Right now I'm listening to "Collateral" by Riverline. I'm in an early 2000s-era nu metal mood.

(Fun fact: This is a 2019 band. Riverline sounds almost the same as early 2000-era Linkin Park, and it gives me so much nostalgia.)

Pretty cool Fatboy Slim song that I discovered recently. I love the guy's voice.

Currently I'm listening to this new song. It has to be the deepest song Bring Me The Horizon has released ever since the song "Suicide Season" from twelve years ago. (BMTH does have a lot of deep songs in general, though...)

(Warning: There is some profanity in the chorus, and the song + music video itself both revolve around dark themes/personal issues of the singer, Oliver Sykes.)

The acoustic version of "Nancy The Tavern Wench" by Alestorm.

I'm a big heavy metal fan and I love the original version of the song, but this version packs even more emotion than the heavy metal version in my opinion.

The acoustic guitars in place of the electric and bass guitars also help it have more of a traditional pirate sea shanty feel, too.
