Title: Go on, ask away!
Post by: lbt/cty_lover on August 12, 2009, 11:39:54 AM
Wow. I was going to suggest this concept, but I wasn't on GoF for a while, so I didn't, and I guess someone suggested this, and now these "Ask Me" threads have their own forum! So, ask away, people!

@LB&T: Yes. I am a fan. Live long and prosper.

@Adam: Okay, CTY is a camp I went to for four years (2005-2008) and I had an awesome time there. We have some great traditions, activities, dances, and a lot more. Also, CTY is an acronym; Center for Talented Youth.

When did you start becoming a LBT fan?

Very young. When I first watched the original LBT movie, around 5-6 ish.

Can my name be made into a chemisty composition as you've done yours? :p  I know its geeky but I thought I'd ask if it was possible.

Hmmm... Let me get my Chemistry textbook. Okay, I'm looking at the periodic table. "Adam," eh? Let's get started! Ad, Ad, Ad... Nope! Sorry. I guess I can't spell out your name with elements. I also checked "Petrie," but that was also not able to be spelled out in elements.

Where did you come up with your character name Siberys for the Darwin's Soldiers RP?

Just curious, where does the "OVER 9000!" thing came from? I'm guessing 300, but I could be wrong...>.>

To be honest, I kinda forgot. I haven't RPed in a while, so I forgot about my OC's to make room for new information, like how to determine partial derivatives.

How was your thanksgiving? :smile

Exceedingly normal. Usually I attend my family's Thanksgiving meal, but that day I was feeling a little under the weather. So, I stayed home that day. I also was coding, so I was in a happy place, but it was not out of the ordinary for me.

I shall answer that question now. I didn't see the word "name" when I originally responded to that question, so I gave an explanation on how I came up with that character. The name was from a Wikipedia article on a list of dragon names. That one sounded good for me, so I chose that name for Siberys.

As for Rat_Lady's question about the "OVER 9000" thing, that was from Dragonball Z. It has become a very common Internet joke now.

(Sidenote: this si the first post I have typed on two separate keyboards.)

Lol, LBT explained to me about the joke a LOOOOONG time ago, so you're kind of too late, but yeah, it is a very common internet joke. :p

Have you read Dracula and if so, what's your opinion about it?

I have not read it, but I've heard some good reviews about it. I feel that Dracula is the true vampire, and all other vampire stories are imitations of it.

Would you ever consider joining back into Darwin's Soldiers with your character Siberys? Several old users have returned recently, including f-22 and myself, and several NPCs have been brought back. It's like a reunion :D

Hi again.

I was wondering, if you don't want to join back into the Darwin's Soldiers RP, could you release your character Siberys into the public domain? That would allow us to introduce him back into the RP, because we're kinda leading up to a big finale and all of the characters from the last three RPs are going to be there. :)

Do you speak any other languages besides English?

And was math always a subject you really were interested in and/or good at?

If you can count math as a language, yes. I do speak another language. The language of MATH! Otherwise, no. At least, I can't speak any language fluently. I could speak French, given a dictionary in French.

And yes, math was a subject I was interested in and I was always good at it.
