There are many ways you can get back onto a place that banns you, but since this board is a place that can ban you, I don't feel right telling you ways to circumvent IP blockers (Which GOF uses to make sure banned spammers don't just create a new account and start spamming again). I don't think the admins here would be too happy about me telling you how to get passed that kind of system.
Besides, I don't even know why you were banned.

If you want information about circumventing IP blockers, you'll have to get that information someplace other than a board which employs the same kind of system you want to get passed.

It doesn't matter what email address you use right now. You can't get back on because your IP is blocked. If you find a way to circumvent the IP blocker, you'll also have to also use a different email address.
