As the topic states. If you wish for one of these RP's to be re-opened, then post your request here. You CAN NOT post anything outside this thread while in the Unfinished RP Forums! That includes in the RP's themselves angry.gif

If a rp is locked 'it is considered finished...ie there is no interest in restarting it..
