Starfox: (Title to decide) RP

So, what do you think? Join the challenge by piloting your own ship? With your own character? With your own team, squadron?

Its an idea I got from other forums. Each member creates a character to RP in the Universe of Lylat, without necessarily using its characters.

As you know, and you don't need to know much about Starfox to know this, the series has the funny habit of making characters animals. However, you're not stricted to animals, (although no humans) and you can create other species (such as they created the Anglars, Aparoids, etc..)
So, you can pretty much imagine what might come out.

The storyline is yet to be defined, so, for now, give your randomness your best shot.

Name: Adrian Starr
Nicknames: Crimson Angel (To enemies), Starheart (Callsign)
Age: 19
Species: Vuulpine

History: Born on the rough streets of Corneria, Adrian found refuge with a gang led by Falco Lombardi at a yound age. Soon after Falco left to join the academy, Adrian and the gang were forced onto a Cornerian military base when Andross attacked. Once there, Adrian climbed into a hole in a wall, only to find that it was the cockpit of the army's newest humanoid weapon. Feeling there was little choice left, Adrian piloted it, successfully destroying several enemy units. He received a chance to go to the academy, and graduated three years later, one of the youngest graduates in history. He received a cruiser, which he christened the White Fang, and a crew, and set off to defend order in the Lylat System...

Description: Adrian stands about six feet tall, with a thin, emaciated form. His fur is dominantly black, save for firey red patches on his hands and around his eyes and back. He favors wearing a black denim coat with a fake fur inside, as well as a black net shirt and black jeans. Not much of one for decorum, he rarely wears his military uniform save for formal occasions. Personality wise, he is a wisecracking, laid-back young tough with a heart of gold, and a soft spot for Krystal.

Craft: ARX-715 "Seraph"
A blood-red humanoid mobile frame, with superior maneuverability and speed. The humanoid build also affords superior flexibility, as the unit can be equipped with weapons as the need arises.
Armarments:
2x Integrated beam gatlings (Forearms)
2x Integrated vulcan cannons (Head)
1x Beam Custom Saber (Hip)--Essentially, a contained laser, Adrian modified the design to cycle the beam rapidly, creating the equivalent of a laser chainsaw. --OPT

1 or 2x Rapid-fire beam rifles (Hand)--OPT
1x Hi-Mega Launcher (Hand)--OPT

History: Will entered the Flight Academy at a very young age, planning to win over the lost years in Cornerian High Schools. He left his home to study at the academy, where he still has piloting classes. Will lost his mother very early as well, and never speaks about it, and left his father because of his criminal attitude. Also, Will dreams of making up his own team, but can't since his studies don't allow him. Things might be about to change... (More to tell)

Description (Physical and Psychological): Will's fur is white on the facial markings and tail tip, being black on most of the other parts of his body, and is commonly seen wearing a black pilot jacket and sunglasses. Bright blue eyes. He is well-natured, and doesn't lose his calm very easily, although he may get twisted off sometimes when certain aspects about him are mentioned. He normally assumes a humourous character that can alternate between seriousness and playfulness.

Craft: Airwing Fighter - A variation of the popular Starfox Team Arwing, the Airwing features faster engines and instant double plasma cannons. Its hull can support up to two bombs, however. The craft was made by his mother, who was a great pilot in the Academy.

Planet of Origin: Corneria.

Other Details: Likes cold temperatures in opposition to the warm climate of Corneria.

History: As his family had served in the wars beforehand, Joven wanted to continue his heritage by joining the Flight Academy. His skills has quickly brought him to the lead of the pack, so now as he prepares for battle, very high expectations weigh on his shoulders...

Description: 6', lightweight build, long black fur w/ white over muzzle, paws, underside, & tail, brown eyes, standard Cornerian flight jacket, steel blue sunglasses. Although very inquisitive and confident in his abilities, he can be overly serious about anything and perhaps a little self-centered. But he knows very well with the importance of teamwork and will allow help if he needs it.

Description (Physical and Psychological): Mostly gray fur, aside from his tail and muzzle which are white as snow. He likes to wear his fathers shades that were passed down to him almost every waking hour. He's been known to be kind, compassionate, but cocky arrogant and easily angered when a mission doesn't go his way. He is fairly thin, but by no means weak...he can hold his own in a fight.

I've been thinking... how about the menace not being someone, but something? Instead of being someone, which would require for someone to act the antagonist role, we make it just a big thing that poses a big menace. Then, in the way, there might be some guys with evil intentions, but not the main.

That's a pretty good call! I like the idea. But now the question begs...what kind of big thing are we talking about? An invasion? A Galactic Civil war?

That'd be a good idea. An invasion would be easier to RP, much more than a war because it would be much more of a frenzy. And an invasion would give the teams a reason to travel.

Ok, so, we've got to get this moving! We'll be needing someone to get to RP the enemy. Maybe two. I'll put myself to it and I'll do one of them, but we'll still need more. Then, the only thing left to do is to get the invasion planned.

Also, the team's name is set, I suppose? It's Green Squadron, correct?

We could also make something like an organization using these characters. I'm trying to make a character to use as one of the commanders, but, will see.

So, about the invasion. Corneria's been struck, so that would mean a few barriers - such as the outposts in nearby planets - have been breached. This would also mean that those planets have been taken. Also, one of the characters mentioned activities in one of the nebula's, so I think one of the headquarters for that organization I said could be hidden inside.

Right now, Corneria is under attack, so probably we'll be having a swarm of low strength fighters coming in.
