It takes all sorts. Seems fitting as its in my favourite sequal.

I have more than one favorite Land Before Time song. Here is a short list of my top favorite songs from each sequel:
1. Kids Like Us (LBT III)
2. Who Needs You (LBT IV)
3. Always There (LBT V)
4. Bad Luck (LBT VI)
5. Very Important Creature (LBT VII)
6. Family (LBT VIII)

Just a general advice: Before you post a thread make sure such a thread doesn't already exist. I know that there is a thread about this already and I'll just edit my post in a few minutes to add the link. There is the "search" button in the upper right corner of your screen so use it wisely. :yes
Anyway, I voted for "Bestest Friends". It's simply beautiful. By the way, there's also a thread where you can rate all the songs (I'll go search for it too... wanna post in there sooner or later anyway :yes)

It's funny, a lot of songs I LOVED as a kid (Big Water, Always There) are a lot lamer now.

Big Water might have been better if they'd amped up the percussion, I guess.
Personally, I say "If We Hold On Together". I love LBTFan13's response in the "worst songs" thread:

I love if we "Hold on Together" and would love to actually hear them sing it IN a film before the final film is over with. :! :! :! :! :! :!
Personally, I feared that as they ended the 13th film with the phrase "Land Before Time" that they actually intended it to be the last one and we would never get to see that.
However, with the TV Series and the 14th film, if that was their plan, guess they changed their minds. :celebrate
Film 10 could easily have been the end and ended with "Bestest Friends" but it would have been too harsh, the breakup of the Gang of Five that is if Littlefoot had gone with Bron.

If We Hold on Together. There is no competition that song is fantastic. As for my favorite sequel song I think that would have to be Adventuring.

The sound of piano is like the spirit of LBT to me. I can see all of the Gang when I hear it.

Agreed. And it has some of the most interesting lyrics out of the LBT songs. "Threehorn soup." :cerasus
My favorite song is "Adventuring," but in my opinion, the movie that had the best songs overall would have to be "Wisdom of Friends." I liked all the songs in that movie.

I would have to say that my favorite song is “It Takes All Sorts,” from Land Before Time IV: Journey Through The Mists. With lyrics by Leslie Bricusse, it just feels absolutely wholesome. I would love to take part in a collaboration of singing this song someday in future.
