Phew good question...

For the gameboy etc:

Red, Blue, Yellow, Pokemon TCG, Silver(which died last year), Gold, crystal, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Leafgreen, Firered, Pokemon Pinball (Ruby/sapphire).

DS:

Diamond, Pearl, Platinum

N64:

Pokemon Stadium, Pokemon Stadium II, Pokemon Snap...

I think that's it. I also got Pokemon TCG for on the computer.

Edit:

I forgot about pokemon ranger, pokemon mystery dungeon blue and the sequel.
