« on: March 15, 2010, 07:46:36 PM »
I happend upon this one video of an alternate soundtrack to star wars a while back Star wars ROCKthat got me thinking that I could probably doo the same thing with LBT. I put this Idea in the back of my mind for a while and only came back to it today when i was listening to the Dire Straits song Brothers in Arms and i thought about the death scean form the origional LBT. So far i have

Opeaning - Coming Back to Life (Pink Floyd)
Mothers Death - Brothers in Arms - (Dire Straits)
Discovery of the Vally - The Lonly Sheppard (Gheorghe Zamfir

if i were to do this i would need some help from anyone who has experience in sound mixing and editing and some more ideas for songs.
anyone interested

The Fridge / why is it that
« on: February 22, 2010, 09:15:10 PM »
just post some realitys of life that seem fairly illogical

why is it that my mother allows my and my 10 year old brother to watch the Rambo series with all of it's killing and violence and yet she won't let us watch the fugitive because of 1 20 second shaky cam murder that is not violent at all.

1988 Theatrical Release / As good as this film is...
« on: February 04, 2010, 01:42:18 AM »
What I always paraphrased him saying was somthing along the lines of "this guy has been folowing us for days, let's kill him" and I just always found it slightly numerous how that just sorta comes out of the blue, with no discussion leading up to it. So in a sence, it can qualify as murder. Let it be known though that I have Absolutly no problem with this, they have good reasons to kill the sharptooth, and if they had not killed him he might have gotten into the vally, but at that time he had not been doing anything to them. He was just walking around. Now I am not deffdnding the sharptooth, but I think that drowning him was alittle out of the blue harsh is all.

Silver Screen / Commercials that you hate

I may be not remembering right but I recall back in the 70's there use to be this commercial that had if you want to learn to read write to this address or call this phone number. Though I may not be recalling that correctly. I do recall thinking as a kid that if I could not read how could I contact those folks since I could not write down the address nor likely call the number

i think that i know the comercial that you are talking about and i can attest that i dose literally say that if you are illiterate call 1800 "abcdefg" :lol

i would have to say that the commercial that i hate is this comercial for a "toothpaste despencer" for people who can't squeze a tube of toothpaste without getting it everywhere.    :lol  please tell me that they made up this demographic

"all the world will be your enemy, prince with 1000 enemies, and when they catch you they will kill you, but first they must catch you"

kind of shows my outlook that if you dont let people get to you, they can't harm you.
