@ Mornai. Better option would be to formate your computer. I had a virus some days before and formated my PC. Now it is away.

I still can't think how a virus is managing to affect both her computer and her Wii.

I do wonder what it is.  I can only think it's some sort of connection between her pc or wii and whichever pc the board is on or somewhere alone the route it takes.

If you ask me, i'm suggest Darkhououman to try to use another browser to visit the forum. I also think, that it maybe her provider, who blocks the "invisionfree" resources for his clients for some reason.

Well, that would seem unusualy strange for a broswer manager to block this one? as it has nothing rude much, unless it is emant to block ALL invision free websites.

Didn't she say she can visit the other invision forums she may go to?  That it was just this one?

I didn't know one could web surf with the wii.  I heard about the download old games thing but didn't know you could web surf with it.  I know with the ds lite you can if you buy a browser thing to plug into both of it's slots.

Well, hopefully she can find a way to get back on, but unless this advice doesn't work, we will just have to wait.

Hello:
I just receive word from DarkHououmon, the problem is with all invisionfree boards with z7 or s7 (like this one), and there are no problems with boards of any other number.
I hope this can help a bit to get a solution.

Maybe Petrie or if someone knows about coding may have some ideas, or someone who knows computers and the internet very well.

I got Kacie's mail as well. This is really strange.
She asked me if there was any chance that she was banned "by accident". Of course banning is not so easy as for it to happen "accidentaly". I did check out the list of suspended / banned names, email addresses, and IPs though. Kacie is definitely not on it. I asked her to create another invisionfree account to see if it is possible to enter the GOF with that one. If it is not possible the IP or her provider may be part of the problem.

I could always reroute her through my home server if her ISP doesn't allow her to access invisionfree sites (though I can't imagine why they wouldn't).  Of course then if She got banned, I would be banned too and visa versa.  It would essentially be two people sharing the same IP address and computer while using different computers.

I don't think it's a problem with her ISP though.  That is of course unless invisionfree utilizes some sort of authorizing IP thingy.  It's very rare though.  I don't even know what it's called exactly.

It's most likely a problem with her computer.  Does anyone know if she's tried another browser?  Even reinstalling her current browser might help.

She was certainly not banned by anyone from the GOF. We certainly don't ban people for fun.
Any help to get Kacie back to us would be greatly appreciated and if there is anything that we can do but did not do yet, please tell us. So far we don't know what the cause of the problem is.

Maybe rerouting her will help.  At worst she'd likely be where she is now.  It sounds complicated so I'll leave it between you, Dh, and the admin here.

I wrote a message of the following content in the forum of invisionfree's support side:
Quote
Hello,
since last Tuesday DarkHououmon, an active and highly appreciated member of our invisionfree online community at http://www.s7.invisionfree.com/thegangoffive is unable to log in to our community or any of the s7 or z7 domains in general. She was definitely not banned or suspended by any member of our community as, for our knowledge, she always observed the rules and regulations of both invisionfree in general and our community. As we could not find any reason for her being unable to enter our community and as the problem doesn't seem to be temporary we are wondering if she was banned from invisionfree for any offense committed elsewhere which caused a bannishment by a higher official. Her accountname is DarkHououmon and her IP address is 24.238.35.235.
Can you tell us if her inablility to enter s7 or z7 domains is the result of some official decision? It does not appear like her at all to cause any trouble and the members of our community are very concerned about her being unable to participate in our discussions anymore as she really is highly appreciated for being an active and polite member of our community.
We don't know why Kacie is unable to log in, but perhaps we will hear about it if it was a decision of some higher official.

Strangely enough the message I posted there seems to have been deleted and the same goes for the account I created to post that message
However, at the moment there is a message there posted by Kacie herself (who told me that a previous account of hers had been deleted). If her question is deleted too without any answer this does not exactly cast a positive light on the support of invisionfree <_<

If we knew what the error message said, perhaps it could shed some light on what's going on.
