Maybe it's just universal's way of making him look even better then he already is,There's also a TV series episode where his teeth sparkles isn't that odd  :lol

Some food may serve as a toothbrush. Actually, my pets never brush their teeth, but they always remain purely white.

That shot of Littlefoot was from a dream sequence that Cera had... it wasn't real. In other words, Cera is only imagining the Littlefoot was given a triumphant parade with his teeth shining.

Lol. The sparkling was added for effect.

I loved that dream scene.

Edit: And really, if you want to find inaccuracies like THAT, the first could be that the dinosaurs talk.

For Cera, I think that would constitute as a nightmare.

A concession to the concerned parents over realism I would say :lol
See mummy, they have yellow teeth too, so why do I have to brush my teeth? :smile

Toothpaste doesn't make teeth white. :p Babies have white teeth and they haven't even used tooth paste.  Teeth are naturally white.  They turn color because they start to decay.  If you notice, animals have relatively white teeth.  Why?  Because they don't eat stuff like McDonalds, ding-dong's, and pizza. :p My dog has to get his teeth cleaned regularly because I feed him human food a lot (not chocolate though).
