Диман! Что за балет?

That's Ali on the left and Littlefoot on the right.
Without this explanation and colors it is impossible to understand, who is who  :littlefoot
But nevertheless, this pic should be great!

I wanted to answer earlier, but I forgot, sorry.
And I can't unsee totally different emotions of your new emoticons  :littlefoot

Due to current showcase, here is famous Thud's laughter, aka LOL emotion! :D
It is yawning -> :thudLOL

Red Claw's scared emotion!

Well done once again! Looks like Littlefoot is trying to be all proper with having a custom background :p
It looks like the invite and manage participants icons have sharp teeth on them now? Would have been great to have a more dino looking icon however. Still, great job!  :chompysmile
Thank you, Flathead770!
Well, there are no people in LBT-universe, so I've changed any people icons like this:

Such icons also were in some previous parts. I'll think about changing the design of them in the future.

Very good, once again! I like that Spike is muted  :lol And yeah, Littlefoot is hanging out in beyond the mysterious beyond which is cool :D
Mumbling, thank you!
Yeah, it is the reference to Spike's inability to talk. Littlefoot's custom background is the reference to my interest in space  :littlefoot

Well done!
Thank you, Sneak!

Yay, Chomper is here! ^^
Yeah, as I promised that he will appear soon.

*insert here joke about vertical videos*: Why Cera's webcam has vertical videofeed?
She just placed her phone in the wrong orientation :D

Good to see this continue. Keep them coming! They're making my day!
Thanks, Anagnos!
I'm trying to do weekly updates for these series, but something goes wrong  :littlefoot

I see that the Gang is taking the quarantine procedures very seriously in the Great Valley. Exemplary behavior from the young dinosaurs. :p
Well, yeah. But when I started drawing that, the quarantine measures hadn't been tightened yet. Coincidence...

Those rainbowfaces must have done something to Littlefoot because I don't think he's at home anymore.
He just used the Zoom function "replace background" :D

But more importantly, why is Cera the only one to have her webcam vertical? I think she might need some help in this regard. :thudLOL
As I said earlier, she just placed her phone in the wrong orientation (references to the previous part)  :feelsgoodman

Where's is Ruby, though? She's not usually too far away from Chomper.
I know quite little about her. I've met her only once, in LBT14, and still don't know some details.

The idea was offered me by @RainbowFaceProtege.

And, as usual, 6 new emoticons.

I couldn't quite picture the concept of 'Internet Before Time' before scrolling down, and boy oh boy, it didn't disappoint!  70% of the time I was snickering uncontrollably!!  There are so many Easter eggs in these pseudo posts !
Thank you, The Mr E! I glad that you liked my series!
Easter Eggs are the feature of the series. And by the way, Youtube was the most complicated part.

Oh man I keep forgetting to comment on this. Well done once again! It's clear a lot of thought has gone into this.
Flathead770, thanks!

And I will post new part very soon. It is almost done.

Yeah, we're not gonna bother fixing the HaleOn theme.
It is sad. So I've written an userscript, which contains just 1 line of code and it fixes images width in posts and attachments on HaleOn.  :littlefoot
Actually, it just adds one CSS-rule:
Code: [Select]
.postarea img {max-width: 100%;}

Nope, all good, it doesn't go over the max limit!
But not on the HaleOn theme. Horizontal scroll has appeared  :cerasmug
I hope that it also will be fixed.

And that's great Stardisk! Rhombus and I will contact you about it one of these days.
OK

When images have width=xxx or height=xxx, that's the size they will appear :) The rule only applies to pictures that do not have said bb-code and would normally go off-screen.
But if an image has, for example, "width=3000" in its BB-code, it will go beyond the borders. I think you should add the common rule:
Code: [Select]
.post img {max-width: 100%;}
Are you very familiar with CSS, Stardisk? We are looking for someone who could help us out with updating the light theme and could help us fix issues like that!
Well, as I mentioned in my welcome post, I'm a web-developer. To be precise, I'm backend dev (PHP 7+), but I know CSS a bit and can do some little things on it.
And JS of course, but I prefer using ECMAScript 5. :littlefoot
I will be glad to help you with GoF (for free, of course), but I can't guarantee that I have enough skills for everything.

- images are automatically resized so they fit on your screen (this does not apply to attachments... yet, but to all in-post images)
I wonder how it will work with images which have parameter width=xxx in their BB-codes.
And to fit attachment images to message borders, you should just add the css property "width: 100%" to <img> which displays full-size attachment

Again there are too many google captchas. Why don't you disable them or choose another poll service? Try Google Forms for example.  :littlefoot
I don't want to go through this captcha hell, sorry.

I looked at this thread for two seconds and immediately decided that I wanted to participate in some way.

This is the final product of me trying, struggling and eventually giving up on drawing the core five kids somewhat accurately

I was laughing at your pic like your littlefoot. You have drawn so funny faces!
However, all the characters are recognizable, well done!

Wow, a lot has happened since I was last here! :rhett_shocked I love how Ducky's fingertip snuck into her photo of Littlefoot, and the "oops-eeps" hashtag is hilarious! As for the logo you drew, I really got a kick out of the way you perfectly matched the Gang's personalities to how they would behave on the internet. It's so funny because it's so accurate! Amazing work, once again! :DD
Thank you, RainbowFaceProtege! I missed you in my topic... Glad to see you here!

Please don't feel bad, @Stardisk. It's certainly nothing to feel guilty about. You've already proven with your emoticons that you are a great artist. :)
Thank you, Stardust!
Drawing from memory is just a whole challenge in itself, especially if it's not something you're used to doing. I don't think the point of this thread was that the drawings here would turn out good, per say.
Yeah, I know that it is quite difficult challenge, But I thought that I would do it better.
You can check this out if you want to see a drawing of mine that I was hideously uncomfortable with (which granted, I used reference images for that one, but still).
I've checked. It is still quite better than my shart here, even though your drawing is not perfect and has some flaws.

It's normal as an artist to be dissatisfied with your creations, but please don't feel bad about having shared them with us. I speak from experience here.
Well, you're right. But if an artist considers himself/herself as professional, I think he can't be dissatisfied with his/her creations.

Anyway, there's no chance that I'd be any good at a memory drawing... but I'll still give it a shot sometime and see what happens. Stay tuned. :p
Well, I would like to see your memory drawings in this thread  :littlefoot
And of course, I always use references for my fanart and especially for Internet Before Time.

I'm sorry if I sounded like I was being a putdown, because that definitely wasn't what I was intending. There's no shame whatsoever in having to use references. As Stardust said, I doubt the art in this thread was meant to be good. It's just a fun challenge. :) (Btw, Stardust, I think that drawing of yours is actually really cute!)
Aw man, I remember the first time I tried to draw Cera without references. :rhett_ohsnap Wonder if I still have that infernal picture around somewhere... :p
Heh, I haven't thought that usin references is a shame. But without references I allegedly get regress. And I also would like to see your Cera drawing, it would perfectly fit to this thread  ;)Cera
