Yes.

I think EVERY language in the world is hard to learn, actually... :/
I learned two foreign languages, and I have had enough. They simply couldn't make a language without hundred of weird rules and ambiguous situations, where 25% of cases are exceptions of mentioned rules. :/ My native language is the same.
