cave with his tail and listened as it bounced off down the cave. He didn't hear it hit anything after that.
