A problem of Darkhououman

Darkhououman can¥t connect to the GOF side and pleased me if I can post this for her.

For some reason, I am not able to load up The Gang of Five messageboard. The problem started at around midnight last night, and it still persists now. If I try to access the site, the browser (regardless of the one I choose) freezes and then, after a short time, displays an error message. The problem is not with my internet, as I can still visit other sites and sign on messenger programs. The problem is not with Invisionfree as I can access other Invisionfree boards. And the problem is not with my computer because the Nintendo Wii is also unable to connect me to the board. I don't know how long it'll take for this problem to be fixed, but I could be gone from the board for weeks, perhaps even until next month when we move to a new house.

Yeah, she told me the same thing. It happened to me once with another board but it fixed itself a few hours later. It's a strange problem how it isolates to a certain place and just persists.

I hope she'll regain access to the boards again soon.

Seems to be fine now. Sometimes the servers receive upgrades.

She should try again, sometimes the servers or a connection is up to something it seems. Hopefully her problem is resolved.

I've had troubles even loading anything on the page when I go to GOF sometimes. It's only happened twice, but I know it wasn't me cuz Manny Cav couldn't get on either. Invisionfree's 7th server must've been receiving upgrades or repairs.

I think I had a problem coming on here once or twice, but I just tried again later assuming the site was down for upgrade or bad connection. Hopefully it's the same in her case.

That's too bad for Darkhououman, i too had the ame problem just a while ago. I wonder why this is happening. :huh:

Maybe it is some sort of connection problem from where she is to the server where the forum is. Not sure if that is possible but just an idea.

Maybe it IS a connection problem, sometimes i've had connection problems getting to other sites as well.

Probably some sort of bug, virus, or spyware. Darkhououmon's computer always seems to be under intense attack. -_-

Hmm, she said something about her Wii not being able to get on either, so I for one am going with either the sever or the connection theory.

Well, I think it can¥t be the server, she told me she tried it with several servers yet. And connection of her is also very fast. The only thing I can think about is a Virus, like lbtlover said :mad

Maybe she can use one of the free online virus scanners, there are some around I think. If she doesn't already have a virus scanner.

:mad I had a virus once but at the time every virus remover hardware only scanned it and i had to pay for it to remove it. :angry:
