Took me a few days to work up to nerve to post this to see if there may be any interest in an rp on perhaps earth with the more regular power rangers, based on the version from the various tv seasons seen.

I was just talking to Aves a short time ago and he wanted me to tell you folks he misses  being on here and things are going ok.  He's still working on his projects and has some possibilities he is looking into.  He says his laptop for some reason can't get online, but he can using his parent's computer but dislikes doing so.  Sort of a mixed blessing since it gives him more time for his projects.   He said he'd be on here as soon as he could and just wanted you folks to know that.   He is looking into getting work also, which I would guess would let him move out at some point.   I'm sure everyone here wishes him the best.

This is a show from the 83-84 that around late 88 was translated for pure comedy as a sort of parody I think the term is.  It is from an earlier version of the super sentai series that in the 90's the power rangers came from.  Though like I said the dubbing is done for pure comedy.  

One example of some dialog from the pilot which I will likely get wrong since I've not seen it in about 20 years, to give you an idea of what the show is like:

? voice speaking: "and since girls like pink."

young woman : "I hate pink."

? voice : "You will be dyna pink."

I was able to find only 1 episode on youtube.  They didn't redub the whole series, only around 8 episodes I think.

Just wondering if anyone had an interest in running one based on Dinotopia.  And what sorts of changes, if any, some may think is needed or suggested.  What time period is best to set it?  Also if some thing altered or tweaked versions of LBT oc or fc should be allowed, ect.

I was wondering if some have various favorite anime and may enjoy talking a bit about their various favorites or just some you've seen.  While, hopefully, avoiding wither dubbed or subtitled is better, that many anime fans seem to argue about.

I've seen some various types such as:

Akira,
Casshan the Robot Hunter
Gunsmith Cats
Record or Lodoss War (seen some of both but not all of either)
Rune Soldier
Spirited Away
Starblazers (not seen all of the series yet) + movie version
Vampire Hunter D + Bloodlust

And some others.  Didnt' want the list to be to long.  May add some later.

Not sure if this is the correct place for it, or it it would be allowed.  I thought some may have fun with a speculation on what things may be like with various characters, condition in the Great Valley, ect if they did, which I'm sure will never occur, a spin off.  The what if is what if they did one where the group are either in their teens, or young adults.  Just thought some folks may have fun talking about various possibilities, since the LBT characters will likely never age.  If someone wants to take it further and say put it farther in the possible future that can be fun also.
