General Land Before Time / Do you think Littlefoot would fall victim to

I was wondering, you know how teens sometimes do stupid things because their friends, or those they think are their friends, urge them to or they think they'd like it and want to fit in? Do you think Littlefoot could fall prey to that or do you think he'd be strong enough to resist it? Also, supposing as he got older and around him, he was hit by the unpleasant things of the adult wood as he got older, like segregation for instance. Do you think he'd be one of those who stood up to it just as he does when he is younger or do you think he'll morph into a go along to get along type of character and lose part of what we love about him?
I mean, standing up to peer pressure can get you unpopular, but standing up to injustice in the actual adult realm where it might have the backing of "that's the way things have always been" with a hierarchy backing this injustice could get you punished or made an outcast by the powers that be for speaking out against it.
Could Littlefoot ever be tricked or made to feel, perhaps to want to fit in in more than his oddball gang, that he's "cool" and hence do some less than noble stuff, and perhaps snub his real friends, only to find out that his so-called friends weren't that great and to end up in some kind of trouble and learn a lesson from it?
I mean, I pretty much always followed the rules as a kid, though, due to peer pressure, I've done dumb stuff like prank phone calls and other things before, especially when I hit my preteens and stuff.
Then again, everyone Littlefoot has trusted has proven to be good in the end (I still believe that will hold true for you-know-who in the end too.) and those, like Pterano, that he has had misgivings about, have turned out to be trouble indeed. Could he be duped into, or perhaps foolishly overlook the flaws of someone in order to "fit in" and end up getting led into some bad situations because of it, or is he too noble, strong, and perfect for that?

The Time of Great Growing had begun. They had all had a growth spurt. Ducky was now getting to be taller than Petrie. Cera had her second horn coming in. Littlefoot had started to get a stripe on his head and his voice had deepened slightly as had Petrie's. Spike had gotten a few spikes on his tail.
Littlefoot was in a tussle with Cera again. They had gotten into an argument. Cera lunged at him. She banged him with her horns. This hurt him. "OW!" he cried. "Longnecks should know that they can never win against a Threehorn!" said Cera proudly.
"All right Cera, you asked for it!" he said. He slammed her with his tail. This knocked her away. He kicked her and she fell to the ground. He'd beaten Cera for the first time in a fight! He was so excited.
"Ha, beat ya this time" said Littlefoot. "I let you win!" said Cera stubbornly. "No you didn't! You just can't admit that you lost!" said Littlefoot smugly. "I didn't lose! I let you win!" said Cera angrily. "Did not!" said Littlefoot. "Did too!" said Cera. "Did not!" said Littlefoot. "Did too!" said Cera. They kept arguing.
"Nice one Littlefoot!" It was Liam the Anatosaurus. He seemed to be popular among the adolescents but Littlefoot's friends didn't like him. However, Littlefoot had admired him, despite their mistrust of him. "Thanks Liam!" said Littlefoot. "Ah, kissing up to Liam are you?" said Cera. "You're just upset because I beat you for once!" said Littlefoot.
"Yeah Cera, so leave him alone. Don't like having your brag bone hurt?" laughed Liam.
"Tar face!" said Cera, sticking her tongue out at Liam.
"Horn head!" said Liam, sticking out his tongue back.
"Come on Littlefoot!" said Liam. Littlefoot followed him. The others worried that Liam would be a bad influence on Littlefoot. And they were right.
Note: As you can see from the alignment section of Littlefoot, he's going to be less than an

Littlefoot and his friends were playing, as usual. It was the middle of the day. The day seemed like any other. Hardly a cloud was in the sky. It had been rather hot, though not awful. Littlefoot and his friends went to go get water to drink.
"I am thirsty. I am. I am." said Ducky, eager to get water after playing in the hot day. Ducky ran to the water and dived in. She drank some and then spouted water out of her mouth like a fountain. The others ran in and joined her. Spike ran and jumped in, doing a cannonball. They all got splashed.
"Hey!" said Topps, who was grazing and got hit by the water too.
"Oops, sorry Mr. Threehorn." said Littlefoot.
They continued to splash in the water, not bothered by anything. Ducky, who had grown some, was splashing water at Petrie. He dove in, splashed his wing against the water, and splash water in her face. Spike accidentally tooted in the water, blowing bubbles around his tush.
"Spike!" groaned the others.
"Oops." said Spike, embarrassed.
The wind blew gently on the air, making a nice breeze. "That feels better." said Grandpa Longneck, who was thinking of going into the water himself. He wished he could be young like the kids again. He missed those days. He had seen bad things happen in the Mysterious Beyond though since his own childhood days. The worst thing to have happened to him in the Mysterious Beyond, though he'd not seen it, was the death of his only daughter, Arianna. She'd been killed by a Sharptooth.
They turned and heard twigs snapping. Someone was creeping along. Grandpa Longneck and his wife looked for the cause of the commotion. They saw a young female Longneck coming. She was Littlefoot's age. She had a scar on her cheek and seem traumatized by something. Grandma Longneck was concerned.
"What seems to be the trouble dear?" asked Grandma Longneck.
"Are there Sharpteeth here?" she asked, looking around her, panicky.
"No. No Sharpteeth here." said Grandpa Longneck.
"I need. I need water. So worn out." she said. She then fell to the ground and passed out. Littlefoot and his friends stared at her and gasped.

General Land Before Time / Are Sharptooth and Plated Sharptooth parallels?

Ok, there are several similarities.
Both are Sharpteeth.
Both attack a major character's mother and bring her down to the ground, bleeding and hurt. (In Chomper's mother's case, it luckily wasn't fatal.)
Both ended up getting injured by a major character before the final confrontation. (In the case of Sharptooth, it was his eye. In the case of the Plated Sharptooth, Chomper bit him in the tail.)
Both seem to have special jumping powers and be extra evil and kinda nuts. (In Sharptooth's case, he was snapping at air, just eager to get at the kids, even though he couldn't fit through the opening. In the Plated Sharptooth's case, he went and tore the bush where they had been, apart, even though they weren't there anymore.)
Both are foiled from killing the Gang by the timely arrival of characters at the last minute. (In the case of Sharptooth, it was Cera. In the case of the Plated Sharptooth, it was Chomper's parents.)
Both try and take someone with them before their downfall. (In Sharptooth's case: Petrie. In the Plated Sharptooth's case: Chomper.)
Both presumably drown.
Both have red eyes and green skin.
Do you think that the way the Plated Sharptooth was designed was a throwback to Sharptooth himself or am I reading too much into this?

General Land Before Time / Wow, the Yellow Bellies aren't racist.

One would assume that the Far Walkers are more racist than the Great Valley residents. We know that Ali's herd probably is and Bron might be too.
Tippy's herd was better, though they got into fights with Topps and others, mainly Topps.
However, the Yellow Bellies seem really accepting and never get into a fight with the Gang of Five one bit and never seem mean to them even once.
Maybe I'm not remembering some stuff, as I've only seen the movie once, but it seems that of the Far Walker groups that actually talked to the Gang of Five (most didn't from film VII), the Yellow Bellies are the most easygoing and friendliest and tolerant.
Their only problem is that they are kinda goofy and are a bit selfish with their berry eating.
Still, that's little reason to hate them. I mean, at least they're not racist Threehorns or Longnecks or hungry Fast Biters.
I guess I never noticed this part of the positive side to them. (Note: I've come to pity Yellow Bellies because they seem so unpopular. Maybe I should do another fanfc with them. )

Ok, this time I'm not gonna number it, at least not in the title. I might add more and it's a pain to keep having to update it on the topic titles.
Plot:
Ali has returned. Her father is on a mountain with Hallowhorns and could be in danger. Littlefoot and his friends agree to help. Along the way, they meet Ruby and also Perrin, a Pteranodon who lives with her mother. Hard Water Peak is in a series of high mountains. Plus, they have to brave greedy Longnecks and Sharptooth packs. Have Littlefoot and Ali finally gone too far?

Littlefoot and his friends were together in the Great Valley. They had had some tense times when Littlefoot had picked the wrong friends like Liam. However, they had gotten over that now. One snowy day, Littlefoot saw Ali's herd coming. Ali's Mother was there, as were Ali and Rehtt, and of course, their leader the Old One. The Old One was actually Ali's great-great aunt. Ali was his third cousin.
"What brings you here?" Littlefoot asked Ali.
"Ground sparkles are killing the green food. There isn't that much food around Hard Water Peak." replied Ali.
"Hard Water Peak? Where is that?" inquired Littlefoot.
"It's out there quite a ways. Up around many smaller peaks. Dad is helping out the Hallowhorns there." reported Ali.
"Why isn't he with you?" Littlefoot said, thinking that his absence couldn't be that good of a thing.
"He got hurt. Hurt his foot on the hard water and he slipped and fell. He'll get better soon." replied Ali. Littlefoot noticed a sense of fear in her.
"Anything else?" he asked, feeling that Ali was keeping something back.
"Yes, her, er, is worried that the Ground Sparkle Rollings will hurt the herd there." she reported.
"Ground Sparkle Rollings?" asked Littlefoot.
"The Ground Sparkle Rollings are when huge amounts of Ground Sparkles coming rolling down the peak. They take out our already limited green and sometimes hurt the herd. One closed parts of the pass into there. I worry that it might be possible that just one or two more might trap him in there and that I'll never...I'll never..." said Ali, her lip trembling.
Littlefoot hugged her. It felt awkward. But he wanted his third cousin to know that he wanted to be there to comfort her. She had stood by him before when his grandfather's life was in danger after all. It was the least that he could do.
"Are you sure you won't be staying long?" asked Grandpa Longneck.
"Yes, we came only to get enough food for ourselves and some to bring back. We leave at first sign of daylight." replied the Old One.
"Well, we wish you the best of luck." said Grandma Longneck.
Littlefoot wanted to help Ali. He knew that his grandparents probably wouldn't like this. He'd probably catch it later for this. But Ali had helped him before. Now it was his turn to repay her.

"Anything else?" he asked, feeling that Ali was keeping something back.
"Yes, her, er, is worried that the Ground Sparkle Rollings will hurt the herd there." she reported.
"Ground Sparkle Rollings?" asked Littlefoot.
"The Ground Sparkle Rollings are when huge amounts of Ground Sparkles coming rolling down the peak. They take out our already limited green and sometimes hurt the herd. One closed parts of the pass into there. I worry that it might be possible that just one or two more might trap him in there and that I'll never...I'll never..." said Ali, her lip trembling.
Littlefoot hugged her. It felt awkward. But he wanted his third cousin to know that he wanted to be there to comfort her. She had stood by him before when his grandfather's life was in danger after all. It was the least that he could do.
"Are you sure you won't be staying long?" asked Grandpa Longneck.
"Yes, we came only to get enough food for ourselves and some to bring back. We leave at first sign of daylight." replied the Old One.
"Well, we wish you the best of luck." said Grandma Longneck.
Littlefoot wanted to help Ali. He knew that his grandparents probably wouldn't like this. He'd probably catch it later for this. But Ali had helped him before. Now it was his turn to repay her.

General Land Before Time / LBT 14: When does it take place?

I got to thinking, it seems that Bron and Shorty aren't freaking out around Chomper. You'd think Bron would have gone "A Sharptooth?! I'll save you Littlefoot!" and tried to fight Chomper. Yet he hasn't and they've hinted that Bron has been there before.
Well, what if Journey of the Heart plays on that where he'd been there the first time, it showed him meeting Chomper and Ruby for the first time, and then he left, to go back to his herd, promising to come back at some point, but he doesn't?
So then the others get worried about him and go after him. I'm guessing it will be Littlefoot's idea. And we could find out about Bron's mysterious and unseen herd in this one too.
Does anyone think this might be a plausible plot? (My fear is that they might pretend like the TV Series never happened, but you never know.)
The only problem with this theory is that Shorty seems to be really uncomfortable with Chomper eating crawlers, so if Shorty had stayed behind in the Great Valley, only to go with Littlefoot and the others, he should be more used to Chomper. Unless Shorty is with Bron and Littlefoot is worried about BOTH of them, which is possible.
Perhaps Shorty DOES come back but alone, saying that Bron was in some kinda trouble, hence the "emergency" that Littlefoot's voice actor mentioned. Perhaps the situation, like the Land of Mists, is too dire for the grownups to want to risk it, but like his trip to rescue Grandpa Longneck, Littlefoot could care less that the grownups don't think it's a good idea and they go anyway, likely at night.

The Fridge / What's a fanfic award and how do you get into it?

I've been aiming at it. I've got a season 2 fanfic and a fanfic for 6 LBT movies. I'm starting to try and think of new ideas and get MORE. I know, you're probably thinking "Oh no, LittlefootAndAliTogether is coming out with MORE fanfics! I'm heading to the Mysterious Beyond to go get eaten by a Sharptooth!".
I've been aiming at the fanfic award as I've been feeling pretty glum and am often thinking of giving up on IT (I used to practice and study a lot but after being not hired for a long period of time, despite multiple applications, I'm guessing the market is dead and that they only want people with experience, which I don't have, and am thinking of going into writing.
Hence why I"m SO obsessed with opinions of my fanfics and stuff. I know I wrote about 400 pages of Rikki-tikki-tavi fics, ones that I will publish (copyright has been expired on the Jungle Book stuff for quite some time and I know it's legal as people have done Jane Eyre sequels and even other Rikki-tikki-tavi sequels and Jungle Book sequels.) Anyway, despite having it up on fanifc.net for months, I only lately got a comment, and they liked it.
My parents actually think I'm better at writing than programming. Hence, I was trying to gauge my wondering if maybe I wasn't meant to go into IT but writing but so far, I've been ignored a lot, except by Ducky123, Nahala, Littlefoot fan 1990, and a few others, on my fanfics.
I'm glad that I learned that I should use different words than "said" all the time.
I have improved my writing style has improved a lot from what it once was. I cringe when I look at my first fanfic: a sequel to Happy Feet (that was about 150 pages and was done before the actual one did come around, and was edited to finish and started on a Happy Feet 3 by the time Happy Feet 2 came out in theaters.) now. It was so poorly written, but I was only 18. I do note that I was a lot more humorous then, but losing two people you knew in high school over the summer with them going about a month apart, having to struggle through college, wondering why I'm not getting hired despite the fact that I should qualify for these jobs I'm applying for, and worrying about political issues, and having to put up with the annoyances of my mother (yes, she annoys my Dad and brother too. In fact, my brother blocked her on FB because she can be really annoying.) , having left me feeling rather more serious and the old me is possibly lost for good. (On the other hand, I was too goofy and maybe some of it was for the best.)
My next fanfic after that was some attempts at Star Wars movies where I had Luke Skywalker marry Ahsoka Tano (who, as you mighta guessed, was Chomper's predecessor to my obsession with a cartoon character where everyone disagreed about their fate with me) , have Sidious return and be in a clone body of Luke's that he got from the hand that Vader cut off of Luke, and wreck chaos and later have Jacen Solo and Luke and Ahsoka's son be the new Sith after Sidious and his apprentice Trion are defeated and sneakily take over the Jedi Order from within and create a Jedi Civil War and also secretly be aiding the Yuzzhan Vong in that war. However, that kinda fell apart (especially as Episode VII actually is coming out.)
I am working on a Fox and the Hound III and a Brave II and also a prequel to HBND that explains more of Frollo's past and a Lion King III also.
I also have a Brave LBT that's like Brave, except that Cera got tired of Topps and accidentally turned him into a Spinosaurus with a special Tree Star that she got from a female Rainbow Face.
I haven't totally given up on my degree, it's just that I'm wondering if I should build my own projects or something as I don't think they're gonna notice me otherwise.
Anyway, I cannot just be a cashier or whatnot as I'm not too much of a people person (at least in person. I might give a big "We must reclaim our freedom from Big Government" speech if I actually got an audience or "Chomper must not go bad because...." speech, but, that aside, I might be able to work with a group, but dealing with customers, especially lots of them, some who can be a real pain in the tush, might be hard for someone who's a major introvert.
I can't really do sales, can't do cashier, can't drive at the moment so trucking and delivery are out, so, at least around here, it seems I'm SCREWED!
