Hello.  I am very interested in finding the "if we hold on together" song with littlefoot and ducky.  Does anyone have it or know how I could get it?  I'v been searching for it on google for hours.

Actually it is Littlefoot and Ducky I think. Aria mentioned singing this song with Thomas Dekker who did Littlefoot.
