New LBT Server User Interface!

Whew!  I've been working on this thing for weeks and I've finally got a BETA out.  This is the look of the NEW and IMPROVED LBT Server:

New feature!  Now thumbnails of images are automatically generated and used in a thumbs view!  I have more work to do on this, but I can't do any more for now.  Please alert me to any problems you face.

Oops!  I've been informed of a major bug with the dropdown member tools.  I think it's fixed now though.  Sorry.  It just gets so crazy when you've been coding all day.
