This is MEANT to be dark so thats why the plot is kind...dark.
This is a three person RP between,Sleeping-force's-inside,Nahla and I since out other didn't quite go as plan we starting fresh. (after killing off everyone,...xD)
Takes place say...18 years after the series..
CHARACTERS:
Grandma: Sleeping-force's-inside
Grandpa: Sleeping-force's-inside
Littlefoot: Nahla
Nahla: Nahla
Zimba: Zimba
PLOT:
Two adult longnecks arrive in the valley, one is a bright red male called Zimba who is an evil mastermind and the other is a pink female named Nahla who wants nothing more to escape Zimba who has her captive. Upon reaching the valley they meet a now adult Littlefoot who has taken over his Grandparents roll in the valley due to their old age. Believing Zimba's 'good guy' act Littlefoot allows them to stay. It takes a turn when he and Nahla fall in love and meet each other in secret. However one day Zimba does find out and punishes Nahla for what she has done. Luckily Littlefoot saves her before it's too late, the two go to Grandma and Grandpa and explain what happened. Thats when they realize theres a murder in the valley who seeking revenge on the family who will stop at nothing to see Littlefoot and his Grandparents dead.Who is this Zimba really? Why does he hate the family so much? Most of all...will they survive?
INTRO:
Zimba nudged the female by his side to urge her on "Move it.you worthless creature" he snarled. He never did care how Nahla felt or what she wanted. It was always all about him. He smiled suddenly "We're here,The Great Valley....." he said as he gazed inside the lush green paradise. They had been walking for days after Zimba set their old home on fire because ONE dinosaur disobeyed him. He only saved himself and Nahla who was his servant. SHE did everything he told her to. The others in the valley however all got burnt to death and the green valley which they once called home was now a burnt field of nothing.
-
"I still don't get why you burnt down Hunter Valley" Nahla commented shaking her head "You had it good there, you were the leader and all..." she paused "Just cause that one three-horn refused your orders you destroy our home and everyone in it" she sighed, she been stuck with this maniac since a young age. Zimba had kidnapped enslaved her,now she was like a mindless zombie with no free will or thoughts of her own. Though she had this dream-one where she escaped Zimba's evil warpath and finds a nice valley,a lovely guy. They'll fall in love and get married and have a family of her own. Though she doubted the 'escape Zimba part' won't be happening anytime soon. For now she was trapped with the most evil longneck existing.
OOC: Hunter Valley is a real valley near where me and Zimmy live btw Sleepy xD
-
"SHUT UP!" the male said hitting her with his powerful tail "You don't speak until I say so,got that?" he scoffed and walked on forward forcing the female to follow. As they fully entered the valley smiling"Nice....very nice" he commented "It is just as I heard like it's like" he paused for a moment "I gotta do is find the leader, kill him and enslave the whole valley...anyone who dates to disobey..dies" he laughed "Now Nahla,we have to gain their-the leader that is trust first,so we can later lure him to his own death. So what I say about us,you'll roll along with. Or if you tell them the truth..." he wrapped his tail around her neck "I'll kill you" he threatened. He then chuckled and released Nahla "The Great Valley will soon be under my power..."
-
Nahla just sighed sadly once again, she didn't want to hurt anyone. But she didn't want to die because she disobeyed either. She just raised her head "Sure,Zimba...I know what to do..." they have been through this many many times. Hunter Valley was just one of the many valley's Zimba took over and destroyed..and it was also her favorite so far. She looked around this 'Great Valley' time to do it all over again...
Meanwhile,a brown adult male had just left the resting place he shared with his Grandparents. True Littlefoot was by far old enough to have one of his own but he preferred to stay with his Grandma and Grandpa, after all they've done for him he couldn't bare to walk away first chance he got. His Grandparents have gave their power in the valley to him so he was now in charge of greeting vistors, discussing banishments, running meetings and the list goes on basically he was the new valley leader. He was headed off on his daily morning stroll. He decided to swing by the valley entrance and was surprised to see two new arrivals-a male and a female. Littlefoot began walking towards them a welcoming smile on his face. "Hello there!" he called stopping in front of them "I am Littlefoot, welcome to The Great Valley. I'm the leader here, may I help you in anyway?" he smiled warmly nodding his at the female to be polite.
OOC: Guess who discovered how to actually RP? Posts like that xD. Btw Zimmy you spelled Private wrong in the title.
-
OOC;Course I would..I'm the master of typos.
Zimba stared at Littlefoot but the words registered in his head 'I'm the leader'.He gave Littlefoot a forced smile "Hello,I'm Zimba" he nodded towards the female next to him "This is my girlfriend Nahla" he lied and whacked Nahla in the side where Littlefoot couldn't see before she could protest "Sharpteeth wiped our herd,we're the lucky sole survivors" he explained still lying "We were wondering if we could stay here mayhap?" he was lying and lying and lying, but he could tell Littlefoot was buying it due to the sympathy spreading across the other males face. He looked him up and down and hid a smirk. Zimba thought Littlefoot didn't look so tough,he would take him down easy...this was looking to be his easiest take over so far.
-
Nahla gulped "R-r-right" she stammered pretending to nuzzle her 'boyfriend'. Zimba always called Nahla his girlfriend to impress other males as Nahla was a prize among them. Her bright pink scaled seemed to gleam under the light of the bright circle and her light blue eyes sparkled like stars..when she was happy anyway...which was rarely when Zimba was around. But bottom line was male longnecks adored her..they all wanted her. But since Zimba nearly always makes himself leader and he calls her HIS girlfriend she was off limits much to their disappointment and Nahla's she liked THEM..she didn't like ZIMBA in fact she completely despises him, only reasons she stuck around was. 1-He forced her to and 2-He threatens her with her life is she dares to run away and if there was one thing Nahla was more scared of then Zimba himself was death, the thought of it terrified her.
Littlefoot nodded "You're more then welcome to stay here " he said though his heart dropped a little learning these two were a couple. He glanced over to the pink female and felt his heart flutter. She was sooo gorgeous..but she was taken...of course she would be,she must have guys fighting over her. He shook his head to clear it "Come with me,I'll show you around....but first why don't we go meet my Grandparents? They love greeting new arrivals: he nodded his head to where Grandma and Grandpa were and walked on. Nahla following behind him.
-
Zimba scoffed and tossed his head but followed frowning as he watched Littlefoot chatting happily to Nahla and making her laugh. As the group walked on Zimba spotted two grey forms of elderly longencks.."These must be the Grandparents" Zimba thought to himself. A small spark of evil filled his eyes as he got an idea-kill the Grandparents too. He couldn't decide though. Kill Littlefoot first and put the Grandparents through grief..or Grandparents first and put Littlefoot through grief..or maybe he'll kill all at once..who knows.
-
Littlefoot stopped and Nahla did too. The male then looked to the two new arrivals "There they are..the old ones over there" he chuckled nodding with his head and began walking forward. His heavy footsteps echoed through the resting place "Grandma,Grandpa" he called "I've got someone for you two to meet" his voice had changed so much between childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Littlefoot's voice had deepened greatly compared to the light voice he had as a child. He nudged his Grandparents "They got quite a sad story" he added.
Nahla stood a little way off nibbling on a patch of sunflower relaxed forgetting her worry about the truth of what Zimba was up to.
OOC: Ok Zimmy we stop now,we wait for Sleepy to come back and have Grandma and Grandpa answer.
-
OOC: Seriously? They're not even there yet and already you wanna kill them!? o.O
"Oh?" They turned to face the two their grandson had led to them. They had grown old indeed over the last few Cold Times and after Thicknose's dead were now the eldest residents in the Valley. This had hardly slowed them down, but sooner or later fresh blood must come to the forefront and so they had given up most of their duties to Littlefoot. Up until now it had proven a wise choice.
"Welcome in the Great Valley." Grandpa adressed the two.
-
Littlefoot nodded towards the two "This is Zimba" he said pointing to the male with his tail "And his..." Littlefoot struggled to say the next bit "Girlfriend,Nahla" he smiled lovingly at the female..yeah he had a crush on someone he just met and already had a boyfriend. He broke away to look at his Grandparents again "They claim for the whole herd to have been wiped by Sharpteeth and they are the sole survivors. I told them they could stay and was about to give them a tour of the valley but I thought I'll introduce them to you's two first" he smiled.
Nahla raised her head smiling at Grandma and Grandpa trying to hide the worry and fear in her eyes. She knew what was going to happen and yet she didn't have the guts to warn them, she was too worried about making sure she herself lived.
-
Zimba saw Littlefoot looking at Nahla like he was in love with her. True Nahla really wasn't his girlfriend he still didn't want her to fall in love. Why? Simple. Zimba was cold and cruel he despises love and happiness, unless that happiness was his own. He edged closer to Nahla"Yeah,me and Nahla were lucky" he said towards the Grandparents. He glanced at the female next to him and when he was sure Littlefoot and his Grandparents couldn't see..her whacked her in the leg....hard. He did it with no purpose,he just loved hurting others for no reason.
-
Nahla screamed in pain from the hit,she lowered her head and gritted her teeth in pain and even almost collapsed.
Littlefoot whipped his head around and his face showed concern "You okay?!!" he rushed to her side supporting her with his side. He looked to her leg and saw it bleeding.
"I don't know what happened..." Nahla lied because she knew very well Zimba hurt her...again. "I guess I cut my leg on a rock or something...like that one" she nodded to a rock a next to her with sharp edges.
"Hmm...I'll have to see to it that's removed I'm sure a few Threehorns can push it off" he helped Nahla walk towards his Grandparents and helped her lay down. "You stay here ok? I'll show Zimba around for now and when your leg is help it'll be your turn" he smiled,he'll rather be with just Nahla anyway so in a way...this WAS working out. He turned to his Grandparents "I can trust you to look after her for about a hour..right?" he asked with a smile.
-
"No, we will just abandon her." Grandma rolled her eyes, lightly whacking him over the head with her tailtip. "Go on. We can treat her leg while you boys are elsewhere. Just lie down somewhere, dear." She added as she turned to look at Nahla's leg. "It's not deep, thank goodness."
Grandpa nodded in agreement, already moving up to look for the required plants to staunch the bleeding.
-
Littlefoot laughed and turned to the female "They'll look after you, they looked after me all my life since my actual parents were dead or busy with a herd" he then turned to the red male "Come Zimba" he lead the male off.
Nahla watched them go hoping the Grandparents were not seeing Zimba's evil smile.
OOC: No Zimba not planning to kill him now right,he just evil smiling caus he evil :lol
-
Zimba tried to keep a friendly face as he followed Littlefoot as he began explaining the different parts of the valley,he had to resist the urge to just wrap his tail around his neck and snap it here and now. But he also knew he had to plan it out,it didn't work just like that.
-
OOC: Yeah, Littlefoot's grandparents are like RIGHT THERE. Not to mention they'd just take back their old duties XD
"My, that is a rather unfortunate cut." Grandma ushered the other female down as Grandpa returned with the necessary plants. "It would be best if you don't walk to much for a few days otherwise it'll never heal. Wonderful arrival you have here in the Valley..."
Grandpa watched his mate work, before turning to watch his grandson disappear deeper in the Valley with the other male. His eyes narrowed as they trailed over the stones. There was no blood, despite the young female having cut herself on one of them.
-
Nahla nodded towwards Grandma, whining in pain every few seconds as she gazed around the area. She saw Grandpa looking at the stones...too much for her liking. "Hey sir!" she called 'Why don't you tell me more about the valley here? So when I go on my tour I'll have a better idea" she was clearly trying to distract him,the tone in her voice said it all.
'And thiiis" Littlefoot said continuing the tour "Is the rock circle where we hold our meetings. You're too new to become part of the council but maybe one day"
-
"Yeah..the day you die" Zimba muttered softly under his breath before shoving Littlefoot onto a sharp rock, not to kill him but just to see how he can handle injury...he needed to though for his plans.
-
He blinked once, turning to study the female. He'd indulge her, but this wasn't over yet. "What would you like to know, child?" He looked at his wife, who was able to read almost his entire thought-process in that one glance.
-
Littlefoot screamed as the rock tore his leg open, blood poured from his woun. He slowly stood up not knowing what happened,it happened so suddenly. he whined "Sorry Zimba,we gonna have to finish the tour later..I really need to get my leg treated fast" with that he turned and limped back to the resting place. Not notcing the fact Zimba had walked in a different direction smiling evilly.
"Ummm...tell me anything...huh" she cut herself off as an injured Littlefoot arrived at the scene. Leg torn and bleeding heavily. He felt ready to collapse.
-
"What happened to you?" Grandma demanded in horror as she regarded the deep wound on her grandson's leg.
Grandpa's eyes narrowed when he realized that the stranger had not helped Littlefoot back to his resting-place, instead being... gone...
He walked through a blazing desert in the Mysterious Beyond calmly. He feared neither Sharpteeth, nor hunger and thirst. Instead hunger and thirst were his heralds. "Such a fine day..." He murmured, watching a flyer fall from the sky from a heat-stroke.
-
"I...I'm not sure.." Littlefoot said "I was showing Zimba the rock circle and then..." he could not say anymore as he completely passes out from the loss of blood and collapsed unconscious.
You could hear Nahla gulp in fear after that, and she began to look very restless.
-
The two grandparents rushed to help their grandson, completely missing Nahla's reaction to what he had said before falling unconscious.
"Well, fancy meeting you here..." She murmured as she met him in a blazing desert. They were as different as night and day, yet something marked them as the same as well. "Where are you heading?"
"Same as you." He answered, gesturing to a faraway mountain-range.
-
Littlefoot's leg was completely torn...it did not look like he tripped on accident..looked more like someone did it...on purpose.
-
"This looks bad." Grandma looked at the wound closer. "Worse, it might get infected easily."
Grandpa nodded darkly, studying it intently. Well, this was raising some serious doubts in his mind. But first he'd need to fix his grandson and THEN worry about this.
-
"Is..he all right?" a female voice asked as Nahla looked over "I mean it looks pretty serious but...he is he ok over all?"
-
"Yup." Grandma soothed her. "I know a thing or twenty about healing. Though he will be weak for a while."
-
"For how long? Will he be able to fight?" Nahla asked like is the most casual question in the world.
-
"The Valley is quite safe." Grandma assured her. "Sharpteeth rarely get in so there is hardly a need for him to fight any time soon."
"And should it arise, there are others who can cover for him." Grandpa added.
"You too?" She demanded of the form in front of her.
"It seems we all need to go there." He agreed. "Anyone seen our other sister?"
They both shook their heads.
-
"Oh okay...' Nahla said glancing around "What if..he does get into a fight in...this state" she asked looking back to the male/
-
"Then someone else will take over, or he will flee." Grandma said like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "We help each other in this valley. Heavens, there isn't even ONE leader in here. The Council has equal power. It just so happens Littlefoot is its' spokesperson now."
-
Zimba came through the trees and stopped when he heard Grandma. He snarled-theres was more then one?!! Well this ruined his plans, but still he walked towards Nahla and snarled in her ear "Change of plans,we gotta kill the whole council..and make it so theres only ONE leader of the Great Valley...me"he whacked Nahla in the head with his tail and chuckled pretending he did it playfully.
-
Concern spread across Nahla's face as she looked to Littlefoot then the Grandparents then back at Zimba "Right..." she said sadly.
Littlefoot groaned as he began to wake up. The bleeding had slowed down quite a bit and it had now dried on his leg.
-
Grandma and Grandpa looked at him. "Not to offend, but couldn't you have helped our grandson home when he got this wound?" They demanded politely.
"Whoop, there came my que." He chuckled in amusement.
"Then we better hurry, don't want to be late to the party." His brother stated.
"And meanwhile hope it isn't one with our sister involved." She darkly stated.
A wind picked up and a lone Fuzzy suddenly saw three forms evaporate in front of him.
-
Littlefoot tried to stand only to scream out in pain "Grandma...Grandpa I think you might need to step in for your old duties again...for a bit...I can't do them like this" he lowered himself back to the ground grititng his teeth.
-
"No" Zimba chuckled "Well I could of but I didn't want to..not the helping kind of guy"
-
OOC: Okay, seriously, what is it with pointing the Valley at Zimba's evilness with you two xD
"Oh snap, that was my que." He stated. "My, was this place always this busy?"
"Don't say that. You are just inviting our sister along. She snarled.
"You... couldn't be bothered to help someone in need?" Grandpa echoed, eyes narrowing. He was getting a rather bad feeling on this.
-
"It's,....fine Grandpa" Littlefoot said and tried to stand up again only to fall "It ain't that serious"
"Looks pretty serious to me" Nahla commented.
-
Zimba just shrugged and turned to a bush and helped himself to a feast not seeming to care really. After a few mouthfuls he turned his head to face Grandpa "Hey,not like he was disabled he could walk on his own couldn't he? He wasn't hurt THAT bad,it just a tiny cut"
OOC: Tiny. cut...TINY CUT?!! He calls a torn open leg a 'tiny cut'?!! Oh Zimba....I created a monster
-
They said nothing, but their faces said all. "Stay put, Littlefoot." Grandma ordered sharply. "Honestly, you act worse than at bath-time. I cannot treat your leg if you keep moving it."
-
Littlefoot groaned and stayed still but raised his head "Can I talk to you and Grandpa later?" he glanced at Nahla and Zimba "Alone" he added dropping his head again.
-
Zimba scoffed getting closer to Nahla kicking her in the side to get her to stand up. "Did I say you could rest?!!" he snarled a little too loud. He realized the Grandparents and Littlefoot heard "I mean..I was gonna give you a feast of sweet bubbles first" he lied.
-
OOC: At this rate, we really don't need him to beat up Nahla to get everyone to get the hint >-<
"Mmmhhh..." He regarded the Dinosaurs in the distance.
"A most foul presence, no?" The other mused. "I fear our sister doth come into this sooner afore later..."
"Our speech alone heralds her coming already. Thy big mouth doth cause trouble." His other sister darkly said. "Afore we know it, she shall have torn through this sanctuary."
-
Nahla screamed at him "YOU'RE LYING! YOUR HERE TO KILL LITTLEFOOT AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW IT! YOUR NOTHING BUT EVIL SO SHUT UP JUST SHUT UP!" she screamed across the valley.
-
Zimba stared at her "You....you..." he reared up bringing his feet down onto her back hard "YOU! I told you to shut up and yet you blab on..well now your gonna die..." he laughed and began beating her in a horrific manner. After making Nahla's back be coated in her own blood he turned to the already injured leg and stepped on it,a snap of bones filled the air as her leg bone broke clean in to. Ignoring her dying screams he began to kick her in the side, another snap filled the air as he broke a rib bone of the female "Ready for the fatal blow?" he asked laughing and raised his large foot over her frail neck.
-
He didn't get far as Grandpa rammed him away from the pink female, roaring his anger and challenge. "That is quite ENOUGH!"
In the distance, a black Sharptooth entered the Valley, uncaring as to who saw. High on the slopes she stood, a sharp contrast to the smooth rock around her. And her white eyes were fixed on the cluster of Longnecks.
"She has arrived." He spoke, with fear in his voice. He feared not Sharptooth. He feared his sister. "This Valley is no longer a haven for those who seek it. Let us convene with our sister."
-
Littlefoot was in total shock, but he didn't bother...he could see death overcoming the female...and he didn't want to be here to see it happen. He stood up forgetting what Grandma said and limped off.
Nahla was struggling to keep her eyes open, she knew if she let them close she would never open them again. She was in a LOT of pain.
-
"SHUT UP!" Zimba snarled at Grandpa "You're nothing, now move unles you want to die along side the wrothless creature over there" he nodded to Nahla while saying it.
-
"Do not underestimate me, boy." Grandpa snarled. "It might be the last thing you do."
The Black Sharptooth now descended into the Valley, weaving through the forest as if she had been here many, many times. So close now...
"Sister!" Someone adressed her with something else than roars and charges. "Tell me that thou art not here for what I fear thou art."
"For that and more, honorable sibling." She did not stop. "As thou ought to realize with our brothers here as well.
OOC: Whoopdiedoo, there goes a Sharptooth and a Fast Biter and no one notices them xD
-
Nahla was finding it harder and harder to breath, the light in her eyes began fading.
-
Zimba just threw his head back "I'll kill your Grandson..be sure of that...and once I'm leader of The Great Valley..iI'll have YOU and your mate executed" he threatened "Unless you shut your mouth and do as I say"
-
Wrong words. Grandpa swung around, smashing his tail against Zimba with an infuriated roar. "Don't you DARE touch them."
Behind him Grandma reappeared, carrying herbs and such to attempt to fix up Nahla.
"Heed me, child." She demanded, bringing her head close to the fallen Longneck. Her sister stood beside her and her brothers behind her. A cluster of black, scared, emaciated Dinosaurs. "Does thou wish to perish?"
-
Nahla's eyes rose in shock when she realized who she was looking at "W-w-w--what do you's want with me?" she whispered/
-
Zimba snarled and stomped his foot challenging Grandpa to a fight.
-
Grandpa was meanwhile quite willing to do so. :anger
"Thy heart." She answered. "A feast. Many will follow thee into death. Give in, so that I may enjoy thy offering to me."
-
"Am..I...dying?" the female asked, she groaned still trying to keep her eyes open.
-
Zimba stopped his foot again harder this time, once again challenging Grandpa to fight him.
-
"Thou standest upon the edge. Thy choice alone shall now decide thy fate." The Sharptooth looked up. "And the fate of those that fight. Choose well, but swiftly."
Grandpa was not a fool. He KNEW he was old. He also had realized that the other had a short temper. And temper makes mistakes. "You are afraid, aren't you? That is why you are so loud: to hide your fear."
-
Nahla looked away "I will not die...." she muttered as her eyes darkened even more, she was clearing suffering.
-
Zimba roared "I SAID SHUT UP!" he rose to his feet and came back down with a heavy thump before charging right into Grandpa.
-
Grandpa braced, taking the hit in surprising stride. If only because he dared not dodge since both his wife and the pink Longneck were behind him. He shoved the other male away with a grunt, swinging his tail.
"Thou choosest my eldest over my youngest brother then." The Sharptooth mused idly. "So be it. Thou hast made the choice. Now, LIVE WITH IT." With ferociety she kicked Nahla.
-
Nahla gasped in even more pain now,she could not keep her eyes open any longer. She turned to the black dinosaurs "Fine...take me...end it...please"
-
Zimba swung around and hit Grandpa hard in the face with his tail.
-
Briefly he was stunned. Okay, someone COULD pack a punch. But so could he. Swiftly turning he swung his own neck in an arc, hitting Zimba's.
"Too late, child. Thou hast been deemed to live." She rose to her full height, briefly glancing at the old male.
A black Threehorn snorted in disdain. "It doth seem that she chooset me after all, but very well. Thou hast spoken."
OOC: Was it a hit? C'mon Zimmy, at least tell me if something hit/ how much damage it did!
-
"Please....just take me..." she was by now had lost a lot and a lot of blood. She felt like she'll never get up again.
-
Zimba yelped but wrapped his tail around Grandpa's leg and pulled trying to bring him to the ground.
-
Grandpa did not brace, knowing full well that would send him flying sooner or later. Instead he allowed the other to pull him close, ramming him once more in the side.
"Thou art not due yet." Three forms faded, leaving a Longneck behind. "Thou wilt live and suffer. For if thou doest, thou will find true happiness. Hold on, child.
-
"No" Nahla answered facing away from the longneck "Just go away..all you did was increase my suffering and now you won't help me to cease it? So just get lost" she said nothing more after that and just stared into the distance where she could see Littlefoot's form.
-
Zimba roared and whacked Grandpa in the chest "Back off" he warned "Before I kill you"
-
Grandpa did back off, but only a few steps. "I doubt you are capable of that, child. All I see is a bully, adult, but petty."
"Spoken like a living." He softly stated. "Fare thee well."
-
Nahla didn't answer just kept staring into the distance.
-
"All I see is a a bully" Zimba repeated mocking Grandpa's voice "All I'm trying to do is rid the world of a useless creature..well 2...Nahla and your grandson..who cuts his leg and comes running home"
-
"Mayhap it is YOU who is useless." Grandpa smiled serenely, ignoring the slight upon his grandson. "And you must kill those that have use to feel useful."
The Black Longneck faded as well, leaving Nahla to her thoughts.
-
With that Zimba turned around and whacked Grandpa in the chest with his tail.
-
Nahla just laid there, not caring. She listened to the sounds of Zimba battling Grandpa but didn't react to it. She sighed,Zimba had ruined her life..and now he was going to ruin others.
-
"I told thee she choosest me." The Black Threehorn coldly stated. "Thou ought to have claimed her."
"Thou knowest full well I would not." The Sharptooth looked into the Valley. "True strength is borne by those that endure all that is foul. Those that defy the four of us and choose our cousins through all we force upon them. She doth hold strength in her heart, her mind. She just ought to look for it and find it."
-
Nahla began to let tears fall, she felt like she meant nothing in this world and maybe she didn't.
-
"It's going to be alright." Grandma noticed the falling tears. "You'll be alright..."
-
Nahla choked back her tears "How badly am I hurt? And tell me the truth"
-
Zimba snarled once more and whipped Grandpa arcoss his legs hard "Just give up old timer"
-
"Have they never told you to respect your elders." Grandpa ignored the sharp pain in his leg and rose to his hindfeet. He needed to get that madman away from the females.
"Badly, but I think I can fix it." Grandma honestly said. "Though I cannot make promises that you'll be fully fine."
-
"My side is really sore" Nahla said nodding to where the black sharptooth kicked her "Can you take a look at it?" she asked,
Suddenly a brown tail wrapped around Zimba's neck. Littlefoot was giving him the death glare. NOBODY insults or attacks his family. He pulled back on Zimba, not to kill him though. He wasn't THAT cruel.
-
Zimba choked for a moment,he tried to break away but quickly realized Littlefoot was powerful. HE won't win a fight against this guy. "CALL HIM OFF!" Zimba shouted at Grandpa.
-
"I am sorry." Grandpa landed on his four feet then. "I'm not in charge."
"Oh my..." Grandma breathed. "I think something... something fixed your shattered backbones. They... they look like they were never broken."
-
Littlefoot put his face up against Zimba's "We don't take kindly to murders here..leave this valley and don't dare show your face around here again..I banish you from the Great Valley for lifetime" he snarled "And if you dare to come back there will be very severe consequences" he let go of Zimba "Now begone and don't ever return"
-
Zimba stared at Littlefoot snarling but turned around and sprinted off.
-
"He shall not get far, no?" The black quartet stood on a different plane and was watching the events.
"Nay, he shallt not." She shook her head. "Too great is madness' hold over his heart."
-
Littlefoot snorted before turning to Grandpa "You okay Grandpa? Did he hurt you?".
'What do you mean?" Nahla asked "How does something like that just suddenly...heal?"
-
Zimba walked out of the valley and looked over his shoulder..Littlefoot won...THIS time...
-
"Because I kicked thee there, child and deemed you to live." Ever so briefly the voice of the black Sharptooth flitted into Nahla's ear. "Fare thee well, child. When next we meet, it will be long. Come siblings, we must hunt this errant sibling of ours."
"Whoopdeedoo... Forth after Hate then."
"I... I cannot tell..." Grandma meanwhile had not heard a thing.
"I'm fine." Grandpa assured Littlefoot as he turned his attention to the two females.
-
The light came back to Nahlas eyes "Weird....I suddenly...feel....better...much better...in fact" she stood up it was like she was never even hurt.
Littlefoot shyly walked up to Nahla "Don't worry,he's not coming back. And if he does I'll protect you" he kissed Nahla on the cheek before realizing what he had done.
-
Meanwhile another longneck entered the valley,Bron smiled "Good to be back" he commented abd began heading to where he knew his family rested.
-
"My... That was certainly a bit of excitement I did not need in my old age." Grandma chuckled, then chuckled some more when her grandson spontanously discovered girls.
"About darn time." Her own love whispered, pressed up close against her.
-
Nahla chuckled before grabbing Littlefoot's head and kissing him on his lips. "Thats for getting rid of that monster Zimba..thank you"
Littlefoot had a derpy look on his face when she pulled back.
-
Now the two elders laughed outright. Now THAT reminded them of someone they knew well.
A deep-red flyer was watching in amusement.
-
"Well well well" a voice called as Bron walked up,he had saw the kiss "Littlefoot, since when did you have a girlfriend?" he chuckled whacking his son lightly with his tail.
-
"I'm not really his girlfriend" Nahla answered for the blushing Littlefoot "Considering he has not even asked me out yet"
-
"Clearer hint that you gave me." Grandpa turned to his wife. "You had me running around for Night Circles."
"It was too funny." She giggled lightly. "Apologies, my love."
-
Littlefoot blushed even more "Er..about that...see Nahla I had this crush but I thought you and Zimba were..." he cut off when he saw Nahla's face form a snarl sound of that name "But now he is gone,so I was wondering...." he glanced at his dad and Grandparents before facing Nala smiling "Will you...be my girlfiend beautiful one? And would you like to go out with me".
Nahla grinned "Of course I'll be your girlfriend Littlefoot...IF you be my boyfrienfd in return"
"Of course" Littlefoot chuckled.
"And yes..I will go out with you".
Littlefoot smiled and pulled her into a kiss forgetting they were not alone.
-
Bron chuckled, looks like his son found a girl.
-
"That went so much smoother than Bron's did, didn't it?" Grandma chuckled.
"Oh yes. I do hope the kids..." Here Grandpa threw a pointed glance at Bron. "Also come quicker."
Nearby, a red flyer was laughing her ass off.
-
Littlefoot blushed and turned to Grandma and Grandpa "Umm,Grandma Grandpa? Is it okay if Nahla lives with us for a while? You know...till we get a resting place of our own"
Nahla just sighed happily and buried her head in Littlefoot's chest. She was really starting to enjoy life again.
-
Bron glared at Grandpa "No...no kids....I'm not that old enough to be a Grandpa"
-
"You'll have precious little say in the matter." Grandma pointed out. "Come along, dear." She adressed Nahla. "Let's leave the boys. I'll show you around the Valley now."
-
Nahla nodded and walked towards Grandma smiling.
-
"Seems like a nice girl" Bron commented to Grandpa about Nahla "Maybe she'll keep Littlefoot in line" he chuckled.
-
"Doubt anything can keep him in line."
"Get. Out. Of. There. NOW!" Why was she the one who had to kick their sibling out of a corpse. C'mon, since when does MADNESS do stuff like that? And now she was kicking with her claws into a body that was just lying there. They disappeared again and again, hitting solidness only on her plane of existence. She was NOT going in there.
-
Littlefoot watched Nahla go and smiled "Hey Grandpa, you might have GREAT grandkids one day...and dad you'll be the new Grandpa' he laughed.
-
"Me? A grandpa?" Bron asked "Oh no..not in this lifetime"
-
"I said exactly the same. And then YOU came by..." Grandpa rolled his eyes. "And the horror of that stands before us." He thrust his tailtip in Littlefoot's direction. "Now that I think about it... Mayhap some kids of my own again would be nice. Heaven knows it's been a while since I and Grandma had some alone-time."
-
Littlefoot shuddered at the thought of his Grandparents....ugh.
As Grandma and Nahla walked,Nahla was debating with herself wherever to ask this one question or not,Finally she decided she'll do it "Garndma Longneck?" she asked "What would think about the idea of me and Littlefoot starting a family off our own?".
-
Bron chuckled at Littlefoot "I would like to see Littlefoot become a father but..just not ready to accept the fact that I'm getting old..though must say Littlefoot" he whacked his son over the head 'Nice choice with Nahla she reminds me of your mother when I first met her"
-
"That it would be about time he settles down, and that you would be a good girl for him from what I can tell." Grandma answered after a bit of thinking. "Seems he's a late bloomer for everything."
"Heh, though his mother was a lot more... insistent if I remember properly." Grandpa laughed. "And you a lot more terrified of your in-laws."
-
Nahla smiled "Ive always thought about being a mother...so why not with Littlefoot?" she chuckled and looked over her shoulder "After all. He is kind,strong,brave,handsome..."
Littlefoot looked over to the distant forms of the females "I do want to have a family with Nahla...but I have a feeling it's best to take it slow...wait till SHE'S ready"
-
"Good boy" Bron laughed patting Littlefoot on the head with his tail.
-
"A Longneck-load of trouble." Grandma added with a laugh. "Ahh.... I shall not begrudge you having a whole nest of little Littlefoots. At the end of the firs tyear you'll wonder what possesed you to get kids."
"Exactly." Grandpa grinned.
-
Nahla laughed "I think I'll handle it"
Littlefoot pawed at the ground "Um,Dad..Grandpa? What should I do with Nahla on our first date?"
-
Bron looked at Grandpa "Ask him" he said smiling at his father in law.
-
Grandpa chuckled teasingly. "Well, ask her what she wants to do." He said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
Grandma meanwhile rolled her eyes. "Let's see about that once they get to their fourth orso Cold Time, shall we?"
-
"Gee,helpful" Littlefoot whacked his Grandpa playfully.
Nahla giggled "What it like being a mother?" she asked.
-
Bron just smirked "If you're really planning of having a family...you should know what it means to be a father"
-
"Wonderful..." Grandma smiled. "But even more terrifying."
Grandpa returned the favor, whacking his son upside the head. "Now I am very certain that YOU did learn to respect your elders."
-
Nahla sighed happily "Do you think Littlefoot would even want to have a fmaily with someone like me?'.
Littlefoot backed up and playfully charging challenging Grandpa to a playfight.
-
"One thing is-leanring to be serious" he said through laughter.
-
"Knowing my grandson, he will be thrilled." Grandma smiled. "And then horrified because Grandpa WILL be laughing through the entire thing."
"How about instead of lecturing your son, you teach him respect!?" Grandpa demanded of Bron.
-
"What is it like to be a father anyway?" Littlefoot asked curious.
"I so hope so..I'm even planning names" Nahla laughed "And if doesn't like them too bad" she added with a snicker.
-
"it's wonderful...but kinda a pain in the ass when the kids LOVE going walkabout every 5 minutes" Bron glared "I shall just hope this kids don't get their fathers need for adventure and you will be fine"
-
"That is exactly what happened between me and Grandpa. We found a way around it later on though." Grandma smiled.
"Small chance." Grandpa chuckled, shaking his head.
-
"I'm thinking Zara..if we have a girl" she looked up at the sky and fowned when she saw the bright circle setting "Is it this time already?"
-
"It's getting late" Bron commented "Go on Littlefoot, take her for a night of romance..girls love that...least your mother did...I think"
-
Grandpa laughed at that. "Let's find our females then. I too would like some alone-time with my wife."
-
Nahla walked towards Littlefoot and kissed him rubbing her head against him.
Littlefoot in response rubbed his head up and down her neck, they were so in love.
-
Bron meanwhile just yawned and lay down figuring since HE did not have a female he'll..sleep.
-
"Let's find some privacy." Grandpa suggested to Grandma, walking away with her in tow.
-
"Come on Nahla" Littlefoot whispered smiling at her as he lead the female off to their own private spot. They soon reached a cave and Nahla nudged Littlefoot.
"What Nahla?" Littlefoot asked.
She nodded towards the cave "I want a family".
Littlefoot realized what she meant "Well then....." he smiled
*TIME SKIP FOR ME*
-
*NEXT DAY*
-
"We should do this more often..." Grandma murmured the next morning, her head resting in the crook of Grandpa's neck. He chuckled softly.
-
Nahla and Littlefoot awoke and were now heading back to the resting place after falling asleep at the cave. They were surpised when they stumbled upon Grandma and Grandpa "Moring Grandma,Morning Grandpa" Littlefoot greeted. Both he and the female by his side seemed really happy about something.
-
Bron had already woken and was helpin himself to breakfast. He sighed he missed his wife so much.
-
"Good morning." Grandpa greeted them with a knowing grin. "Had 'fun' last night?"
-
"Er...yes" Littlefoot stammered knowing Grandpa knew what happened between him and Nahla last night "We don't think it happened this time though"
-
Bron joined them "Let me guess....Littlefoot and Nahla tried for a child?" he said he too could tell from the signs.
-
"Mmmmhmmmm." Grandma confirmed, laughter rumbling in her chest.
-
Littlefoot blushed "I got something to say" he said before grabbing Nahla's tail with his own and smiling "Nahla...you're the most important thing in my life..you're so beautiful you make my heart sing...I'll low to wake up to you by my side every morning, and feel you as I fall asleep at night,I know we really known each other a short time but....I need you in my life Nahla...so the question is...." he took a breath "Will you marry me?"
Nahla gasped.
-
Bron stared in shock..did..his son..just...propose? Was he really getting that old?!. He glanced at his parents in law to judge their reactions.
-
"About time..." Grandma breathed. "I feared I'd be dead ere this happened."
"Mmmmhmmm..."
-
Nahla gazed to the ground for a second "Littlefoot...I've loved you since we met..I need you to...so yes. I will marry you" she grinned leaning in for a kiss.
Littlefoot joined her as the two still held tails.
-
"Congratulations son" Bron said smiling "I have a feeling your Grandparent been waiting for this for years" he chuckled
-
"No kidding." They laughed. "And soon this entire thing will start again with the kids."
-
"Grandma? Would you be willing to help Nahla get ready for the wedding?" he asked smiling pleadingly.
Nahla chuckled and pulled away from Littlefoot as her stomached growled "I'm gonna go get something to eat now" she playfully hit Littlefoot with her tail as she walked by.
-
Bron shook his head at Littlefoot "Littlefoot...say bye bye to your freedom" he laughed.
-
"Now to find someone for you." Grandpa told Bron as Grandma led Nahla away. "Though on the other hand, now you can be babysitter. You missed that part last time."
-
Littlefoot laughed before glancing overt to the side "I can't believe I am getting...married"
-
"Me neither' Bron chuckled as he looked up to sky "Your mother would of loved to be here for this"
-
"Who says she isn't?" Grandpa asked softly. "She's probably agreeing with me and Grandma that it was about damned time he discovered girls."
-
Littlefoot half smiled "I was just waiting for the right one to come along..and Nahla is the one".
Meanwhile Nahla kept shifitng "I'm so nervous" she admittted to Grandma.
-
"I think it bout time we get YOU ready, don't wanna be unprepared for your own wedding do you?" Bron teased.
-
"No doubt Littlefoot is too." Grandma assured her.
"Oh yes." Grandpa grinned.
-
Nahla smiled "How do I look?" she asked as she know wore flowers around her neck and tail.
"Right" Littlefoot said starting to get really nervous as the time got closer.
-
"Lets go" Bron nudged his son "Don't want Nahla thinking you backed out on her because you were not readY"
-
"Let's say it like this: I hope Littlefoot gets through the ceremony without drooling."
-
Nahla laughed and smiled "I keep thinking of last night..." she said dreamily.
-
Bron decided to tease Littlefoot a bit "So you and Nahla tried for a baby huh?" he smirked.
-
"You'll get used to that." Grandma smiled. "Was he any good?"
"He was not the only one." Grandpa laughed.
-
"Amazing" Nahla commented "He didn't rush me either..."
Littlefoot stared at Grandpa "you....you....and Grandma.....had...." he could not say anymore as the picture popped into his head. He turned around before puking at the thought. He swayed before hitting the ground fainted,
-
Bron just stared at Garndpa, jaw hanging "Are...you...serious?" he asked.
-
"Well excuse me for loving my wife." Grandpa demanded. "Not to mention, where are your minds that you immediately jump to THAT conclusion?"
"Grandpa..." Grandma walked up. "Why is Littlefoot unconscious on the ground?"
-
Nahla followed her curious, she frowned when she saw her husband (well soon to be) unconscious on the ground "What did it hit him he'll be tied down to me forever and fainted from the shock and horror?" she joked.
-
Bron snorted with laughter "Actually....." he nodded towards Grandma and Grandpa "Turns out those two went all lovey times last night too"
-
"What. makes. you. think. that?" Grandpa demanded, chuckling as he rolled his eyes.
Grandma wanted a hand to facepalm. "Regardless, this is how he reacts? Gosh..."
-
"Hmm,wonder what will happen when I have to tell him I'M pregnant and he is the father" Nahla laughed.
-
"Which better not have to happen anytime soon" Bron added glancing at his new daughter-in-law/
-
"Au Contraire." Grandpa said. "I want to be alive when those kids appear. And I am not exactly YOUNG, if you get my drift."
"You're young enough..." Grandma said lovingly with a dinosaur-version of the good old bedroom-eyes.
-
"Well,'dad'" Nahla started with a teasing smile "Me and Littlefoot are gonna try again veeeeeeeeeery soon...in fact we will rght after the wedding..which is..." she looked into the disatnce "Now"
-
Bron nudged his son "Littlefoot...wake up...." he looked up to Grandma "Why don't you take Nahla and fill her in on what to expecf? I can't do that..I never had a husband before"
-
"I already did, silly." Grandma nudged her grandson as well. "I can talk and prepare for a wedding, if you recall."
-
Littlefoot awoke shaking his head "Ah....am I misisng something"
Nahla whipped around and walked off trying to control her laughter.
-
"Oh norhing much" Bron said sarcasticaly "Only your own wedding"
-
"I was about to say it myself." Grandpa agreed. "Now up on your feet. You can be unconscious TOMORROW, not any earlier..."
The Red Flyer squeed in joy.
-
'Right" Littlefoot stood up "Where is she?" he asked not seeing his bride anywhere in sight.
-
"To the wedding?" Bron guessed whacking his son.
-
"Speaking of which, I think you better go clean your face off the puke." Grandpa suggested. "Kind of a turn-off if I ever knew one."
OOC: Time-skip?
-
"Right" Littlefoot chuckled walking to find some water.
*A short while later*
Litttlefoot and Nahla kissed to the cheer of the valley residents as tehey confirmed they were not husband and wife. The wedding was a great success.
-
Bron cheered along with the others forgetting all about his grandpa fears and was just happy for his son.
-
"Want to make a bet on how long it'll take them to get kids?" Grandpa whispered covertly to his wife.
-
Littlefoot and Nahla walked over to the Grandparents and Bron smiling "Me and Nahla got something else to say" Littlefoot told them.
-
"Oh boy..what is it?" Bron asked dreading the answer.
-
Grandpa whacked Bron. "No need to be so negative. I wasn't like that either and you were marrying my daughter!"
-
Nahla lowered her head waiitng for Littlefoto to finish.
"Me and Nahla are moving out" he told them "We found a lovely resting place we going to make our own and raise a family there"
-
"Oh good..I thought you's were gonna say Nahla is pregnant...." Bron chuckled forgetting they already said it didn't work last time.
-
"You do realize that with them moving out it'll only be a matter of Night Circles?" Grandma serenely pointed out. "You better do come visit us once in a while. And no shirking your duties, Littlefoot."
-
'I won't...in fact if it ok with you I'll like to give the duties you gave to me over to Nahla,Grandma. So she can do your old ones and I can do Grandpas...working together like you and Grandpa did".
-
Bron sighed knowing he wouldn't stop them from getting what they wanted "Just...look after the kids Littlefoot...and your wife' he added nodded towards Nahla.
-
"Hey, you're in charge here." Grandma smiled. "Do it as you wish."
-
*TIMESKIP*
Nahla was walking through the valley on her way to visit Grandma-she hadn't visited her in a while. She also wanted the company while Littlefoot was out busy with some duties. Nahla smiled as she was holding a secret-she was pregnant.
-
A red longneck entered the valley,he was after revenge. Zimba gazed aorund the valley snarling. Flyers had spread news about a longneck wedding here. Littlefoot and Nahla had gotten married and it ticked him off...they will pay.
-
"Greetings, Nahla." Grandma looked up as she heard the other female approach. "Tired of my grandson already?"
-
Nahla chuckled "No,nothing like that..it just.." she got cut off as she felt a sharp pain her stomach and she leaned against a nearby tree. "He is busy today and I wanted some company"she before groaning and rubbing her stomach with her tail but hoping Grandma didn't notice.
-
Zimba walked on going unnoticed the snarl never leaving his face.
-
Grandma DID notice. "It seems you have plenty of company in there." She carefully touched Nahla's side with her tailtip. Contrary to what she and her mate had hinted at to traumatize their grandson they were simply too old to have children themselves. "Does he know yet?"
-
Nahla shook her head "No,I think the whole valley will know when he does, He'll most likely scream across the valley in shock" she laughed.
-
Zimba spotted Nahla and Grandma. He couldn't hear what they were saying though. He narrowed his eyes before backing up some more, waiitng for his chance to strike.
-
"Can you imagine then how he'd have reacted had I been with hatchling?" Grandma laughed. "My, I can just see him faint again."
-
'How..do you get through this part of it?" Nahla asked in wonder as another shot of pain went though her side, she had to lean against the tree to stop herself from collapsing "I'm killing Littlefoot for this later" she joked.
-
Bron meanwhile was walking around the valley, trying to remember the days when Littlefoot was worried about playing and adventures, not about girls and marriage.
-
"Simple." Grandma sagely said. "Lie down, and guilt-trip your significant other into doing everything for you. Works much better than killing them." She giggled lightly. "I'll go find Littlefoot for you. You just lie down."
She walked away, unknowingly heading straight for the forest Zimba was currently in.
-
Nahla settled herself down not noticing a red figure over her until it grabbe d her.
-
"Hello Nahla" Zimba taunted "Longtime no see" he looked her up and down "Oh my...looks like you been having 'fun'" he looked behind him and saw Grandma walk in the forest-alone. He looked down at Nahla and let her go 'I'll deal with you later" with that he took. He took a quicker shorter path and as Grandma passed him he reached out his tail and grabbed her around the neck.
-
Grandma had not noticed what had happened to Nahla, but she HAD noticed the tail around her neck. It was hard not to.
She gasped for air, instintively trying to free her neck from the hold upon it.
-
Nahla nearly screamed in pain, she really hated these cramps. She tired to stand to go get a drink . But she could not fully support herself right now. She was too tired. She panted wishing Littlefoot...or anyone really was here.
-
Zimba chuckled as he revealed himself as Grandma's catcher "Listen..you're gonna come with me" he increased his grip "And if you don't" he turned Grandma's head to where Nahla was "I'll kill her..so that means your grandson loses his unborns too" Zimba could tell Nahla was pregnant.
-
Anger surged through her body, but at the same time she realized she had precious little choice. She had never been a fighter like her husband and even he had been hardpressed to keep up with Zimba. She could not risk anything. "As you wish." Her voice spoke exactly of what she thought of him.
-
Nahla stared over to them in shock and fear. She wanted to cry for help but was scared if she did Zimba will hurt Grandma-and Littlefoot would never forgive her for that.
-
"Good" Zimba snarled "Now follow me if you know whats good for you" with that Zimba let go of her neck and began to find that stupid Littlefoot. He'll do anything to save his family. He knew that.
-
Briefly Grandma looked over her shoulder, then she obediently followed him, her heart racing in her chest as she did so.
-
Littlefoot was wandering through the forest lost in thought having no clue of the drama both with his Grandmother and his wife.He sighed at that he hoped Nahla was ok,she was always feeling sick and in pain lately. He made a note to tell his grandparents about it,he was worried something was really wrong with her.
-
Zimba spotted Littlefoot and grabbed Grandma's neck again "Ok here is what you're gonna do..." he said with an evil smile "You're gonna go over there and get your grandson. Then lead him over to me so I can dispose of him and claim the valley" he gripped harder "And if you dare run away I will personally hunt you down and kill you along with your mate, your grandson, your grandsons parents, and his wife. So it one life for everybodys" he let go "So what will it be?" he stared at her,his eyes cold and murderous,he was serious about every word.
-
"You won't succeed." She stated coldly, glaring at him. "Just as you did last time. There is not one power in this Valley, there are plenty. And you won't be able to get them all." :anger
-
A brown shape rammed Zimba in the side,Littlefoot had noticed and was now pissed off "How dare you return he snarled wrapping his tail around Zimba's neck "And how DARE you threaten MY GRANDMOTHER" he turned to Grandma "Grandma.get out of here and quickly"
-
Zimba snarled wasting no time in lashing out his tail hitting the other male hard. "Oh no....let her stay so she can watch you die" he laughed whipping Littlefoot's tail hard enough to make him wanan let go of his neck. He rammed him right in the chest after that.
-
Okay, she was no fighter. Everyone can agree on that. That did not mean she'd just let someone beat up her grandson. She lashed out with her own tail, catching Zimba off-guard. "Leave him alone."
-
Littlefoot was about to attack again when he heard someone walk up. He whipped his head to see his wife approaching them slowly "Nahla! Go back!" Littlefoot told her.
"I want to help" Nahla said back stepping forward.
"Nahla go back please!" Littlefoot begged "You're in not state to fight"
-
Zimba glared at Nahla "Don't worry...you're next" he promised before headbutting Littlefoot and tail whipping Grandma at the same time,
-
She hissed at the tailwhip. "Nahla, OUT NOW!" She ordered sharply. "Find Bron and Grandpa, they ought to return around now." She moved between Nahla and Zimba. "Now."
-
"But I want to help fight..it's part of my duties now" Nahla protested but did not move.
"Nahla....please...go. If you are sick this will not help you" he did not take his eyes of Zimba "Grandma...get her out of here and send backup"
-
Zimba approached Grandma "Move,if Nahla wants to die then so be it"
-
"Nahla, get out Now." Grandma repeated once more. "Do your duties by getting help." She turned to Zimba. "As for you, you'll have to kill me ere I move."
Suddenly, as out of nowhere, a Black Sharptooth stood proudly beside the cluster of Longnecks. None could see her, but one could hear her: the only who had once before stood at her doorstep(OOC: Nahla). "Thou ought to have rethought that one, old female. Such challenge thou canst no longer face."
-
Nahla turned and ran even though it was putting so much strain on her. She HAD to run. "GRANDPA LONGECK!" she screamed "HELP!" she let out a quiet scream off pain..She wanted to lay down, she wanted to rest but she wouldn't until she found Grandpa.
-
Zimba turned again sneering at Littlefoot "Aww,model husband aren't you? Sending your wife away"
-
Oh, it was that time of the battle again. She snarled softly.
-
Littlefoot growled "I thought I told you to nenevr come back"
Nahla kept running and now was outside the valley "GRANDPA LONGNECK!" she kept calling. More pain shot up up before she could no on no loner. She collapsed to the ground breathing heavily. Maybe running around when was with hatchling THIS far wasn't the best of her ideas.
-
"I don't listen to freaks like you" Zimba snarled "You have no idea who I am do you? You heard of what happened to Hunter Valley right? That was me" he laughed insanely
-
"I guess you didn't hear how quite a few escaped." Grandma taunted. "Coward. You dare not face anyone in equal and fair combat. My Husband was right. You are pathetic."
At that the eyes of the waiting Sharptooth narrowed.
"Nahla!?" Grandpa called out. "What are you doing out here?"
-
"Zimba....is...back" Nahla said through heavy gasps "He.....took...Grandma....Longneck...and...now...Littlefoot....has..challenged him.." she took heavy breaths "They....sent....me...to....get...you...." she said no more as once again cramps shot through her body and it showed on her face, 'I'm...I'm...fine" Nahla said before Grandpa could say anything.
-
Zimba whipped around at that "How dare you you old bag of bones" he stomped his foot preparing to charge.
-
"I doubt you are fine." Grandpa had seen the cramps. "Get into the Valley. Go to your cave and stay there."
"See?" She stated mockingly. She had to stall, her mate and preferably Bron had to get here in time. "You much rather face the old 'bag of bones' than someone who is an even match for you."
-
"I wanna help" Nahla protested manging to stand up "Theres not like theres something wrong with me" Nahla lied.
Littlefoot charged knocking Zimba away from his Grandma "And...only the weak pick on females who can't defend themsleves" he snarled.
-
Zimba growled now completely lost his temper "Females are worthless creatures to start with"
-
"And I am now unable to decide whom to be offended towards." Grandma muttered. "Littlefoot, move aside if you please."
"Go to the cave." Grandpa sharply said. "This is NOT healthy for the hatchlings you carry within. Those cramps and pains are warning-signs. If you push yourself much more, you will lose them. You have a greater duty now. To them."
-
Littlefoot looked at Zimba and smirked, swiftly standing aside.
Nahla gave in and began walk she just hoped she'll make it back she could only just support herself.
OOC: Grandpa wanna be nice guy and help her back? xD
-
Zimba rolled his eyes in amusement "Oh no,a worthless female bag of bones is mad at me" he faked cried,
-
"Oh boy..." Grandma lowered her head lightly. "You forget, this 'old bag of bones' is still a Longneck."
OOC: Sorry, Grandpa is too busy going forth to murder the A-hole that kidnapped his wife xD Bron can help her.
-
Littlefoot snarled at Zimba "I really want to snap your neck myself..." he muttered.
Nahla could no on longer, she dropped to the ground, She groaned in pain again, trying to get to her feet,,but she never had to chance before her mind blacked out.
-
Zimba snorted with laughter "REEEEEEEEEALLLY? WOW,cause all this time I was thinking you were a tree! I never guessed for a moment you were a longneck!"
Bron had overheaard what Nahla said about the fighting and was rushing back. He walked passed the passed out Nahla but figured she was just resting and carried on.
-
"Too bad for you then." Grandma darkly grinned. "Farewell, Zimba."
The Black Sharptooth watched in approval as the Longneck-female rose to her hindfeet and smashed her forelegs into Zimba's back, shattering the bone and crushing the organs.
"And here I thought you might need some help." Grandpa stated. He had been just in time to see his wife finish Zimba off.
-
Littlefoot watched in shocked as this happened,he never knew his Grandma could or would do something like that"
-
Zimba's body dropped to the ground, but he was still alive. However he'll be dead within say...10 seconds.
Bron arrived on the scene in time to see what Grandma did and backed off almost scared of HER now.
-
"And THAT is how you prove people wrong." She almost serenely stated. "Now, I think I better go clean my legs so if you will excuse me..." And off she was.
"I love it when she gets like that." Grandpa got a dreamy look on his face. He was about the only one.
-
"I should go check on Nahla" he said before taking off,he went to the cave first. And grew worried when she wans't there. He searched on and sw her tracks leading outside the valley. He ran out screaming his wifes name "NAHLA!. He found her but not the way he wanted-she was completely unconscious. He nudged her trying to wake her,he looked over to the valley "I'll be back with help Nahla" he took off reaching the area he was in a while back. He glared at Grandpa and Bron "Can one of you explain to me why my wife is unconscious in the Mysterious Beyond" he asked in a forced calm tone.
-
Bron gulped loudly..she was passed out? Whoops....
-
"I told her to get back to the cave. She was fine - or at least awake and moving - when I left." Grandpa said. "Though I admit I was in a bit of a hurry considering I thought your grandmother needed my help."
-
Littlefoot's gaze drifted to Bron waiting for HIS answer.
-
"I saw her passed out...." Bron answered "But....I thought she was just resting and sleeping so I left ehr be...." he chuckled.
-
"You idiot." Grandpa muttered. "Well, what are you waiting for? Help your son get her back into the Valley! SHOO!"
-
Littlefoto sprinted off making sure his father followed. When they reached Nhala he nudged her "Nahla, wake up dear".
.
Nahla moaned and awoke "Littlefoot?" she whispered.
"'It's me...lets get you back home" The male answered helping her stand up and supporting one of her sides "Dad,you support her other side" it didn't say it kindly either it was almost as he was demanding it.
-
Muttering under his breath he supported the other side of the female until they reached the cave. After they helped her lay down he studied Nahla "Littlefoot, stay with her..I need to speak to your Grandparents for a moment" he turned off and began looking for them "Mama and Papa Longneck!" he called.
-
They had been in discussion with eachother, though the moment he appeared they fell silent immediately.
"Yes?"
-
Littlefoot sighed watching Nahla,he frowned when he noticed she kept rubbing at her side smiling.
-
Bron took a deep breath "Nahla is.....Nahla is pregnant isn't she?" he asked.
-
"Yes." Grandma serenely smiled. "You only figured it out now?"
-
Littlefoot frown grew bigger when Nahlaonce again showed the signs of cramp before he knew what he was doing he screamed out "GRANDMA! GRANDPA! GET HERE PELASE!"
Nahla hid a smile..she'll wait for his Grandparents to be here then she'll tell him...they should share what was going to be a priceless moment.
-
Bron didn't hear Littlefoot's shouts he was in too much shock "She..preg..pregnant?" he stammered "I'm gonna be a grand...pa?" it hit him,his own son was becoming a father. He swayed and hit the ground fainted.
-
"I'll take care of him, you go help Littlefoot?" Grandpa suggested, chuckling at his unconscious son-in-law. "Took it much better, didn't I?"
"Mmmhmmm..." Grandma chuckled, going to where her grandson was.
-
Littlefoot looked up as Grandma arrived "Grandma, theres something wrong with Nahla-she's in pain"
"Umm Littlefoot... Nahla began "I got something to tell you....."
"Hush" Littleefoot said "Rest"
"But I'm....p-"
"Nahla, rest" Littlefoto demanded softly "Grandma can you look at her?"
OOC: Dude, she was gonna tell him and he like cut her off. Grandma no tell him what wrong thougn just something like "Something amazing is happening".
-
Bron awoke and stood up "I know I should be happy for them..." he sighed "But...I'm gonna be a GRANDPA..ugh" he groaned "Feels like only yesterday Littlefoot was only a child...now he all grown up with a wife and kids on the way" he began walking away but he stopped and turned his head "You want to come? I'm going to go visit them for a while" he thought for a moment and turned around "Might take Nahla a little congratulations gift too. Maybe some tree-sweets? That seems to make the girls happy and make them forget the pain" he chuckled remembering how his wife kept demanding treesweets when she was pregnant with Littlefoot. Before he left that is....
OOC: Sorry,Littlefoot doesn't get a present from Bron :D
-
Grandma wordlessly whacked her grandson over the head. "Listen to you mate, damnit. You are worse than your grandfather."
Grandpa looked at him with a flat face. "Imagine how old i feel then? And if you laugh, I'll hit you over the head. As for Nahla, Littlefoot is going to get her everything anyway. NO need to steal his job."
-
Littlefoot turned to Nahla "Yes?"
"Promise me you won't freak out and faint again?" the female asked.
"Of course love" Littlefoot smiled stiill having no clue.
"Ok..." his wife took a deep breath and stood up wrapping her tail around his husbands neck in a hug "I'm pregnant"
-
Bron walked off chuckling quickly reaching the cave in time to hear Nahla tell Littlefoot 'I'm pregnant'
-
She LOVED watching these moments, she really did.
-
Littlefoot's face filled with shock,he looked at Nahla, then Bron and Grandma before laughing "Funny, very funny now tell me. What is it?"
Nahla shook her head "I'm pregnant".
"Are.....you....serious?" he stammered looking to the rest of his family "Is she actually serious?"
-
Bron nodded "Yes Littlefoot, she is pregnant-you're gonna be a father"
-
"Whoopdeedoo." Grandpa muttered. "I think we ought to start counting down until he faints."
-
Littlefoot stared in shock at Nahla who gave him a smile.
"Well? What do you think of that?" the pink longneck asked.
She was answered by a scream of shock that went across the valley followed by a thump as Littlefoot fainted to the floor.
Nahla just shook her head slapping her forehead with her tailtip.
-
Bron snickered "Well THAT went well" he laughed forgetting that is EXACTLY what he did.
-
"It runs in the male line." Grandma assured Nahla. "You should have seen Bron here."
"I did not faint." Grandpa said. "Felt like it, but didn't."
-
Nahla chuckled and nudged Littlefoot. She had to back off though when pain shot through her which was followed by a growl of hunger. She was starving.
-
Bron walked up and whacked his son "Littlefoot, wake up! Your mate is hungry"
-
"Your son is down, and your daughter-in-law is hungry. It is YOUR duty to get food." Grandpa pointed out.
-
"It ok" Nahla said hobbling out of the cave "I can get it myself"
-
"Well there you go" Bron chuckled before trying to slink away.
-
"FORGET IT." Grandma sharply stated. "Nahla, back in here. NOW. Bron, get your ass to get your grandchildren some nourishment. NOW."
-
Nahla stopped and turned her head "Honestly,I can get it myself. I don't want to make everyone go out of their way for me,no reason too"
-
Bron watched her "She seems fine to me..isn't moving around good for her anyway?"
-
"You had pain in your stomach, that means you are dangerously pushing yourself." Grandma moved to block her path. "Cave. Now."
"Best not to argue." Grandpa piped in. "Bron, move. You don't want to see Grandma angry."
-
Nahla obeyed and went back "Really, this is not need to make a big fuss"she said, she was far from used to all this fussing on her.
-
Bron sighed and walked out "Fine I'll go get her something"
-
"Better to fuss because you are pregnant than because you lost your children." Grandma stated, nudging her to the ground.
-
Nahla lowered herself to the ground before breaking into tears "I'm scared" she admitted "What if something does go wrong and I lose them? What if Littlefoot blames me for it?" she said in a voice that proved she really was scared.
-
Bron stopped by a tree and whacked a small pile of treestars. He picked them up and began heading back to the cave.
-
"Nothing will go wrong." Grandma assured her. "And even IF it does, Littlefoot shan't blame you."
So she said, but four spectral, unseen Dinosaurs would prove her wrong soon enough. Their errant brother had planted a seed, and that was close to sprouting.
-
A scream filled the air as Nahla felt pain shoot through her again "Can someone wake up Littlefoot? PLEASE"
-
Bron walked into the cave carrying a very small treestar pile "Here" he said dropping them before trying to slink off again. The food he bought however just enough to feed a child no way would an adult longneck be filled by that!Much less one who was also supporting hatchlings.
-
"He's going to faint anyway." Grandma laid down beside her. "Breathe, Nahla. Calmly now..."
Grandpa meanwhile hit Bron over the head. "Non-starvation amounts, if you please."
-
Nahla screamed again, breathing and panting heavily. Pain shot through her.
-
"Oh boy..." Bron muttered as the water of the female broke..this was really happening...his grandkids were on there way.
-
Grandma firmly ignored Bron and anything related to him.
"Keep breathing, Nahla. And stay calm."
-
Nahla sobbed she was terrified. However by instinct she began pushing, panting mostly from fear something will go very wrong. She kept pushing and finally got the egg out. She turned her head to look and smiled and nuzzled it softly before feeling the need to do it again...oh man.
*timeskip*
A while later,Nahla laid with four eggs by her side, she smiled down at them proudly before wrapping her tail round them in a protective manner and to keep them warm. She sighed a sigh only a proud mother could make and she looked to the still fainted Littlefoot "Boy I have a supportive husband..."
-
Bron smiled "Congratulations" he said stepping forward to give his daughter-in-law a small muzzle he turned to Grandma and Grandpa 'Well, your wish is granted-Great Grandchildern...all we do is wait for them to hatch" his eyes drifted to his son and he chuckled again.
-
"Bron was not even THERE in body when our daughter laid her eggs." Grandpa darkly muttered with a glare at his son-in-law. "While Littlefoot is at least that."
-
Littlefoot awoke with a moan "Oww...I fainted again.." he shook his head "Did I miss anything?".
"Oh...not much" Nahla said in a sarcastic tone moving her tail so Littlefoot could see the eggs "Just this".
"Where...where..did those come from?!! he exclaimed in shock.
"Well, when a mummy dinosaur and a daddy dinosaur love each other very much they-" she cut off when she saw Littlefoot's glare but didn't give him a real answer instead just turning to the treestars Bron got her a while ago and rushing them down, her stomach was still growling though that was no where near enough.
-
"Littlefoot your wife is hungry better go get her something to eat" Bron snickered "I already got her something so your turn now"
-
"Actually." Grandpa stopped Littlefoot with his tail. "Bron was still busy getting something. So shoo, before Grandma gets on your tail."
-
Littlefoot laid on the other side of Nahla the eggs were not on and laid his neck across her back protectively as he was afaird something was going to fall through the cave roof and attack her. He looked up at his Grandparents "Grandma,Grandpa can you's take back your old duties for a while? Just till the eggs hatch. Since Nahla would need to stay with them and she'll need me....won't she?"
-
Bron walked out of the muttering "Man they treat me like their slave"
-
"No, we treat you like a grandfather to be!" Grandpa called after Bron. "And of course we will, Littlefoot."
-
"Thanks" Littlefoot said and glanced over at the eggs "I can't believe you didn't wake me!".
"Why? Too watch you faint again?"she stood up and walked out of the cave turning her head I"m going to get a drink" she said walking forwaed.
"I'll come with you!" Littlefoot walked after her forgetting the eggs already,.
-
Bron walked back to the tree raising up on their hind feet and smashing against it knocking a large enough pile to feed Nahla..he hoped...
-
OOC: And worst-father-award goes to Littlefoot!
His grandparents rolled their eyes. "Take the nearest pool, Nahla, and then it's straight back."
Meanwhile, at said nearest pool, a dinosaur was waiting. It was a being no one in the Valley had seen before: long claws, longer than a Fast Claw (OOC: Velociraptor) was long from tailtip to snout. Yet its' jaws were those of a Leafeater, lined with teeth unable to rip apart more than a leaf. And it was waiting for someone.
-
Nahla nudged Littlefoot back "You stay,I need some time by myself..." she didn't let Littlefoot answer before walking off.
Littlefoot sighed and went back into the cave laying next to the eggs "She's stressed..." he commented "All she had to see today like the fight with Zimba did not help in any form I guess"
Nahla walked with her head held down as she reached the pool, she had her gaze so fixed to the ground she did not see the other dinosaur. She instantly began lapping up the cool water.
-
Bron came back and dropped the large pile off not notcing Nahla wasn't even there "Is she happy NOW?!!" he asked before shaking his head "Why doesn't Littlefoot do this?"
-
"Because you were the one this time." Grandpa whacked him lightly.
A branch broke as he turned to look at the female that had arrived. Well, he could see the handiwork of his sister on her.
-
Nahla froze when she heard the branch snap, she slowly turned her head and nearly screamed at the sight of the other dinosaur, but instead she got into a defense position snarling thinking this..thing was here after her and her eggs.
-
Bron plopped to the ground and frowned seeing the pink female gone 'Where she go? Shouldn't she be watching her eggs?"
-
"Drinking." Grandma answered.
"Easy, child. I am not here for you." He raised his front-legs, which with his claws was more a threatening gesture than an appeasing one. And he knew it. "You met my sister, I believe?"
-
Nahla kept snarling feeling even more threatened ,even though she was worn out, sore with the clear sign she had laid eggs she was willing to fight. Since she had no idea what he was talking about she didn't answer.
-
"Right..." Bron said, looking around the cave 'Well today sure was eventful"
-
"Oh yes..."
"Black Sharptooth? Kicked you in the side and restored you to life?" He specified, walking up to her with surprising grace. "The one you heard when that old Longneck faced Zimba?"
-
Nahla's eyes rose in shock "How do you know about that?" she asked.
Littlefoot looked out the cave"She's taking a while...." he said in a worried tone.
-
Bron yawned and closed his eyes "I'm sure she's just fine"
-
OOC: Poor Bron, no one wants to talk to him xD
"She is my sister." He got closer. "Siblings ought to know what the other is doing. Besides, I can FEEL her on you. And that is a problem."
-
Nahla jerked her head higher "What do you mean?" she asked.
Littlefoot by now stood up and was pacing "She should of been back by now...." he wantef to go after her but he also wanted her to have some quiet time by herself. He was torn.
-
"Mama and Papa Longneck, get your grandson to chill out aye?" he chuckled putting on a lazy act just to annoy everyone for a bit of fun.
-
"Oh no, he is YOURS." Grandpa pointed out. "Good grief, whatever is the matter with you, Bron?"
"You ought to be dead. You ought not be here. He pointed at her. "The Balance must be kept, Child. Someone ought to have died that day. No one did. I must keep the balance."
-
Nahla starting panting in fear, she opened her mouth to scream for help, someone had to get her sway from this monster "HELP!" she screamed 'LITTLEFOOT HELP ME!".
Sadly,Nahla ventured further then Grandma told her too so Littlefoot did not hear.
-
"Missing my wife depression" Bron answered with his eyes closed.
-
They said nothing at that.
"I doubt that'll work. Only you can see and hear me." He answered, approaching even more. "Besides, YOU are not under threat. I cannot interfere with my sibling's work. None of us can. It was a courtous warning. Do not return to your cave. You will not like the sight."
The sound of running was heard, despite no one being around to make it.
-
Nahla panted in fear, she shook her head and sprinted back to cave ignoring the warning.
-
If there was one thing that Supernatural beings had over normal beings, it was that time and space mattered not. He appeared in front of her, swinging his claws at her form.
Back at the cave, none of those present saw the Black Longneck manifest in the cave.
-
Nahla screamed in fear and she just managed to dodge, the claws missing her by inches. She tried to get passed the creature that just attacked her to get back to her family.
Littlefoot laid down with a sigh,he watched the eggs waiting for Nahla's return.
-
Grandpa looked at his wife "How do you think he is going to handle parenthood?" he chuckled nodding towards his grandson.
-
"Goodness..." She giggled. "Fainting a lot, if today is any precedence."
"Please. You will change nothing." He serenely told her, his voice reaching her ears despite everything. "Not now, not here. Death cannot be dealt blindly. Other things however can. Do not try to stop them. Nothing can save them."
-
Nahla snarled and shoved past him trying to get there before something happened.
Littlefoot raised his head "I heard that!"
-
Grandpa just burst into laughter at that "You were supposed too"
Bron just chuckled shaking his head..what are family this was....
-
"I tried..." He shrugged and faded away.
Grandma laughed as well, never feeling the other Longneck close in on her. In the distance he could see Nahla approach.
-
Nahla spotted the cave-just a few more feet and she'll be back, safe with her family.
-
Grandpa raised his head "Ah here she comes" he chuckled,he also not feeling that there was something else with them.
-
"She seems to be in an awful hurry." Grandma realized, stepping forward to the cave-opening.
As they all were watching Nahla approach, the eggs turned pitch-black. Any who could see the Supernatural beings would see a Black Sharptooth, her foot where the eggs were. She nodded at the black Longneck. The time had come.
-
Nahla arrived panting heavily "S-s-some weird guy...attacked and he-" her gaze went to the eggs and she saw the sharptooth "NO!" she screamed charging forward "GET AWAY FROM THEM GET AWAY!" she yelled at the top of her lungs.
Littlefoot turned to his Grandma "Um....is that MEANT to happen to mothers?" he asked not looking at the eggs to see the fact they were black.
-
Bron frowned and did a circle motion with his tail by his head as if saying 'boy she crazy'
-
The Black Sharptooth did not react in any way to the charging Longneck-female. The black Longneck however... his tail swung outward, catching Grandma against her neck. For a brief moment her eyes widened, then she collapsed.
-
"GRANDMA!!" Littlefoot rushed to her side.
Nahla lowered her her ready to ram this sharptooth "YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR COMING NEAR HERE! "
-
"Dear!" Grandpa cried rushing over,Bron quickly following him.
-
The Black Sharptooth still ignored her, looking at the downed female. The Black Longneck stepped back a bit as everyone seemed to cluster around her. Neither spoke.
-
Nahla got ready for impact and was shocked when she went right through and crashed into the rear of the cave wall.
-
"Dear?" Grandpa question nudging his wife "You alright? Dear?"
-
"Thou canst not touch me, child." She finally spoke, her voice echoing in the cave, clearly heard by all. "Heed my words: thou hadst gained a second chance of life, Nahla, daughter of Hades. But I worked against the order of all things. And so thou must prove thy worth for this life."
-
Littlefoot jerked his head up at that voice "Nahla...who was that? Theres no one else here but our family and NONE of us sound or speak like that"
Nahla didn't answer him instead just stared at the sharptooth "You know my father?" Nahla asked "And what do you mean 'prove thy worth',I have no idea what you're talking about!"
-
Bron and Grandpa glanced at each other.
"Nahla?" Bron asked his daughter-in-law "Who is speaking? And how do they know you?
-
"I am Death. I doth claim those that finished their lives here." With sublime effort, she appeared on their plane, now visible to them. "Nahla and I met when she was dying. I restored her to life. As ought not have happened. And so Equilibrium must be honored."
-
Littlefoot's eyes rose in shock he pointed with Nahla with his tail "She is supposed to be...DEAD?!!"
"What do you mean prove thy worth?" Nahla repeated
-
Grandpa looked around at everyone confused "Why are you here?" in asked the sharptooth after a pause.
-
"Thy Granddaughter must prove to those above me that I didst not make a mistake with giving her life instead of laying claim to her soul as Zimba attacked her." The Sharptooth softly said, her unseeing white eyes flitting between the living Longnecks. "Doth she fail, both thy dear mate and thy greatgrandchildren will pay the price for this."
-
Nahla snarled "You will not touch anyone"
-
Grandpa narrowed his eyes "And what does Nahla have to do anyway?"
-
"I need not touch to do harm, child." The Sharptooth snarled, the air around her growing oppressive. "Go to the Valley that was once thy home. There thou willth find a stone that speaks in thy mind as thou touches it. Bear it hither. But take heed: only thou mayest carry it and thou best hurries. Thy children can endure long in the state I put them in, but thy grandmother canst not."
She disappeared, leaving them alone.
OOC: hey look, you guys can keep going on without me now ^-^ Well, at least until you get to said stone :p
-
Nahla broke down in tears, why was this happening?
Littlefoto came and wrapped his neck around her "We have to go after that stone" he said softly "For Grandpa, for dad,for Grandma but most of all for our children Nahla"
Nahla turned her tear stained face to the black eggs and nodded "You're right...we got to do it...."
-
"I'll come with you's" Bron offered,he raised his tail before they could protest "I'm coming,it always good to have extra back up"
"I'll stay here" Grandpa said "Someone has to" he looked down at his mate and sighed "You's must leave now, before time is out".
-
"Come on" Nahla said walking out of the cave "Hunter Valley isn't that far,but we'll have to walk all night".
"Great" Littlefoot yawned but followed willingly as Nahla lead the two males out of the safety of The Great Valley and ventured out into the Mysterious Beyond.
-
The trio walked on as night fell upon them. Bron was worn out and eyes were droopy but Nahla pressed them on,he looked up and saw tall mountain like place in the distant,it seemed like a valley. He put on a burst of speed and passed Nahla looking ahead. He looked behind him and saw both his son and daughter in law looking both ready to collapse. This must not be good for Nahla who was still recovering from laying the eggs.
-
Nahla wanted sleep, she wanted to just sleep. She wishes she could and when she woke up this would all have been an awful nightmare. However this was no nightmare. It was very very real she knew that.
*While later*
The two males and the female now stood outside Hunter Valley as the bright circle rose up behind them,Littlefoot look around there was no life in the place "Gee,Zimba burnt it down alright" he commented stepping in "Now where is this stone?"
Nahla looked around "Not sure what it even looks like" she scanned the stones looking for anything that seemed out of place.
"What about this one?" Littlefoot's voice broke through the air,Nahla rushed over to see what he found. Littlefoot was looking down at very strange stone..it seemed...very out of place..like it didn't belong...on this earth.
-
Bron joined them "Is that it?" he asked staring at the stone that had some kind of weird symbols on it. He reached out with his tail to touch it but jerked but when he remembered only Nahla was supposed to. "So...all you gotta do is....pick it up I guess" he said to Nahla with a yawn "Then,we can all get some...sleep"
-
"I guess' Nahla said taking a deep breath and looked at her mate.
Littlefoot nodded "We got to do it Nahla" he whispered.
"Ok....here I go..." Nahla took another deep breath wondering what kind of things would happen and grasped her mouth over the stone before completely picking it up..this better be the right one.
OOC: We figured writing about looking for a rock would be boring so we just summed it up.
-
"YOU LEFT US!" The voice of Nahla's mother echoed in her skull the moment the stone was free from the ground. "You betrayed us! Abandoned us! How dare you call yourself a dinosaur. YOU ARE A MONSTER!"
"Traitor! Abomination!" The voice of her father drowned out all others. "May you be damned! You do not deserve life!"
Watching this unfold, was a black Fast Biter, eyes faintly glowing in the shadow of the tree he was under.
-
Nahla dropped the stone with a shriek of fear. She stared down at it breathing heavily.
"What happened?" Littlefoot asked her concerned.
-
Bron walked up beside the female "You look like you just saw a ghost, did something happen?"
-
The stone pulsed briefly with a faint shimmer, then fell silent. No voices were heard.
And the Fast Biter crept closer.
-
"I'm fine..." Nahla said "Just go to sleep now" she glared at Littlefoor "You too please, this is something I must deal with alone"
Littlefoot was concerned but nodded walking off a fair bit away before collapsing asleep, his tiredness overcoming his concern right now.
-
Bron followed his sons lead and plopped down instantly asleep, leaving Nahla alone.
-
The stone remained where it was, doing nothing.
The Fast Biter now passed the two sleeping Longnecks.
-
Nahla thought if she could smash it...all this weridness will stop...bad move. Forgetting what happened a few minutes ago and grabbed the stone in her mouth.
-
"Why do you let me suffer?" Grandma's voice demanded of her. "What did I ever do to you to deserve this? TRAITOR! I ought to have stopped Littlefoot from ever getting together with you! You should have DIED that day! Why do you turn my kindness against me?"
-
"SHUT UP EVERYBODY SHUT UP!" she screamed trying to make it stop, she glancing around the area looking for something she can smash this stone against.
-
"See, I TOLD you you were pathetic?" Zimba sneered. "You bring doom over everyone you meet. First your parents - did I ever tell you I burned their home down as well? - then this old hag and your little, brittle brats..."
The Fast Biter stood beside Nahla now, looking up at her.
-
"I'M NOT PATHETIC!" Nahla screamed, she wanted too but it was like she could not drop the stone like she was being forced to hold it. She turned her head to the fastbiter, she whipped her tail in warning for it to back off.
-
"Mother, why do you hurt us so?" The voices of little ones now took the upper hand. "Do you not love us? Why did you bear us into this world and torture us? We hate you! We hate you!<span style='font-size:21pt;line-height:100%'>We hate you! WE HATE YOU!"</span>
The Fast Biter gave her no heed, instead looking at the stone she held.
-
Nahla tossed her head side to side really wanting to let go of this stone but she couldn't...she couldn't....
-
"It is the price of Madness, Child. You cannot get rid of it that easily." The Fast Biter spoke and as she did, for a brief moment the voices fell silent. "Bear the madness of this stone. Or have the accusations become truth. Your choice. But if you let go now, you will never be able to pick it up. And then they WILL die. Well, not Zimba, but the others. Your parents, your children, the grandmother of your mate... They will die if you fail."
-
"Why you freaks doing this to me?!!" Nahla demanded "What did I do thats so wrong?"
-
"You live." She answered, before disappearing.
Immediately the voices returned, booming in her skull.
-
Nahla closed her eyes and whipped around "Littlefoot...he'll help me fix this,he loves me..."
-
OOC: I ran out of things to scream at Nahla, imagine that is happening the entire time now, plz XD
All across the world, several Supernaturals were standing guard. One at the entrance to the remnants of Hunter Valley, another in a cave in the Great Valley and again another in a small forest near the Big Water.
-
Nahla skidded to a stop "Alright you freeeaks, show yourselves. Oh thats right, you're all pathetic, did you hear me?!! PATHETIC!!!!"
-
There was no indication that ANYONE had heard her. The Voices continued undisturbed, growing more vocal and louder by the minute.
-
"DO YOU'S WANT ME TO DIE?!!" Nahla screamed to the voices "Is THAT what you's want?!!"
-
The voices themself still did not react. Didn't have ears after all... but another voice spoke up:
""No, <span style='font-family:Times'>You <span style='font-family:Courier'>Must<span style='font-family:Impact'> prove<span style='font-family:Geneva'>your <span style='font-family:Optima'>right <span style='font-family:Arial'> to<span style='font-family:Times'> live <span style='font-family:Courier'>or <span style='font-family:Impact'>they <span style='font-family:Geneva'>will <span style='font-family:Optima'>all<span style='font-family:Arial'>DIE!"</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span>
-
"Well tell me HOW you idiot" Nahla snarled"I can't do what you want if I don't know what it is"
-
The voice did not answer. It's intend had been made clear by the Black Sharptooth. It would not waste words on something it was hardly interested in. If she failed, so be it. It would not matter in the long run... or even the short one.
-
Nahla walked back to Littlefoot and Bron, she leaned downand nuzzled Littlefoot "Littlefoot I'm sorry, but this is one thing you can't me with..please do not worry"she raised her head and began to walk to the exit of the valley.
-
The voices cried. And a Longneck watched.
-
Nahla spotted the exit and starting sprinting towards it,she had to get going before Littlefoot came after her.
-
The Black Longneck descended, approaching the two on the ground.
-
Littlefoto yawned and awoke,he shook his head trying to wake himself up more. He stood up and looked around,he saw his dad...but where was Nahla?.
Nahla left the valley and kept running, she had no idea what to do or where to go but she guessed she'll just know when she sees it.
-
"She is gone." The black Longneck said and spoke no more. It was not his duty to be errand-boy for his sister's mess-ups.
-
"Where is she?" Littlefoot demanded "TELL ME! All you're afre doing is causing her stress and suffering! Just LEAVE HER ALONE! anger burned in his eyes as she bought his tail against a nearby rock with a heavy whaack.
-
"She has left the Valley." He repeated, not at all impressed with the display of the other. "Did you honestly think she would bother to help? She is going away from the Great Valley. She has every intention to SLAY your grandmother. I guess Zimba DID get to her after all."
-
"Nahla will NEVER do that!"Littlefoot agrued "Nahla is far from evil! Shut up you have no idea what you're talking about-I'M pretty SURE,I know my OWN WIFE!" he stomped his foot.
-
Bron awoke with a yawn and saw his son looking very angry "Hey whats up?"
-
"If she wishes no harm, why is she taking your dear grandmother's salvation AWAY from her, mmmmh?" He countered serenely. "She follows my brother's path. She is dooming both her brood and her family."
-
"If Nahla really is some evil monster PROVE IT,show me PROOF!" his eyes were flaming with anger now.
-
"She has a headstart. Go to the Valley. See if she is there when you arrive. And then judge."
-
Littlefoot took off back to the Great Valley, not believing it.
-
"LITTLEFOTO COME BACK!" Bron chased after him.
-
The Black Longneck watched them go.
-
Nahla felt like she could no on no longer, she had not one bit of sleep in two days, but she could not rest she HAD to save them. Even though she was sure they hated her guts now,she was willing to do anything even if it cost her her own life..
*Hours later*
Littlefoot arrived in the valley "NAHLA!" he called,he checked everywhere. The cave, the pool, the flower field Nahla loved so much..she wasn't anywhere. He walked back to the cave not believing this, his heart sank when he saw his grandmother and the eggs he had with the female he thought loved him and his family.
-
Grandpa raised his head as he saw his Grandson "So..where is she? And when is she going to do something about THIS?!!" he nodded towards Grandma,
-
Grandma was breathing heavily, her life drawing to a close.
A Black Sharptooth loomed over her, unseen by all.
-
"I wish she never lived that day..." Littlefoot said darkly "I wish she died...it cause of her this happened...I hate her..."
-
Was that guilt she felt? It was alien to her...
-
Bron entered the cave whacking his tail against the wall "Can't we just let them take HER? After all she has done...this whole time...it was scam..I live to regret the day that pink monster came here"
Grandpa just kept his head near Grandma's,tears falling.
-
Littlefoot threw himself to the ground yelling "I SWEAR IF I EVER SEE THAT....THAT UGH"
-
"Why did that 'Death' have to save her that day..." Bron wondered "It would all of been solved before it happened if she died like she was meant to..."
-
"Wouldst thou have said the same had I done so? Wouldst thou have cheered me on had I claimed her soul back then?" Said Supernatural demanded of them, manifesting with blazing eyes. "Non may jugde who lives and who perishes."
-
"After what she has done? She deserves death" Littlefoot shot back "Take Nahla, leave my children and Grandmother alone"
-
Bron didn't say anything but nodded his head in agreement.
-
"TRAITOR!" She roared in anger, the rock crumbling around her. "Hast thou no shame? Doth thou truly believe she would abandon thee and thyne? Thou callst thyself her mate, yet where werth thou when she needed thee? The stone she bears holds their souls. Yet the need to save her parents wars with her need to save thyne. Thou ought to have been there for her, yet thou abandoned her readily at the words of one who brings - who IS - Suffering. Thou art a FOOL."
-
A snarl formed on Littlefoot's face "SHUT UP!"
-
Grandpa took a shaky breath "Littlefoot...you have been acting like a fool"
-
"Hail the one who can think." Had her arms been longer, she might have hurled them upwards in exasperation. "Well, what art thou going to do, Longneck? Thy mate is dying, thy grandmother is dying, thy children are dying. Willth thou not help them?"
-
"No" Littlefoot said standing up 'I won't" he walked out of the cave.
Naha gives up. She let herself drop to the ground but keeping the stone in her mouth. She lay in the middle of a desert, lost, scared,in pain and alone. "Littlefoot...forgive me' she whispered closing her eyes as she began sobbing loudly.
-
"Then heed me: thou betrayed thy own." The Sharptooth stated darkly. "What crimes were thy Grandmothers? What hast thy children done to thee? I am Death and as such, Punishment is not mine to give. But thou willth suffer for thy choice here and now."
A mighty heart stopped at the very same moment four frail ones faltered. The eggs grew cold and lifeless.
-
Nahla was weak..she wanted it to be over, she wanted release from this world, she dared not to drop the stone however. She had not one clue.
Littlefoot turned his head to see that, tears formed in his eyes and he sprinted off..he kileld them...he was the monster...
-
Grandpa went silent..she was gone..and as much as he hated to admit it..it was Littlefoot's-his own grandsons fault.
-
The Black Sharptooth faded from the Cave, only to reappear in front of the pink Longneck, towering over her weak form.
-
Nahla didn't care, she knew the sharptooth was there. She simply didn't care.
-
Bron shook his head and stood up also leaving, leaving Grandpa alone.
-
"So... Thou art giving up?" Said Sharptooth demanded. "I expected better of thee."
-
Nahla didn't move or make a sound, pretty much confirming she HAD given up.
Littlefoot walked through the valley looking for..who ever these black dinosaurs were "Hello!? I need to speak with you's"
-
Grandpa had broken down,he sobbed over his mates body, this should never of happened...
-
"So thou wouldst let thy children and parents perish?" The Sharptooth continued. "Pathetic... Hand me the stone then. Thou hast no more need for it."
-
Nahla dropepd the stone, and whispered "Can I die now....I've killed them....I can't live....knowing....I've killed them"
Littlefoot kept calling "Hello! Please!" he sighed and threw himself to the ground "I'm such an idiot....maybe MY death would make everyone happy..."he muttered "I mean Grandpa DID always say I was toruble as a kid...." he sighed realizing what he was feeling-pure guilt.
-
Bron was walking out the valley-he was leaving. The once very close bonded family...was now gone.
-
"There is still a chance." The Sharptooth soothed. 'They are not truly dead yet as I do not hold their souls yet. But thou must hurry. Ere all crumbles. Thy parents lay over yonder..."
-
"I don't understand' Nahla said "I'm not sure where I'm meant to take this thing, please help me"
-
Grandpa got up and walked over to the lifeless eggs,he stared down at teh young ones who never had a chance. He closed his eyes, what did his family do to deserve this?
-
"I told thee: bring it to the bodies of those that fell. It will return their souls. That is all I can aid thee with. Thou alone canst lift this stone." The Sharptooth turned away. "I ask of thee this: do not make me regret saving thee."
-
"I should of never went off my own..." Nahla whispered "I just didn't want to drag anyone into my mess" she sighed then a thought struck her "Wait..I save..all them of them? Grandma? The kids? ....my parents?"
-
Bron had now completely left the valley,he was going looking for Nahla...someone had to do something.
-
"If thou art fast enough."
-
Nahla stood up on shaky legs "How far to the Great Valley?" she asked softly.
-
Bron walked through the Mysterious Beyond "NAHLA!" he called "NAHLA!" he scanned the area but saw no sign.
-
"A day." She faded.
-
Nahla turned, with the stone lodged in her mouth she began sprinting. True she wouldn't be able to sprint the whole way but it'll cover some ground somewhat faster.
-
Bron gave up and started heading back home, she could be ANYWHERE he could be wandering around here for weeks and still never find her. Soon as he reached the Great Valley again he went to the cave and plopped down.
-
The stone had fallen silent, allowing Nahla to concentrate on what she needed to do.
-
*TIMESKIP*
Nahla now stood outside the valley, she had to travel all night and made it home sometime in the morning. With a sigh she began walking to the cave hoping this works.
-
Bron paced around the cave "She betrayed us! That good for nothing...I live regretting the day she and my son met!"
-
A group of Supernaturals was watching, doing nothing.
-
"I did not betray you's" a voice came as Nahla stepped into the cave she just managed to speak with the stone in her mouth, her gaze went over to Grandma and she stepped over to her. She looked down at the fallen from before lowering her head right next to her so the stone was connecting.
-
Bron and Grandpa turned their heads shocked to see Nahla actually returned.
-
OOC: And no on is like 'Nahla, GTFO you traitor-thing, Grandma's already dead?' xD
The Black forms appeared in the cave-opening, though none could see them. The Leaf-claw was also there, standing in front of the group.
-
Nahla kept holding the stone down not noticing Littlefoot arrived on the scene.
Littlefoto had came back-it was HIS cave after all, walking through the black forms he snarled when he saw Nahla. He stomped his foot and got ready to charge-the traitor dared to show her face after all she's done.
-
Grandpa rarely got angry, but now he was. His wifes pretty much killer dared to return. He stomped his foot but he did not charge instead he just walked up and place a foot on the females back "Listen,Nahla" he began saying "We don't like traitors here,so please-just leave or you'lll be facing death for murder"
-
"Sooo... We interfering?"
"No, this at least she has to do alone." He glared at the Sharptooth beside him.
-
Nahla pressed the stone harder, why wasn't anything happening?. She was in pain due to the weight on her spine.
Littlefoot charged crashing into her side knocking her to her knees. He frowned when he saw she didn't fight back or try and flee, she just stared down at Grandma holding the stone against her.
-
Bron joined in and wrapped his tail around Nahla's neck, not tight at all though it was just a warning to: GET OUT NOW.
-
"You are stopping me, aren't you?" Though phrased like it, it was no question.
-
Nahla whispered "Why isn't it working?" tears poured down her face..the ones she trusted were know trying to kill her and all she was doing was trying to save their family member.
-
Bron snarled "Ok then..." he made his grip tight around her neck, now he was serious.
Grandpa snarled but not releasing the weight he had on the females back if anything he pressed harder.
-
"At this rate I'll get eight souls." She darkly muttered. This was bloody pointless.
-
Littlefoot charged again this time sending her completely to the ground making her drop the stone. He stood over Nahla's weak and injured and raised his foot over her head "Well, looks like this 'Death' gets another soul in it's collection..." he muttered darkly.
-
Grandpa placed two feet on her back now, pressing down hard as he could. A snap of bones filled the air.
Bron sighed,he didn't want to take her life...but he had to..after what she had done.
-
"I feel like I have seen this somewhere before." She muttered.
-
"Goodbye" Littlefoot said brining his foot down crushing the females head, soon as that was done he walked away, though regret began to fill his heart.
-
Grandpa and Bron backed off in shock...they never thought Littlefoot of all dinosaurs..would commit murder.
-
"Uuuugh...." She groaned. "Is it just me, or is SOMEONE on a roll her?" She looked at her sister as she said this.
-
Littlefoot walked through the valley, whacking his tail on whatever he saw. He killed her...the one he loved..he killed her. Littlefoot stopped and lowered his head "I'd do anything to have them back...all of them...I''d do anything..."
-
Grandpa sighed and walked out of the cave of death. Heading away from Littlefoot.
Bron barged out of the cave to leave this valley, the family was now torn apart.
-
"Damn you, siblings of the dark." A female voice muttered. She was a black Flyer, twin to the red one. "I will see this restored!"
She glowed brighter than the sun, brighter than any light the Dinosaurs had ever seen. They appeared translucent, even their flesh no barrier against the power of this Supernatural.
-
Littlefoot looked up in shock but that did not last long as the light was burning his eyes...what in the name of shaprtooth dung was going on here?!!
-
The next thing the three Longneck-males knew, they were floating in unending light. They felt no ground beneath their feet, but they were not falling.
Above them towered a Black Flyer, in comparison being as big to them as Grandpa had been to Littlefoot so long ago. In her foot she held the black stone and her eyes were shining with even brighter, fiercer light.
-
"Woah!" Littlefoot screamed in shock..and just when he thought things could get any weirder..."Whats going on?!!" he asked himself.
-
Grandpa was shocked..what was happening? Why was he and his family the targets?
Bron was wishing this was all a dream...
-
"I am Passion. I am Desire. I am Needs. And you are to be judged."
The Flyer's form faded, leaving only the stone she had been holding.
-
"Judged?" Littlefoot asked "What does that-" he stopped when he realized the flyer wasn't even there anymore.
-
Grandpa closed his eyes "This is not giving me a good feeling..."
-
"I think you know. Slaying the one that tried to aid you. Attacking the one you vowed to protect. You are as much to blame for this as she is."
-
"She betrayed us!" Littlefoot shot back "She killed my Grandma and the hatchlings before they even had a chance!"
-
Bron snarled "So what is gonna happen to us then?"
-
"What happens to all Traitors."
-
"Which is?" Littlefoot questioned.
-
"We're not traitors" Grandpa said "I didn't kill her...I admit I did injure her but I didn't kill her..."
-
"Did you try to stop them? You are the same. And now, you will watch the end of your world."
-
"No,please we'll do anything!" begged Littlefoot "Please give us one more chance to make things right"
-
"Please" Grandpa added on to what Littlefoot said.
-
"Tis too late for that. Two is all one gets, if that."
The Light faded and they found themselves face to face with a Meteorite bigger than the Great Valley. And is was coming straight for them.
-
"NO PLEASE TAKE ME! LET THEM GO!" he said referring to his father and grandpa.
-
Bron and Grandpa just closed their eyes awaiting their end.
-
It passed straight through them, barrelling on unhindered.
-
Littlefoot watched it "Oh no..." he whispered when he saw it heading right towards the valley.
-
"This has GOT to be a bad dream" Bron muttered "This can't be REAL"
-
It was not. They lived just long enough to see the world become covered in flames ere a black Sharptooth rushed them, ending their suffering.
-
Littlefoot now found himself in a very strange place "Where am I?" he asked looking around..he was not on earth anymore thats for sure.
"Littlefoot?" a voice Littlefoot knew well called,His mother walked forward.
"Mother?" he whispered "Whats going on?"
"You're dead" the female answered "No one on earth survived"
-
Grandpa wandered around also trying to figure out where he was, last thing he remembered was seeing the world go up in flames..and he is here? Wait does that mean he was....dead? He looked into the distantance..was she here? Was his beloved mate here too?
-
Grandma was resting on the ground, her body surrounding a set of hatchlings.
-
Littlefoot nuzzled his mother "So everyone is here?"
His mother nodded "Yes,everyone is here. No more pain or suffering"
"So Nahla...?"
"She's around, come I've got someone you might wanna meet" the female nodded leading her son to her own mother and the hatchlings.
-
Grandpa wandered before seeing Grandma "Dear!" he cried rushing up to her. He leaned down and nuzzled her.
-
"Hello, my love." She greeted him with a smile. "It's kind of lovely here, isn't it?"
-
Littlefoot and his mother joined them "Do you think the little ones are ready to meet their father?" the female asked shocking Littlefoot.
"Little one?" he questioned.
-
Grandpa was also shocked "What little ones?" he asked before nuzzling his mate again.
-
"Which do you think?" She moved a bit, revealing the ones sleeping in her embrace. There were more than four.
-
Littlefoot stared down at them "Whose are they?"
-
Bron wandered around admiring everything,he had no idea where he was..but he loved it here.
-
Grandma chuckled with a serene expression on her face. "Well, these are yours. These are your mother's and the rest are mine."
-
Littlefoot smiled "They're all beautiful"
One of the hatchlings awoke, she was smaller then the rest. She stumbled over her sleeping siblings and and walked up to Littlefoot curious. She was a clear mix of Littlefoot and Nahla witn Littlefoot's brown body colouring but with Nahla's eyes and markings.
Littlefoot didn't catch that on though "Aww this one is cute"
-
Grandpa studied the little one "I can guess who that one belongs to" he chuckled.
-
"Oh yes. The trouble she got herself in is a clear indication for that as well." Grandma grinned.
-
Littlefoot nuzzled the hatchling smiling however he jerked his head up in shock when he heard his mothers next words
"Littlefoot...meet your daughter Nia"
-
"I was sooo expecting him to faint at that" Grandpa whispered to his mate chuckling.
-
"I guess there can be some miracles." She laughed, nudging the other three hatchlings that were Littlefoot's.
-
The tree others awoke and looked up at Grandma tilting their heads.
One was dark grey male-looking exactly like his great-grandfather expect with his mothers blue eyes.
The second was a female who was pretty much her mother expect with her fathers underbelly and matching rims around her eyes.
And the last was another male-his father all over again expect he got the stripe of his grandmother however his was a dark brown. He got his fathers eyes.
They all looked up at their Great-grandmother as if asking what she wanted.
-
Bron watched from a few feet away not sure if he was invited over.
-
"Go meet with your father." She nudged them into Littlefoot's direction. "Now to see if I can get your aunts and uncles to wake."
-
Littlefoot was shocked when hatchlings jumped on him "Woah!" he exclaimed but nuzzled his sons and daughters when something made him feel like looking up. He gasped when he saw a pink form watching him.
Nahla stared at him a very hurt and betrayed look on her face but she turned and walked off.
"Nahla?" Littlefoot called softly.
-
Grandpa looked to where Littlefoot was staring to see Nahla's tail vanished he too felt guilty about the pain he made her go through before she finally died.
-
"She was quite hurt when she got here." Grandma followed their line of sight. "I think someone needs to go apologize."
-
"I doubt she wants to see me..I mean I killed her..." Littlefoot said sadly "But I go to try...."
His mother nudged him "Go,she still loves you..she told us"
Littlefoot nodded "Right" he only took one step forward before the hatchlings swarmed on him trying to get their father to stay still and play with them.
-
Grandpa chuckled "Krama,Littlefoot karma"
-
"Kids, go play with your grandfather." Grandma told them, pointing at Bron.
-
The hatchlings turned and at once began charging towards Bron.
Littlefoot chuckled "I'll be back" he took off looking for Nahla.
-
"Oh no.,," Bron muttred "No no no no no no no' he backed up but the hatchlings jumped onto his lega anyway.
The two males tugged at his tail while the girls thought it was fun to beat him on the legs.
-
"Play, not murder!" Grandma admonished them.
-
Bron looked over to his mate and parents in law "Help me!" he begged.
-
The hatchling squealed with laughter, they were having a blast.
"Nahla?" Littlefoot called as he walked up to her "Nahla..I'm sorry I hurt you..."
"You KILLED me!" Nahla said.
"I know...I'm so sorry,I guess that Suffering guy messed my mind though I guess I'm the fool for believing him" he wrapped his neck around her
-
"Oh heck no, don't blame this on ME!" A black Longneck complained.
"Not a chance." Grandma smiled. "You have so much catching up to do."
-
Bron grabbed the hatchlings by the tails and walked over to the rest of his family with him "Wanna help?" he asked his mate after placing them down. The hatchlings instantly scattered.
-
"Nope" the female grinned.
Nahla turned her head to face Littlefoot before kissing him on the face "I forgive you...I never stopped loving you even though you hated me my heart remained set..."
Littlefoot didn't let her finish before pulling her into a kiss,it was back to how it should of been.
-
"I'm gonna puke..." He muttered, walking away.
-
Grandpa chuckled "Now he knows how we felt about Littlefoot all these years"
-
Littlefoot pulled back "I met the kids" he whispered "They are beautiful Nahla".
Nahla smiled rubbing her head against him "Lets go back and spend some time with our children"
Littlefoot smiled and lead the way, they quickly rejoined the rest of the family.
-
In the distance, Black and Red forms watched them, each with blank eyes.
-
Bron looked up at Littlefoot and Nahla "Great, you's atre back. Have fun with your kids"
-
Littlefoot and Nahla didn't seem to notice, they were too busy hugging and giving each other kissy kisses.
"If I could of saw this when we were all actually alive" Littlefoot's Mother said before chuckling.
-
"No need to point THAT out." Grandma rolled her eyes.
-
"Somebody save me from these creatures" Bron complained as the hatchlings ran around and jumped on his legs.
-
"No you got hmm..." she looked at her parents "How many years of child raising does he have to catch up on again?" she chuckled/
