Random Role Play / Buried Secrets

Kate's face fell "You're...not residents?" she took a step back and glanced around the area "Can't same I blame you for not living here, but this place isn't exactly the ideal holiday spot either."
"I stumbled upon this place..I got a little lost and came here..but now I'm even more lost then I was." she pulled out her phone as she spoke only to met by the low beeping of a dead battery "Rats." she shoved the phone back into her pocket "Blasted phones, never work when you really need them."
Turning back to the people in front of her she nodded "Maybe there is a sign of something, if we have a name for this place we might be able to place ourselves better...and hopefully get back to civilization and try and forget this whole ordeal ever happened."
She turned her head to look behind her twisting her hair with her finger "Maybe we could try going more towards the village center?"

"Meanwhile, we must make sure all our entrances are guarded, even at night....especially at night. Keep all children in sight, please make sure any sights of a sharptooth is instantly reported even if you don't feel it'll come in here."
Grandpa's attention turned to Guido when he heard him speak, lowering his massive head to his level he spoke "Are you sure? We have no idea what else could be waiting out there, but if you insist , anything you can find out about what has happened would help, wherever it be good or bad."

Where we last left off the characters were split into two groups.
Lily found a guest book from the inn and was trying to show the others with her.
Those not in that group were just getting ready to look through the village trying to figure out where they are.
My character Kate just ran into Hanna and L.J. and I believe the others are with either with Lily or on their own.
I know Nahla left messages in a Skype chat for the RP, but I think she deleted that group chat. It's vanished and I can't find it anymore...why she did that....no clue but I'm guessing she had her reasons.
Last thing I remember her saying is just to have the characters try and find a place to shelter for the night and something about trying to find some food.
Unless she changed her mind as that was months ago, I guess we just do that unless she comes and says otherwise.

I doubt there will be another TV series.
As the last one was a flop and a failure on the ratings, the movies are much much more successful. So if the producers of LBT have to choose between another TV series or another movie. Most likely they'll choose the movie, it'll be more profitable from DVD sales and the likes.
Yeah, the TV series was a total failure, thats why it was canceled so early.

General Land Before Time / What was Mo doing in the Great Valley in 12?

I don't recall seeing Mo in movie 12..then again it's been years since I touched that movie.
I do know he appeared very briefly in movie 10 during a song..
"Maybe he'll cross the big big water, where it's hot or even hotter"
During that line, Mo does appear on the screen while Littlefoot is randomly floating on a log in the ocean, he is not actually in the movie as a character. After that 3 seconds he is not seen again.
Sorry if got the line wrong, I grew up with the Swedish versions of the movies and only seen the English version of the sequels a handful of times.
But do not recall seeing him in movie 12 at all.

LBT Fanfiction / The Heart Whispers

Pfft, I gave up on my fic after the first chapter-2 years ago 
I so should write a fic..you are all inspiring me.
Anyway, allow I to review though I don't much to add other then what I told you on Skype.
Poor, Littlefoot he really is struggling. Which we can all relate too. We all struggle as we grow older and face the reality of life.
I see Cera hasn't changed much, but that's a really good thing. You're trying to make the characters older and more mature but at the same time keep them in character.
I look forward to seeing the reaction to what Littlefoot tells them, and I hope they understand. I seriously feel for Littlefoot right now.
And that's what an author should do, they should allow it so the reader really can feel for the characters and understand their struggles. You really have come a long way, you really are becoming more confident, planning things out better putting more details into everything even small things such as the wind, how the snow falls. It's really really good.
I've seen some of your first works, and not just counting fanfiction. I can barely believe it's the same person. How in the world did you improve so fast? I do not understand..tell me so I can do that too.
I really look forward to seeing this story develop, just don't rush through the story.

Grandpa took a deep breath "We must act reasonably." though he too was in mourning over the children he knew better to the react with emotion "We really only need one way in and out of the valley, all those extras are just asking for trouble and unwanted vistors. Maybe it's best if we blocked those off for good. They are rarely used anyway expect in a fire, but that could be a problem if there is a fire and all but one exit is blocked off. Not all of us might not make it to that one exit."
"We've been betrayed and lives have been lost as a result, going after revenge won't bring our children back, all we can do is honor their memories and protect what we have left. We must keep our eyes open. We can't have a repeat of last night, we were attacked when we were unprepared and vulnerable. We can't risk that again."
"I know some of you will want revenge on Chomper, but what will it solve?" Grandpa sighed heavily "I would do anything to have my grandson back, but going after revenge is not one of the options. And besides, sharpteeth have already long won for me. They took my daughter and now my grandson. I wouldn't waste my last breath on those creatures..and besides. We have no idea where they've gone, we can't risk our lives trying to track down a pack of sharpteeth."
He turned his attention to Mr Threehorn "Do you wish to say something, Threehorn?"

Ducky was finding it hard to believe, they had to leave? How could this happen?
It took her a few moments to register what Spike said to her, Spike can talk...he can talk. With a shaky breath she repeated the words to ensure herself "Petrie will be okay." she glanced sideways at the flyer, she did not want to think of the pain he was in or what he went through to get those wounds in the first place. She thought if Petrie wanted to tell them he would, in his own time.
At Chomper's words her head shot up "Y-y-y-our parents? But your parents are..big..and scary...why would they protect us? We are..." she was about to say leaf-eaters but with a look at all her friends she cut herself short "Oh yeah..we're not leaf eaters anymore, no no no but how will you explain who we are?" she fell silent after that, she wanted to run back into the valley and curl up at her mothers side, safe and warm.
Ducky glanced back at Chomper "What if your mummy and daddy get mad and try and hurt our families..I mean they did try and hurt you so won't they be mad?" a sinking feeling filled her stomach at the thought of her mother of siblings being hurt or even killed because of her. Looking interesting there,Nahla.
Littlefoot does to seem to be maturing more then the one we know from the movies. Becoming more serious about things like family and a future for himself instead of running around without a care in the world.
I actually like how you don't have it a love story right off the bat,I think you planned it good there. I honestly hate when the characters fall in love in the first chapter,the way you have it they haven't seen each other in years and I look forward to see how they meet each other again.
This was a pretty sweet beginning,just some family time. Seems both Grandma and Littlefoot are worried about the bonded family breaking apart one day when Littlefoot would be ready to set off on his own,I wonder what you'll make happen to them as the story goes on,but what I can see so far..this is going to be pretty interesting.

Congrats on having the courage to do this,I understand speaking is difficult for some people.
Something like this could be considered the first step of getting over shyness.
You were a bit hard to hear at times,but that could of been just the fault of the quality. As Nahla sent me this a as a file,and just the file played in a media player sounds way clearer then it does on the website she posted it.
So could of be the website quality..or maybe just something I noticed.
Nice for you to do this for the Holidays,I already knew who you were but now others do who you are.
And that part about bullying and not letting it affect you-I clap for that. You hit it right on the head with how some people just allow themself to be the victim.

Ducky gave Pertie a small smile,"We just want to make you better,the more you move around and the longer time you make us take the more it will hurt"
She edged closer to the flyer "Trust us,Petrie you know we'll never hurt you on purpose,nope nope nope-you'll get through this..you just need to trust us,we may be sharpteeth on the outside-but on the inside we are still your friends,Momma always said sometimes things must hurt before they get better"
