Kansas City, huh?  I'll have to check it out when I'm over there next.  Probably around Christmas, in other words.  Sounds fun!

I've no plans to head to the heartland anytime soon.  Wouldn't surprise me there is a restaurant named after a dinosaur.

There's a place in Syracuse, NY called the Dinosaur Bar-B-Q.  The best kick-butt sauces and meats you could eat off a grill.  We often buy the sauces locally for meatballs.
