I’ve seen it aired before on WGN (now News Nation). It’s a really underrated DreamWorks film where somehow the movie is better than the original comic.

That question I’m not sure about. In the Lucky episodes, there’s always a new villain so nothing repeats, but in the Miranda episodes, it’s mere similar to how Rescue Rangers handles villains.

I believe the villain that appeared the most in the Miranda episodes was Al Vermin so I would say him, but I could be wrong.
