a golden scaled human size dragon (fairy dragon) female.
She met the Tourist during his trips to her world in the dragon empire or Ekar the 2nd. They became friends and she accepted his offer to travel with him, which she does, though she spends some time back home also.
Special abilities: unaging, as all of her species are. She can look human, or other appearances, though only really does this when she is with the tourist on his travels to worlds & universes not use to seeing a dragon. She can do magic, of the dragon & dragon fairy type, but isn't trained in combat, using magic more for the everyday utility type. Though she does know some combat useful spells as part of her regular training & some more stealthy ones also. Her everyday occupation back in her home world is mainly as a scholar with a side business in making enchanted items for everyday use, niknaks, handy items, and other such stuff. With some knowledge of alchemy. She is studying the deeper type of magic so she'll know the theory, physics, cosmology, mathematics, ect of magic, a far far more complicated way to study magic instead of spells with maybe a little theory but she'll be far more flexible and with far more flexible magic abilities, knowledge ect.
Usually wears a belt with bags of holding type of things, enchanted so only she can open them.

The Tourist
He's a male time lord usually wearing various clothing, which he changes from time to time. He is an agent of the PIA (parachronic intervention agency) which use to be the CIA back in the Dr's day, before they developed the tech to travel to other universes as easily as back and forth in time. He travels around doing missions, and between missions also. He has met many folks and made friends and acquaintances across many times and universes and planets. His tardis being of a modern type can travel back and forth in time, as well as sideways and slantways and is sentient but usually quiet.
During his studies in the Time Lord Academy he would up getting doctorates in various sciences, electronics and medicine. During his comparative medical and science classes he studied sciences and medicine across a number of universes & got degrees and medical doctorates across a number of different universe & times (though not required as part of his classes it did give him extra credit). Among the folks he studied under were Dr. Mcnider (the golden age Dr. Mid-nite) Joe Kido (the adult version of the season 1 character who was an adult and a doctor) Professor Moran (a sentient gorilla college professor who taught physics and a few other subjects who once he he became friends with and traveled with him once The Tourist graduated from the time lord academy until he (Moran) became a king. While studying in the Digital world he also made many digimon friends including Guilmon who traveled with him for a while. He also studied in other places across other universe including Vulcan science academy, Vulcan and Deltan medical schools, the imperial Medical & science academies on Korodos, (after he amassed a fortune using his tardis so he could pay his way in since he was not from the world and had no titles or anything there, and some other places.
He also picked up and carries various tiny and small gadgets and stuff from the past of earth and other worlds like a few lucifer matches, a 1917 cigarette lighter and the like. He was given his doctor's black bag (which is from the 1940's and the only 1 he has) by Dr. Mcnider since it used to his black bag when he use to practice medicine.
His longest and oldest friend is Odysseus which at his point of view he met during his first trip to Camelot. He met Sir Bedwyr and assisted him on one of his errantry quests. Sir Bedwyr knew him but he had not met Sir Bedwyr yet. He assumed he had met him somewhere in Sir Bedwyr and his own future at some point and gave it little thought. One of his next missions was to join Jason's Argonauts and to ensure he succeeded in his mission. Things went well and not to surprising, though exciting. The odd thing, to him, came when one of the Argonauts after the main famous mission was over introduced him to his children saw his eldest son Odysseus who looked exactly like a younger version of Sir Bedwyr. He was a bit surprised but hid it, not knowing how a human could live such a long time, put it off as an ancestor of his. During another mission or to later he ran across Odysseus again, who eventually after their having a few adventures together took The Tourist into his confidence about his curse.
On another trip he went to another world where Ekar the 2nd has an empire and helped him, the conclusion of an adventure there of which he was adopted to his family. He also has been studying a bit of dragon magic now and then. Ekar 2nd gave him some elixir to give to his traveling companions so they do not age while they travel with him, though he also drinks some himself so he doesn't age either. He is given a new amount when he visits again.
Has used the name Jason Laris. Jason is from his friend Jason and the Argonauts, and Laris is the last name of the Dragon Emperor Ekar the 2nd who adopted him into his family, so technically it is his legal last name. He also met Sara during this and they became friends. He told Ekar the truth of his nature and Ekar gave him some Elixir to share with his traveling companions so they do not age during their time traveling with him. He drinks this himself so he won't age, putting off his regenerations and extending his life thereby, though he's no immortal, just extending his already long lifespan & pretty much stops his aging.
He has also started to study the deeper magic like Sara has, and has her as one of his tutors, when he's away from being able to study at Korodos under one of the imperial wizard mage types who tutor the imperial family & their chosen friends. This was made possible since he was made possible with what the emperor had himself and some nagas perform some sort of ritual of which he the tourist does not remember since they blanked out his memory & kept him unconscious till the ritual was fully over a few months later, made more complicated since he was not a normal human, or other race but a time lord which complicated matters. They did this since till he can understand the ritual better since it could be dangerous to himself if he were to try to do bits of it.
His pockets are larger inside the outside. He carries many things in his pockets of various types form his travels that he has picked up, bought, been given, ect.

likely after the scooby gang broke up. She first met the Tourist and Odysseus while she was at a dig with one of of her Archaeologist uncles at a Greek, or near the Greek area, dig. He called in a person who was an expert in many ancient languages and some areas of history (Odysseus) When he showed up he brought along a friend of his (the tourist), also knowledgeable in languages, and certain spots in history, far more narrow, such as Jason and the Argonauts who called himself Jason Laris. Someone wanted the treasure for themselves and made the others seem it was undead to try to scare off the others. She not only found clues to solve this mystery, but also found some clues that lead her to the conclusion that these 2 were more then they seemed, including some equipment she saw them pull out of pockets, like Odysseus pulling out a sword from nowhere & his friend using feather shurikens (from Gatchman) and other things & clues. After the mystery was solved. At the conclusion she took him up on his offer to show her his tardis. She was unsure, but her uncle and Odysseus were old friends so she felt safe. She saw the inside of the tardis and when he explained what it was took him up on his offer of a spin around time for a bit. They traveled together for a bit. Taking the magic elixir so her aging was stopped while she traveled with him. Then she got homesick and went back home. He returned her 1 second after she left and left her a small communications device so he could contact her if she wished to travel again or if she needed help.
She next saw him a short time to a year or so later when she was on the set of one of Scooby Dee's movies being shot not to many hours drive from where she was visiting. During the investigation she was put into a trap and seeing no way out used her communications device. The Tourist and his then traveling companions, Odysseus & Sara (using an illusion or shapeshift to look human) came in answer to her call and they together got her out and solved the mystery. She travels with them from time to time. She was later given a digivice and acquired a digimon.
