"Anything I can do to help? I'm really good with my hands, as you know from experience..." Delpine was calming down, and some of her old spirit had returned. She was still interested in the strong male lapine, and she had to admit he was very good to her up until the point she had turned on him.

"Well, when I first arrived in these lands, I was part of a merchant group led by some humans. They had arrived in our homeland and needed people to help transport goods from this country back to their own. I needed the money and wanted to see the world, so I figured I'd take a trip, you know, see the world for a year or so, get some money in my pocket, what's the harm?"

Delphine sighed before continuing.

"Then, we arrived in these lands, and were attacked by some bandits. They killed many of us, but some, myself included, managed to escape. I made my way to Minbenthac, and having no money or other possessions, soon found myself looking for a place to stay, a job, or just... well, anything. A gang found me and told me that I could help. The king of Minbenthac was looking for foreigners to serve in his palace. Something about showing off how many subjects he has or how great his power is or something like that. I figure the king must have thought having non-dracons serve in his palace was like a status symbol. Whatever. Anyway, they found me a cheap place to stay, and a job. In return, I had to give them most of my wages, and whatever information they wanted. After enough time, I guess they trusted me enough to tell me that they were being paid by a noble, some guy who has close connections to the king. I think it's one of the king's younger brothers or something."

Delphine stretched a bit and continued.

"When Dememoras returned, the noble threw his support to him. I don't know which noble this is; all I know is that the gang that threatens me is on his payroll. They told me that if I didn't get them information, their boss would get in trouble with Dememoras, and would have to send troops instead of information. Well... troops... or sacrifices. The gang isn't going to fight, but they can send me instead!"

"I can help you with that." First, Delphine unties the ropes that restrained Burdock, then she sat down in the bed next to him. "I can make it feel better, if you want."

"I've never held one. I always fought with my claws." Delphine wasn't used to this. Normally, she would have had her information by now, or else, she would have gotten her way. "Could you please just tell me everything you know about Adykon? If I don't get something soon, they'll take me instead." Delphine was visibly shaken.

She stopped. "Alright, let's try something else." Delphine moved over to his sword and took it. "Maybe you will not mind missing a few parts?" Delphine's hands trembled as she held the blade in her hands.

The force of the blow knocked her back, loosening her grip. Angrily, she moved to the edge of the bed, and, without a word, kicked him repeatedly between his legs, trying to dig her claws in as she did so.

"Well, we can try something else." Delphine leaned over Burdock, placing her legs on either side of his neck. "Now will you give me and answer? Tell me about Adykon. I need to know his plans."

Delphine sighed again. "Well, I'll go easy on you, at first. I like you, you know. Still, I don't think you are taking this seriously enough, so..." the female lapine pulled back her clawed foot, and kicked in between Burdock's legs.

"First, what do you know about Adykon? I want to hear everything." It was a simple question, at first.

Delphine tried to wake Burdock, who was now thoroughly tied to the bed and totally restrained. After shaking him and yelling in his ears didn't work, she pressed a foot on his stomach and pressed down for moment.
