Iago: Evil Viziers are a common stereotype in fiction regarding middle eastern cultures. There's the evil Vizier in the Prince of Persia games, the evil Vizier Abdul Alhazred in King's Quest 6, the evil Vizier Ad Avis in Quest for Glory 2, Iznogoud from Asterix comics, heck, there's even another Vizier named Jaffar in The Thief of Baghdad...

Oh, I saw the thief and the cobbler! Great film! And all it took was "a tack" to stop the evil one-eye. :)

Here is a clip of him. I see no resemblance to me. Maybe the genie from Disney's Aladdin. And the genie would need a female genie, if there IS such a thing...

There are female genies, if you saw one of the episodes of the Alladdin TV series, the Genie goes out on a date with a female genie..
