Hmmmmmm. Okay. I'll give this a shot:
Web browser: Firefox (most recent version with all updates)
Computer protection: AVG (free edition), Spybot S&D
word processing: Microsoft office 2003 (I have 2007, but I can't stand that system :x )
Video/audio player: VLC, media player classic with vbrs converter
Image editing: Photoshop CS3 Extended
video editor: Ulead multimedia studio pro 8.0 (I decompiled the entire program and combined it with the best features that version 10.0 has without all the bulk), ashampoo movie shrink and burn (the best video compressing program on the planet!)
Audio editing: ulead audio editor 8.0 (unchanged), ultra audio ripper, Absolute MP3 splitter & converter (useful for quick conversions)
DVD ripper: magic dvd ripper
DVD decryption: Manual. Programs never do this 100% correctly.

P.S. - All of these were made for Apple Mac OS X.
P.P.S. - LBTLover, I like the photo you used for your server upload image. Saphira, from Eragon, the movie.

DVD Player: Mac's built-in DVD Player
While Mac's default DVD player is pretty good, if your mac is a laptop, switching to VLC to play DVD's will make your battery last a lot longer. If the mac isn't a laptop, then don't bother switching. VLC is just more power efficient.
P.P.S. - LBTLover, I like the photo you used for your server upload image. Saphira, from Eragon, the movie.
Really? I was going to change it to a different picture of Saphira because the tree branch background behind her doesn't look too good on GOF's background. I was thinking more of a snapshot with the sky behind her instead...
