Yep. i'm amazed Ford's still in this good of shape, what with his age and all.
-
I guess he exercises and keeps fit.
-
I am a huge Harrison Ford fan, especially in Indiana Jones and Star Wars. I am definitely going to see this, Narnia, Iron Man, and Batman.
-
I look forward to seeing this movie as well, i hope it's going to be awesome!
-
I'm going to see it opening night...work or no work the next day. Hopefully all the vacationers will be driving somewhere. :p
I've also the soundtrack pre-ordered on Amazon.com
-
it comes out Wednesday! i can't wait! :D
-
As a member of the Steven Spielberg's russian fan community, i definitely will watch this movie. Release date in Russia is on 22nd of May. :yes
-
It does look interesting.
-
I really want to see it, but I'm gonna read some reviews and download it before I actually buy it. I'm not gonna pay for a movie that sucks. -_- I'm perfectly willing to pay for movies, but I MUST try before I buy.

I'm treating my parents to go see it opening night (Thursday). :) :)
-
Got back and it was "out of this world". :p :p (that's a terrible joke that only those who saw the film are going to get)
Really, its a hard follow-up to a film that ended quite well (Connery and Ford riding into the sunset in Last Crusade). I was not too impressed with what was made with the crystal skull itself and how it all fit in. Just didn't fit with the rest of the Indy films. John Williams music--great as always! Shia LaBoeuf sure knows how to do emotion, that's for sure. Wasn't even a packed house which surprised me.
-
Sounds like you are overall sorta mixed about the film.
-
It was released yesterday! Maybe I could get my old man to go with me!
I know he'd like it! :^.^:

I have just returned from the movie theater. Here goes my opinion on the movie: the script have lots of empty gaps. It looks great as an action/comedy picture, but Indy's fans were waiting for more...
BTW, communist party of Russia complaining that this movie made especually against Russia and it's past, and going to write some criticize letters to Paramaunt Pictures, Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford... It is nonsense, my opinion is that it's a shame, that we still have communist party. It looks like a nazi party, as if it have continued it's existence in modern Germany. -_-
-
idiana jones, cool movies! :^.^:

I've read an article on this. let me find it again...
**searches**
......
**finds it**
Russians Hate Indy 4 (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,357923,00.html)http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,357923,00.html)
It seems Ford nor Spielberg, or anybody involved in this film are allowed to ever enter Russian soil EVER! Or they'd be brutally beaten and despised
Just got back from my viewing, mom took me to a drive in theater for the viewing. It was a decent film, for me it ranks #3 in my favorites of the Indy films
I've studied the conspiracies and beliefs of the real Crystal Skulls. and I found the film is not all close to the research and knowledge that we have these days. though they've used other beliefs. Such as the gods of the ancients being beings from another world
-
Well I gotta say after seeing this movie for myself...I'm impressed. Of course I also have to take into consideration that this is the FIRST Indiana Jones movie I've seen... :^.^: It actually makes me want to go back and watch the original three movies, just to see how the classics were done.
Although overall I liked the story line behind it...and having heard of the whole city of gold and crystal skulls stories I found the way the movie portrayed it as a bit farfetched but they manage to pull it together well for the plot rather well.
-
Heh, Fox News 404 error. :P: Guess they didn't like the article either.

Here its is: Indiana Jones and the wrath of teh Communist Party (http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/tol/arts_and_entertainment/film/article3994888.ece)
Now, i hope, everyone can see, what a stupid kind of politics we have here. -_-
-
It does look pretty stupid. It is just a movie, and some folks are taking it way to seriously.
-
That was truly pathetic...I understand somethings may seem like blatant disregard, but to go this far? It just seems silly to me. I believe the parties watching over Russia today are blowing this way out of proportion.
I say just let the movie be that...a MOVIE, and enjoy it!
-
They are unable to see that it is a movie meant to entertain. They can't do like they say on MST3K and say, it's just a movie I should just relax.
-
I wonder.. what did they make of the James Bond movies around Goldeneye?
Did they ban everyone from that franchise from the country as well?
-
I just saw this movie yesterday. I'll admit that they could have come up with a better ending. However, I found one of the early scenes quite amusing, the way Indy managed to survive a nuclear blast. :lol
-
Did he manage to keep his hat on during that? :lol
-
Nope, he had to still get it afterwards. :p
