Yes.

The first was when the sharpteeth was attacking Littlefoot and his friends, and his dad was about to get killed by one in LBT10.

The second is when the earthquake is shaking the log in LBT13 and Littlefoot calls for his grandma.

The third is also in LBT13 when the sharpteeth are chasing Littlefoot, his friends and the yellow bellies up to the hanging rock.

Universal owns the rights to the movies. Fans just can't give the idea to another company, Universal has to do that. If anyone wanted to give the rights to the movies, it would have to be them. Not fans or other studios.
