   To Hunter:
      You are my first, my last, my everything.

         You are my sun, you are my moon
         You are my rhythm, you are my tune
         You are my light in Darkest hour,
         You are my rare and radiant flower.

      You are my first, my last, my everything.
         
         To you, my love, my heart belongs,
         To you alone, my chosen bonds.

      You are my first, my last, and my everything.

Pretty poem
It can certainly be recited nicely.
The reference to the adored being as "chosen bond" may sound a bit resigned or fatalistic if compared to the other lines.
